I am in the process of obtaining my real estate license and Aceable has been so fun and informative this far. I am very pleased with my purchase for the value!
Scammy - forces you to buy insurance as you sign up
Any app that forces you to sign up for an unrelated service you have to pay monthly for before you can access the product you’re actually paying for is a scam.
Can’t Choose Subject for Flashcards
I enjoy learning from the prep videos but I don’t like how I can’t choose the subject for my flashcards, especially if I’m trying to practice my vocabulary on a specific subject rather than other subjects that I haven’t gotten into yet.
I do not appreciate this update
As a busy person that needs to finish this course soon, I do not agree with not being able to exit out of the app while the time runs out. Please bring this feature back!

I enjoyed up until it stopped letting me retake the end quizzes to me it helped me study as I am more of a multiple choice

New Update Issues
Biggest issue with new update 1) As soon as the screen autolocks the dictation feature stops working so you either have to allow your screen to never sleep which consumes a lot of battery or keep touching the screen to keep it awake, both very annoying if you are wanting a handsfree dictation either while driving or relaxing and studying. 2) You can no longer see how many chapters or pages it has in a chapter you havent unlocked, just makes planning and time management worse. Fix the fix please.
Course not showing
The biggest issue I have is that I previously purchased a real estate class through aceable then later added defensive driving.. for some reason I can’t get the defensive driving to show up in the app, I have to go to the web, then go to the app to see the defensive driving but if I close out and try to go back the defensive driving course is gone
Misleading
This app is ok. The content is questionable. The courses take much longer than stated. And many of the chapter questions seem to be either written by AI or someone whose first language isn’t English. I would not recommend this app or program.
Please fix app locking issue
I really like the training but have issues with the bug in the app. When watching training it has a timer. If you accidentally press that area before the time is up I get a message that I must wait for the time to finish before I can advanced. Unfortunately when this message pops up, it won’t go away and you can’t progress to the next page when the timer finishes. I have to close the app put completely and relaunch the app for it to work, again. This is frustrating as I have to replay the page (which can be 5 minutes long). I’m using this app on the latest iPad mini running an up-to-date iOS.
Best self paced course!
Has given me the confidence to keep going! They random quizzes and end of chapter summaries are everything💜
Proctoru
The course is okay over all but the downside is after every final exam you have to wait 5 business days for them to review it. You can see your score right away but they still make you wait 5 business days.
Easy Learning
Great app, very helpful with studying for my real estate exam. This is my 2nd try at finding a school that fits with my learning style and so far so good.
Service poor app ok
Functional enough app, have to use separate sound cloud or other app for much of course live content. Very woke instructors to the point of distraction.

ETA response to developer comment: In theory that is great but when I am asked to verify every day and every day it fails and every day I have to have it unlocked. I put the phone on the counter and entered the sentence with one finger in hopes that it would recognize me and it doesn’t! This is a flaw that needs to get addressed. It shouldn’t be denying someone every single time. I have loved the app for quite some time but whatever changed recently has really affected my identity verification. I can’t get in and have to get my acct unlocked. Yesterday I had got it unlocked and today it’s asking me again to verify and not recognizing me. It’s so incredibly frustrating and I’m losing days of studying with this.
Very User Friendly
Aceable is very user-friendly. I like the fact that I can take the lessons on my phone. Listen to it and take quizzes. Learning blocks are couple of minutes long and narrative is very engaging. Highly recommend it. My recommendation to the product team is to have Chatbot be able to answer any questions when it comes to this course, not just that page specific topic.

This whole corse helped me solve MAYBE 15 questions of the 125
Needs Focused Update
In Course 2, when you’re working in the workshop involving percentages, parts and totals, I’ve come across an issue where my answer is always wrong because an “Example of a strong answer,” is the word problem/question repeated back to me. I think some things need to be updated, sure. But over all, getting through the first course was a total breeze! Looking forward to everything else I have to learn.
Just started and…
I just started using this app and I like it so far. Few things that need to be adjusted. 1. The robot head in the bottom right corner should be movable or removed. He covers key term definitions. 2. The audible feature would be really cool if it allowed you to automatically move on to the next page. Instead every 1-2 minutes you have to select the next arrow. 3. You cannot enlarge the text.

I have done several companies due to lower price and always regret and waste time! Aceable is the best! Easy ! Can do on phone! They send ur certificate to Trec right away plus you can print ur own . My realtor friends who did Aceable agree and love it!customer service is 100% best!
Do NOT recommend
The absolute worst care for students. I took off work - took this course for 10+ hrs straight (no lunch break morning) and received completion email. No other emails were sent. I logged in to test it said please come back in 48 hrs - I went back in to take my test and my course was at 0% and they just say oh you need to start over we have a new course. No respect for my time and value. Zero notice for this situation and zero concern that it occurred. They let me enroll and take the course without knowledge that it was not going to be valid for longer than 24 hrs. I have referred people here previously as I’ve been licensed since 2005 and was getting licensed in TX. I will never refer anyone here again as I’ve seen they have zero concern for the student. I also requested a refund due to this and nothing. In today’s economy where you should value everyone who invest their time and money into your product I can confirm this company has lost that respect for others. They can’t provide me any emails they sent me with any of this change they had coming because they never sent me one. Please select another provider if you are searching for a course to take because they have no concern for your time invested or your hard earned money if they can strip your course to 0% without notice. I completed this course Dec 10 for reference see the email I received. Logged in Dec 12 to test to see 0% which was the first opportunity I was to return to test per their notice on screen when I tried to test Dec 10 later that night. They have zero concern for this so please don’t waste your valuable time here as they potentially strip you to zero and not care

Not good
I think the videos in which Matt shows up are redundant plus he’s not good speaking and boring too. Also… the estimated times are completely wrong. The 63 hour course ends up being like 120 hour course. Some Pages are not readable in one minute not even making the computer read at fast speed. I’ve just literally watched a video of 7 mins about mortgage points and the reminder time of chapter was 32 mins. When I finished watching it, the reminder time of chapter was 29 mins. This course is insane. It’s not even close to 63 hours. It’s at least 100 hours to finish it and I’m falling short

The course itself is great. Easy format, helpful tips, engaging activities. I’m rating it low because of the refund policy. Due to unexpected and devastating events, I was unable to continue with the course. I was sad to know customer support could not help with issuing a refund ( I had barely started the course). I was hoping for a refund, and planning on re-purchasing once I’m able to. Now I think I’ll likely look for a more customer friendly program.
Super engaging
I spent about a year researching different real estate courses. I have ADD severely and struggle with reading text and staying engaged. This program is perfect! If you struggle with concentration in anyway this real estate courses is for you!
Doesn’t Work
I am not able to get back into app due to the verification page not allowing me to move the keyboard to hit the Verify button. The Return button also did nothing. Disappointed as this looked like a great option.

Stop-go-stop
This app has real problems. Imagine going through a chapter of the course, you’re ready to take the test, and BOOM!, you’re locked out of the course. Yep. Over and over again, constantly halted and having to get unlocked by Aceable, who has 24hrs to get it fixed. Over and over again. How do you think you’ll do on the test?
