Getting it done
I’ve struggled to make time to study and the daily 10 free questions make it easy to meet my goal of studying daily
Not specific to one state
I don’t like this app because it’s not information catered to one state it’s very broad and you will be testing on unnecessary information that will throw you off for the final state exam
Read:
This app is an amazing app. I'd tried it for free and I loved it. I just wish it was free to students like me who is trying to pass because we pay for multiple study materials and none of it is cheap. Money adds up. If you don't mind purchasing this app it is good to use everyday to help you pass, along with your other study materials. Good luck to everyone who is taking their real estate exams. You got this. I'd love for this app to become free with tons of different questions similar to the actual exam from different resources and apps. What a good app!
Can’t buy
App forks work I can’t buy it, can you check your app
State Based
Unless I’m missing something there should be a setting that adjust the questions based on the state you are preparing for. At least half of the questions I’ve seen aren’t related to the things required to know for my state.
Extremely useful app
I’ve been a broke for 20 years in California and I just needed to recently apply for my state broker exam in Florida. I did not choose to do the in person classes and instead. Focus on the test questions and while browsing through different tools and apps I found this one and I enjoy the daily 10 to 30 questions that I go through to study with through the app. It’s a very efficient way to learn and to get better to prep yourself for the state exam.
For to cancel subscription
Tried to get refund on the DAY OF renewal didnt even use app and they wont give. Companies this desperate for money should never be used.
Impossible to contact support.
They failed to provide content relevant to what’s on the state exam. No one emails back when requesting a refund. Thankfully, I passed my exam AFTER I found a different study resource. I would not recommend this app to anyone trying to pass their exam.
Not even close to adequate preparation
I’ve been licensed as a salesperson for 7 years and am preparing to take the broker exam, which is mostly the same material as the salesperson exam but with a higher score required to pass. So I’ve taken the exam once, have taken all required broker courses, have taken numerous official practice tests, and am currently finishing up a cram class provided by an approved education provider. I’ve seen actual test questions more than once, and the ones in this app are NOT adequate preparation. The question style is way off and the material covered doesn’t reflect the material on the actual exam. Your state real estate commission website has the info on what percentage of questions are on what topics. The ones in this app are not it. Save your money for an approved prep class. This did nothing but put a dent in my confidence. I score low on these but consistently get 90%+ on real practice tests.
It’s good
At first I was using this app without add ons. Each day you get 10 free questions plus a daily bonus question. Once questions are answered, there’s a quick explanation on the topic, which I like. And there’s a section where once’s progress is reported. This left me wanting more so I paid for the subscription of $29 per month. But within the first two days I completed all the questions, so every time I open the app, the home page just a white page. To access questions one must select from the categories that were created based on the level of knowledge.
NJ Real Estate Exam
I’ve been using this app to prepare for my exam this Friday. It has really given me the confidence to know that I can enjoy the information after studying the material and apply it as I learn. I’ve been taking multiple practice exams and have always referred my learning to take the practice test. Scored average 70 questions right out of the 110. Ill Review it again after tomorrow. Good luck to me.
App not loading questions
I get an error saying app not loading questions. I have tried to email this error but it’s not going through to email address. I need this fixed
Useful
Great app for general information, not as used for state specific information, which is only a small portion of the actual exam.
Monthly subscription higher than advertised
I downloaded this app because the description clearly states the app is $9.99 monthly ($29.99 for 3 months and $59.99 yearly). Well once I downloaded it the app has different pricing $29/59/$99... disappointed because the free questions were helpful but limited.
Explanation
I love the questions this app has and how it repeats them in different terms so you know you got it. However the explanations are terrible, they will explain why they aren’t the other answers before explaining when it was the correct one. Some will be like try to remember this one because it starts with a T. If this app really explained the answer it would be 5 starts.
I get it
I have tried other apps however none quite like this. The way the question are ask and explain I know this time I will Pass my test with confidence!
Keeps up selling
I paid the 29. But can only access 10 questions a day unless I pay more. It blocks out any explanation of the answers unless I pay more. For the 1st $29 u get 19 questions with no explanation and nothing more except adds to buy more membership. There is no one supporting the app you can e mail or call. This is a waste of money and worse for up selling than a free game. Then when u want to review you have to pick a nickname, all of which have been taken I will continue to input random letters in hopes of getting this posted
Convenient way to study
Convenient and helpful questions but at times the quizzes will crash
The key to learning
Great app
Not that great…
The format is the exact same as the Dearborn app, however, this one doesn’t provide explanations of the answers after answering. Dearborn does. Even on the trial version. I would recommend downloading their app vs this.
Extremely helpful
This app has been awesome! I have been struggling with my practice quizzes and this app makes all the difference in helping me feel prepared for my exam
Worst interface
I just signed up and on the home page are things that say there are 25 questions. You click on that thinking that naturally it would run thru them one at a time, but no. There is NO way to do this. You answer ONE question and there’s no way to click to the next question. You have to go back to the home page and start over for each question. Seriously the stupidest user interface I have ever seen. Don’t get this, find another, better designed, app.
Challenging Questions and Insightful Comments
The comments are full of helpful hints and study tips!
Fix!!!
App does not let me go thru after i sign-in.
Great App
This is a great app to have on the go study sessions at any time of the day! Help with recalling information, and that’s what you’ll need when taking the test! Test questions and break down of the answers are really helpful!
Why does everything have to be a charge
It lets you take one small exam and charges you after that
Great App for learning Real Estate
Is is why I passed my test was apps like these
Should be free
This app should be free.
Good and explicit
Ding
I paid the fee and most items are still locked?!
I paid $69.99 for a three month membership and everything under the “library” tab is locked. I click on an item and it just brings me back to purchase a membership. So frustrating and a waste of money.
