Die App ist überhaupt nicht zuverlässig. Über die Hälfte aller Gäste hatten Probleme Fotos hoch zu laden. Die App hat die Fotos der Gäste nicht hochgeladen. Auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht. Bei denen es funktionierte, hat die App die Fotos 3 mal hoch geladen. Kategorien wie „Gäste“ oder „Fotograf“ sind unbrauchbar, da alle Bilder bei „Alle“ hoch geladen werden, wenn dies mal funktionieren sollte. Bilder werden zudem in einer schlechten Qualität hoch geladen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man auch noch Geld dafür zahlt!
DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR WEDDING
We purchased the single download package so we can download our wedding photos and videos and we have been continuously unable to download our photos. Once we click on the link to receive the zipped download folder via email (this is the only way you can do it) we never receive the email. We now fear we will not be able to download our photos and videos which will be devastating. I have emailed their support contact for help and their response was ‘won’t do’. This is absolutely unacceptable. Toying with someone’s Wedding is the lowest of the low.

Leider sehr unzuverlässig!
Nur Stress mit dieser App. Freund hat für premium bezahlt, um uns das für die Hochzeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Aber ständig kamen neue Probleme auf: Datum des Events nicht änderbar, Admin-Rechte ändern sich und zum Schluss konnte niemand die Fotos mehr sehen, die man hochgeladen hat. Absolutes Chaos, haben das Experiment abgebrochen. Ist uns einfach zu unzuverlässig für so ein wichtiges Event. Zwei Sterne gebe ich deshalb, weil die App bei einer älteren Hochzeit noch ihren Dienst verrichtet hat. Die Entwickler sollten die Bugs schnellstens in den Griff bekommen. Bis dahin kann ich leider nur abraten, sich auf diese App zu verlassen.

Can’t set up an upgrade package
I don’t know if there’s a problem with the Apple version of the app but none of the bottoms to upgrade work at all, the page just freezes when you click on them. Great app but if I can’t set up a download then it will be no good for us
Rubbish. Nobody could upload anything
This was the chosen app for my niece’s wedding. They printed place tables with QR codes and everything. But, nobody could upload any photos. After selecting them they just don’t get uploaded.
Challenging
Appeared to easily load photos but then “failed to load” repeatedly. Non-intuitive fixing entries; can’t move uploaded photos into correct categories after initially adding. App crashes each time I tried to add new photos or videos after initial additions & added two pictures to “gallery” not selected to be added. That said, great idea, needs some improvement.
Works, I guess. No android even though they advertise one
So for $49ish dollars we got the unlimited download package for our wedding and we were excited for our guests to upload their pictures and videos. Both my wife and I have iPhones and were able to sign into the app and upload pictures just fine. However, both my parents and several groomsman use android phones, which I assumed was good to go since the app is advertised as having both platform’s apps. However, unless there is something extremely unintuitive that I’m not understanding, there is no android app. The advertised link just leads to an error page for android users and the app isn’t searchable on the play store. We had to add update labels to our cards for android users to go to the clunky web page and enter the event code to get into the album. Even then, the webpage sometimes straight up wouldn’t work for web users to upload pictures. The in-app video player on iPhone is spotty at best and there are no video preview thumbnails so finding the video in the app you’re looking for is a guessing game, that is if the videos actually load. The app works at a basic level to share pictures and videos and it does let you download them at good quality, but I have yet to understand anything we got with the app that we couldn’t have achieved with a FREE shared iPhone photos album given there is no android app. I was very disappointed and can not recommend.
Handige app, downloads niet gratis en tijd klopt niet
Handige app om iedereen hun foto’s te laten delen. In de app komen ze mooi per tijdslot tevoorschijn. In de app is niet te vinden wie ze geüpload heeft. Downloaden in goede kwaliteit zit achter een tamelijk dure betaalmuur. Gedownloade foto’s krijgen datum en uur van download ipv die vanwege opname.

Nothing but storage app, My guests couldn’t upload to this app total waste of money. Manage to contact them but got a reply of there is a bug. Now won’t answer my emails

App issues unresolved
Used the app for my wedding and loaded 80% of my photos. System stopped loading photos. Customer service kept saying for a whole month that they were working on the problem. No resolution and now my system crashes every time I load up the app on my phone. Please do not use this app as customer service is of no help to you if you have issues.

Wouldn’t work
I could not get the app to work after paying £40 for top access. I reached out via app as advertised and 2 months later have heard nothing and am awaiting a response and refund. Perhaps this will catch someone’s attention and process my issue?

Super Möglichkeit Fotos zusammen zu tragen, aber verbesserungsfähig.... 1. man kann Doppelbilder nur einzeln löschen....sehr nervig, wenn man viele Bilder löschen muss. 2. es wird beim auswählen der hochzuladen Bildern nicht gefragte, wo man nach den gewünschten Bilder suchen möchte....WhatsApp, einigende Dateien oder sonst wo......es werden alle Fotos angezeigt, so auch die aus WhatsApp Gruppen. Die Bilder haben natürlich alle Gruppenmitglieder und jeder läd die damit in die App, was die Schlussfolgerung dazu ist, das man ganz viele Doppelbilder hat 😡 3. Videos müssten separat oder besonders gekennzeichnet sein.
Gute Idee, leider fehlerbehaftet
Die Idee der App ist ja gut - so kommt man immerhin dann auch mal an die Fotos, die alle anderen gemacht haben. Die Ausführung weist jedoch deutliche Schwächen auf: - versucht man mehrere Fotos auf einmal hochzuladen klappt das bei ca. 75% der Bilder, bei anderen gibt es, trotz starken WLAN-Signals, eine Fehlermeldung, dass das Bild nicht hochgeladen werden konnte. Dann muss man händisch heraussuchen, welche Fotos noch fehlen, denn bereits hochgeladene Fotos werden ja in der Galerie nicht gesondert markiert - Videos hochladen klappt (zumindest hier auf iOS) gar nicht. Sobald man ein Video auswählt schließt sich die App einfach komplett. Die Videos überschreiten auch nicht die in den FAQ genannten Beschränkungen Anzumerken ist, dass sowohl App als auch das Betriebssystem bei mir auf dem aktuellen Stand sind. So macht die Nutzung einfach keinen Spaß und man gibt frustriert auf und sucht sich doch andere Möglichkeiten, die Bilder zu teilen.
QR code not showing up
I downloaded this app for my upcoming wedding because I liked that my guests can join using a simple QR code. Unfortunately, my QR code isn’t downloading or appearing to invite guests.
Brilliant
Firstly, I wasn’t aware I had to pay anything for or within the app when I downloaded and encouraged everyone attending my wedding to do the same. It’s 100% free to use (in so far as adding pics, wether it’s your wedding or you’re a guest) and you can save images 1 at a time from the app to your camera roll/gallery for free. We had around 350 pics uploaded by us/our guests. 1 pic at a time isn’t ideal. So I stumped up the £20 that would allow me to have a link sent via email. Clicking the link downloads all photos (we had no videos uploaded) in a zip folder. The link itself can only be used once, but you can have unlimited links sent to you. I didn’t like that there was no mention of any cost involved until I went to download the images, but as it’s considerably cheaper than an ‘official’ photographer I didn’t mind too much. When I unpacked the zip folder, 116 images wouldn’t open! That’s nearly a third of the images!! After trying a few things (different programs, different laptops etc) I contacted Wedbox and explained the issue. The reply - less than 24hrs later I might add - suggested it was due to some guests have ‘live photos’ turned on and that if I download a small program (which was not only free but linked to in the email) I could convert the problem pics. It worked! Basically, 4* for the app (it’s not 100% intuitive, and that cost issue) but boosted to 5* due to that perfect example of how support SHOULD be done. Well done Wedbox, thank you for the memories!
shocking customer service
The app itself is pretty decent and did what we needed it to do BUT their customer service is shocking!! Have tried numerous times to get in touch via their app chat and via email as the download link doesn't work but I have had zero response which in this day and age just isn't good enough. Would not recommend for this reason alone as I'm sure I'm not the only person who has expercienced this.
Basic app, expensive to use
This is literally just an online photo album, without a customisable web page or any added features like captions, filters etc. This makes it fairly simple and straightforward to use. While the app itself is free, if you want to keep your album live for more than two months after the wedding, and you want to download the images in a decent printing quality, you’ll have to pay £44. Which is a lot for such a basic app, on top of the cost of an official photographer and all other wedding expenses. HD photo download for the couple only is £20, but that does not extend the hosting beyond the free two months. I am happy to pay for hosting & download of quality photos but this is an outrageous price for such a limited app.

Ich habe diese App auf meiner Hochzeit benutzt, da man hier für 24€ mehr geboten bekommt als bei der Konkurrenz. Soviel zu den Daten auf dem Papier 1. Fangen wir mit dem an, was mich am meisten stört: den Gästen wird angeboten die Fotos für 0,99 € herunter zu laden. Als Gastgeber bemerkt Man das natürlich nicht. Erst als meine Mutter mich fragte, ob das Geld dann bei uns landet wenn man ein Foto herunter lädt wurde ich mir und der Gefahr bewusst. Ich habe keine Einstellung gefunden, um dies abzuschalten und ich finde diese Form der zusätzlichen Vermarktung ziemlich dreist. 2. Es fehlt mir eine API um auch von eigenen Fotoboxen Daten hochzuladen. Ich habe zwar einen Weg gefunden, es war aber sehr holperig und der Support komplett uninteressiert & nicht hilfreich. 3. Des Weiteren haben mich etliche Gäste auf meiner Hochzeit angesprochen, dass sie sich nicht registrieren konnten mit der Fehlermeldung „Email Adresse bereits vorhanden“ (und das bei verschiedenen privaten Adressen!). Zusätzlich haben mir Gäste von einer Fehlermeldung berichtet die etwas wie „zu viele Gäste aktiv“ oder ähnlich geheißen haben soll… die habe ich allerdings nie selbst gesehen. 4. Es gab zwar einen Button zum editieren des Begrüßungstext es auf der Landing Page der App - allerdings konnte ich diesen beim besten willen nicht ändern. Es wurden einfach keine Eingaben angenommen. War kein Weltuntergang aber auch nicht positiv. 5. Zu guter letzt warte ich hier nun schon seit 30 Minuten auf den Downloadlink, den ich doch so teuer bezahlt habe. Zusammenfassend würde ich sagen die App ist grundsätzlich gut & durchdacht - allerdings hätte ich dann doch lieber etwas mehr bezahlt bei einer App die all diese Probleme nicht gehabt hätte.
Idee gut, aber...
Finde die Idee sehr gut, mit einer App zu arbeiten und alle Fotos darin zusammen, die Gäste können selber mit ihren Smartphones hochladen und als Paar hat man alle Fotos gebündelt. A B E R das sich die Gäste auch wenn Sie über den Link, QR code und der Hochzeits ID noch ein Account erstellt müssen, per Email Adresse oder Facebook ist ein Unding. Es muss ausreichen anstelle der Seite um einen Account zu erstellen einfach nur ein Fenster zu zeigen in dem man als Gast seinen Namen ein geben kann und keine weiteren Daten erhoben werden. Das nutzen der App sollte so Nutzerfreundlich wie eben möglich sein. Gerade ältere und/oder Technologieuntalentierte sind mit dem erstellen von einem Account überfordert.

Upgraded but can’t download and no response from support
So dissapointed - it was such a good idea for everyone to upload everything on our big day and we paid for an upgrade to make sure we can download all of photos/videos but no luck since day 1 (any time I click to zip and download nothing happens). Contacted support three times and not a single response. I would appreciate if you could at least refund the paid fee if you can’t even respond or try to solve an issue.
Good idea - bit tricky to set up
My daughter decided to use this site to share her wedding pics. It’s an excellent idea and lots of guests have shared their photos from the day. My issue is only that, as someone who is not great with IT, I found it difficult to access initially and then to save photos from the site. Even my husband, who is very good, had to ask for assistance from another user to set up access to the app. Once we’d got access we ended up having to airdrop the photos as no other way of saving them would work. However, overall very good - just needs to be tweaked for techno thickies.
Difficult
I’ve had several guests give up. They tried, but then couldn’t get in. Others stopped using it because they were told they had to pay, despite my paying for them to be able to. I can’t download videos, though it seems my husband can (I have an Apple and he has an Android). I can’t seem to upload photos. I’ve tried 3 times. I’m irritated that it’s difficult to find what I need. As soon as the wedding was over it gave me an option to have the files compressed and sent to email in a zip file. Because I knew not everyone had loaded pictures, I decided to wait. However, after one guest gave up, I attempted to active that option and now I can’t find it. Very frustrating. I could have just asked everyone to email 10 photos at a time for all this trouble.

Love the app, but the photos loose the high tea when you save them making them a bit blurry / pixelated.
Best Wedding Photos App!!
I am so incredibly pleased with Wedbox!! I didn’t want all of my photos shared all over social media with hashtags, so I went looking for an app that could host them! What a treasure this was!! So incredibly easy to navigate, even for the technology challenged! I got pictures and videos from my wedding that I would have never seen. Within a day or two I had 154 photos and 5 videos posted from our guests! While I wait for the professional pictures, I have pictures and a totally different perspective of our wedding and all the fun people had! Thank you Wedbox!!!
This app is ridiculously amateurish.
I signed up, my account got linked to a wedding, then I tried uploading photos. About ⅓ of the photos said the upload failed, so I had to go back and keep trying again and again and remembering which photos failed. Ridiculous. Then the next time I opened the app it had logged me out, and when I tried to login again with email and password it said the password was wrong (it absolutely wasn’t). So then I tried to create a new account using the Apple login but it said my email was already associated with an account, but then it logged me into that account anyway, LOL!
Great app but....
Great app and super easy to use. The only feature I wish it had was a way to see who posted each picture. It’s easy for people to post on the web sight but there is no way to know which of your guests posted which picture.

Und wird die Qualität der bis dahin hochgeladenen Fotos aufgewertet oder müssen dann nochmal alle hochgeladen werden? Ich weiß noch nicht, ob die App von vielen genutzt wird. Can’t upload half of my photos
I set up a Wedbox account for my wedding and now when I log in, it says I have no weddings. It works if I join it as a guest but it is frustrating. Every time I close the app, I have to log in again, meaning I have to find the guest code and type it in every single time! Also, I took lots of photos on a camera and sent them to my phone and there is no option to upload these to Wedbox. Wedbox can only access my phone’s camera roll, and no other albums on my phone (like recents), which seems really stupid and limiting. I would not recommend this app.
Not working
Now working after re-registering using a different email address and quite impressed. Previous one star review “Daughter had chosen this app for her wedding. Opened app and put in Wedding code. Used Facebook to log in and attempted to upload photos. Now stuck. Doesn’t recognise me as connected to a wedding and will not allow me to reconnect as already connected. No photos uploaded and stuck despite uninstalling and reinstalling several times.”
Annoying notifications and expensive
I’m posting this review, which I do faraway, because of Wedbox’s notifications system, so developers please take note. If you want daily content free notifications (“why not share this app with someone you know getting married?”) then this is the app for you. If you want a free photo-sharing app, not so much. I downloaded this for some friends to help share pics on their big day. A bunch of us chipped photos into the mix and the couple then found that they couldn’t be downloaded without not-insignificant cost. No problem with not being free, but the app should be more upfront. And harassing your users with vapid, irritating reminders does not make me feel warm and fuzzy towards your app.

Costs a fortune and buggy as hell
Charges you an excessive amount to see photos of your own wedding then crashes whenever you hit download?!?! Awful awful app. I’ll wait for our official set. Wish I’d never bothered.
Lovely
But.... I think the reason the time schedule doesn’t work well is because I need it set to GMT and it’s in some other time zone. Please allow for a choice of time zone! My schedule says people were taking pictures “the morning after” during the reception and “reception” during the ceremony - and it’s lost pictures, so it’s not the time stamp of the individual photos.
It’s a great idea, but purchasing ruins it
It’s a great idea for brides to see all photos from their wedding without having to share them all on Facebook (because personally, I’d rather choose what’s shared on Facebook that’s not taken by my photographer), BUT the free version doesn’t allow you to upload videos for free! Which means that no one can share any of the short snap videos they took, and brides don’t get to see them. I think that’s kinda cheap, and no one is going to pay for an app just to upload videos for someone else’s wedding. You should make it so 1 minute or less videos are free to upload.
Einrichtung nicht immer einfach und sehr teuer
Ich finde die App mit ihren Funktionen gut gemacht, allerdings haben viele Gäste Probleme mit dem Installieren und Einrichten, das ist sehr schade. Bei manchen stürzt die App auch regelmäßig ab. Deswegen und auch allgemein finde ich die Pakete viel zu teuer. Ich muss jetzt leider in den sauren Apfel beißen und den Preis zahlen, da ich den Code schon allen gegeben habe, aber, ob ich die App weiterempfehlen kann, ist fraglich.

My wedding has not occurred yet but I am very pleased with customer service! I was having issues entering a coupon code and they replied within 15 minutes and have already fixed the problem. I appreciate fast customer service!!

A Facebook Album is Better
Or a shared album on google drive, Dropbox, box, or pretty much anything else. Support is subpar, they try to force you to fb messenger to have an interaction. Overall, I’ve been trying to upload the pictures for weeks, nothing is working and I work with tech for a living. Avoid. There’s no point in getting the app, just puts a barrier between you and your guests uploading pics.
Good solution, but has its flaws
This app is really great. It makes sharing wedding pictures very easy. The app has a good user experience and nice clean design. Still some development has to be done to achieve a four or five star rating: - Sharing a video from the stream makes the application freeze. - When adding pictures, you’ll see you camera roll. But when having this opened and saving new pictures, from say whatsapp, to the camera roll, the pictures are not instantly visible. - Creating an account is limited to Facebook and e-mail verification. A guest option should be available (no registration) or Google SAML sign-in. Overall this is a very good piece of software and has a lot of potential!
