Great app.
Typically better experience than most other conference apps. I think the low stars are too negative. My experience is that this is now a more polished app
Didn’t work
App was buggy at best. After our team downloaded it only one person could actually open it without it automatically closing immediately after opening it up.
Initiator Casas Cafe
Definitely a powerful tool if used right and the appropriate energy is put into the app. In these virtual times the biggest feature for me is the ability to ACTUALLY network with other attendees. Yes, its not perfect yet, but it looks good and it is pretty simple to use. I am sure the 5th star is not far away!

claims to provide recordings but none found nor info on accessing them. contractradictory guides.
Great tool - but version for iPad missing
If you want to display the agenda of an event, it would be much more convenient to have it on the iPad instead of the iPhone.

Amazing app, so easy to set up and personalize. Support team is amazing, load time is phenomenal. Especially good for networking and agenda personalization.

Can’t even launch. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can’t launch.
Frustrating experience
Great concept and the UI looks good on my phone. However, the schedule screen constantly resets back to the current time, making it difficult to browse the full days schedule. To make matters worse, many of the sessions take so long to load that sessions are easy to miss. This app needs a lot of work.
Okay tool
Not particularly user friendly. No quick way to sync meetings with your calendar the first time used. The syncing later popped up but there was no way to tell why it was absent before and it was unclear what calendar it was syncing to at first
Worked great for Slush’D Quebec
Brella worked great for looking at the event schedule, and it helped me to connect with other relevant people during the event.
Glitches
The app is useless. I’ve downloaded it twice and entered my event code, and it freezes. Failed experience.
Probably good for networking, but a disappointment for stream watchin
Brella app is not designed for iPad, the screen is very small, and no way to make any bigger. Also scrolling the stream recording is not very useful. Maybe this is designed for shorter stream recordings, but at least several hours recordings the scroll bar is quite challenging to use.
Great networking app
I found this app so intuitive and easy to use when I last attended a conference. I really can’t relate to what’s been said in the other reviews.

App won’t load
As soon as you download the app it says it needs to update then freezes. Obviously the developers have a lot of work to do. It’s junk right now.
Great Idea; Poor Execution
The idea of an app for conference networking is great. However, the execution and reliability of this app is sub-par. Constantly takes forever to load, no ability to choose your own meeting location, and the iPad app is PHONE sized. Even the desktop site is super slow. I wish there was an ability to “link” with people to track who your colleagues have networked with. We are keeping an Excel sheet, but it’d be better to be able to track this in the app to avoid multiple people from the same company reaching out to us or to combine meetings. Also wish I could take notes in the app. Lots of room for improvement.
Best event app
I've been to dozens of conferences, and this is by far the best app. Easy to use, intuitive, fast, good design, and best of all I can easily connect with leads
Doesn’t work!
I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times and won’t get passed the first screen. My IOS is up to date. Worthless to me and I have a conference in 3 days.
Where is the iPad app?
So 2010 to have to zoom in and rotate my iPad to see anything because of the iPhone display size. How about upgrading the app to responsive design..??
Surprisingly good
I’ve just used Brella as an event and have found compelled to write a review. Using the app is straightforward once you get the hang of it. The IM works well and setting or rescheduling meetings is simple. Overall simple to use and a great tool to network at events.
Great idea, poor execution
Downloaded for NFT LA. Great features if they actually worked. Can’t chat with anyone because chat just perpetually loads. Calendar doesn’t sync. Very frustrating experience. Missed opportunity here.
Good concept but disconnected
It’s heavily disconnected from the conference app and from outlook/personal calendars. Also-there’s no way to counter with an alternative time. The only way is to cancel. Has caused more headaches than reaching out to people directly.
I wish all conferences used this app
The app has some shortcomings (I wish it could import the conference agenda as opposed to just having a URL pointing to it), but I love the idea. It facilitates networking a lot less daunting by allowing you to learn a little bit about the person you are about to talk to before actually meeting them and to find a time that is convenient for both parties rather than catching the other party by surprise at an inconvenient time. I would recommend this app to all conferences if I could!

App won’t open
Downloaded this app for use during/before an industry conference, the app on my phone crashes two seconds into opening it. Have not been able to get it open.

Tried signing on with desktop, no luck. Downloaded app— screen locked up. Not worth the bother at this point.
