I used to play this game years ago and it was fun, but just got into it again and now they have way more ads and you need to pay weekly to get rid of them. Also it lags way too much.

Way too many ads
I use to like playing this game, I recently re-downloaded it but the amount of ads really puts me off. Every single map requires you to watch an advert for a free trial and sometimes they don’t load properly so you die pretty much instantly and then you’re straight on to another ad. Even very basic maps require you to watch an advert to unlock. On the plus side when you do actually get on to the actual gameplay it’s really fun.
Ads are too much
When you play the game it always requires an ad for each map, and when you do get onto the map, to unlock a helping path, that considers a ad too. Sometimes it wouldn’t and you would have to pay with coins but it’s just too much ads, especially when you die in the game it takes you right off to another ad

Great gameplay, a few issues
I love the core gameplay, but there are occasional bugs and predatory ads. Aside from that, this is one of my favorite games! The music is original and very catchy, and the skill ceiling required to beat some later levels is very high! If you love music and can deal with ads, I definitely recommend this game!

This game was amazing when I was younger
I used to play this game a decent amount when I was younger but there hasn’t been a new level since like a couple years ago. If there is no new levels, then the game kinda gets boring a bit. Plus there’s way too many ads if you die in the game ad immediately. The most annoying part is when you watch an ad to play a level that you don’t have you die you have to watch a ad and if you do watch an ad to play a level you don’t have then the music bugs out and doesn’t play.

I have played this game during my adolescence (i am now a preteen) And it was fun. There might be a few ads and a subscription but it doesn’t matter. Although when i tried redownloading the game on this device it has for some reason A FLIPPING CHINESE SIGN IN PAGE. Even though i played this game in china I. HAVE. NO. IDEA. ON. HOW. TO. GET. IN!!!!!!!
Amazing but y’all need bug fixes
This was the game of my childhood and y’all took away the best level of faded and on the spin wheel if you spin it and get “no ads” for a amount of time, you can’t get a free trial for the level, because you have to watch an ad to get the levels, but they are blocked. But still best game ever. Also i have achived it to a point where i cant get anymore golden cube currency things because of the challenge board, i cant only get 100 every 1 min add

I used to play the game a long time ago, no ads, no limited lives. The game was so addictive. Today? Not so much. Id happily pay some money to get the full experience but 7.99 a week is way too much for a mobile game.

Unfortunately unplayable
This game was my first mobile game. It was simple, easy, and barely any ads. I just redownloaded the game for fun, and I kid you not, I have watched ads longer than I’ve been enjoying gameplay. At most, you get 2 attempts between ads, AT MOST! I clicked the settings menu button and it pulled up an ad. This is 100% unreasonable and unacceptable! Ads are deceptive too, if they’ve got a progress bar it’ll move fast at first and slow down. If the ad is a video, it’ll play 3-4 times. Many ads have multiple screens with Xs that you have to click through. I just want the old DL back.
Unsightreadable
I love this game. I think it’s really fun. But man are there so many unsightreadable levels. ESPECIALLY the Wizard of Oz. Seriously. I feel like it was barely play tested. Also, why is it locked behind ads or a paywall? There’s no “unlock by gems” like there are for literally every other level!

Great Game, but there are very noticable flaws
I love this game, me and my family play it all the time and show off our progress to each other. But mainly this game has shown some really big flaws that make the game harder to play. 1. Lag. Its simple, you lag once, youll lag at the most important parts and mess up. 2. No input. Theres a glitch where you tap when your supposed to, and it doesnt register the input, then you lose. These glitches make the game extremely frustrating.

Pretty good
I have loved this app so much I remember watching my siblings beat the hardest level and being so excited when I got a phone so I could get this app it really is wonderful and it’s fun on road trips when you don’t have time for like a massive game but want something to do with your hands I LOVE the music you guys come up with and the reason I’m only rating this four stars is because of the adds I feel like if you don’t mess up in a round there shouldn’t be an add what I’m trying to say is at least dial them down but other than that please get this app it is litterly awesome tottaly recommend!!!! So overall this game is okay but there are a couple things that make it a bit difficult to play. Firstly, sometimes the sound doesn’t play every once in a while so I have to sort of twiddle with it for a while until it works again. Secondly, there are WAY WAY WAY too many adds. I think it’s super unfair how you have to watch an add for every song that you want to play. There are ways of unlocking it but to do that you must complete courses and once you’ve unlocked it you have to spend those golden cube things for it and that’s really unfair because you technically already unlocked it so we shouldn’t have to pay for it. Also I can’t even go to the Home Screen of the game without there being an add. Like I wish I was exaggerating but when I mess up and go to retry there is ALWAYS a super long add. And I think it’s so unfair how you have to wait for those little silver cubes that disappear when you mess up. Like what’s the point for waiting for those cubes to fill up just to keep making mistakes because some of those courses are really hard. Like at this point it’s almost impossible to play the game because what’s the point of a game if you have to wait for another chance to play it. I find that super unfair. It’s also very very laggy and I just cannot get one decent course.

Pay to play
You used to be able to play all the songs for free (at least a VERY good majority of them) and now this company has gotten greedy and you can’t play most of them anymore. It’s pathetic. There’s an ad what feels like every 2 seconds, and if you watch a video to play a game, and you mess up, that level goes away until you watch ANOTHER ad, even though you just watched one after you messed up. How greedy can you people be. Such sell outs and you don’t even realized you ruined your laggy game because of it.

after having played this game when I was younger, I decided to give it another shot because it was a fun game in my memory. The game is still pretty great minus a couple of bugs regarding sound & progress, but the amount of ads are astronomical — which I know is the baseline of basically every mobile game nowadays but it is still crazy to get an ad almost every time you die or press a button Great game, very relaxing, nostalgic, but when paired with a plethora of ads it makes me want to do something else

Every level comes with its own story, And wonderful music. The music composers, Lukas Michalski, and Congfei Wei, might definitely be modern day Mozart and Beethoven.
Biggest Downfall in history
I don’t ever write reviews, but this is such a big downfall that I needed to say something. When I was younger, many many years ago, when the game was in its very early stages, this was a staple in my day to day. The game was so fun and so well made. Every level was unique, the music as well, and when they did an update it filled me with excitement to go and try out the new levels. Well, today I randomly remembered the existence of this game. I went to download it, and after 5 minutes of “mostly” ads, I deleted it. The first thing the game tells you is to pay 32$ a month for all levels access. 32$!!!! For a GAME. That’s insane. Then if you don’t want to pay it, you’re stuck at the first level they give you. I remember in their first iterations ads didn’t even exist. You could choose whatever level you wanted to play with no consequence. Now, I took more time watching ads than actually playing. After every press, an ad. You died? An ad. You want another level? An ad. You want the guidance line? An ad. It’s insane! And not only that, when I actually lost in one of the levels and decided to watch an ad to continue playing, the game just didn’t render the map right so every try was just wasted because there wasn’t any map for the little line to go on. If dancing line truly wants to get on top of their game again and build an actually usable game, they have to: 1: stop the ads. Having a subscription or paid service is normal. But not ads every 2 taps. 2: switch the model from ads every 2 seconds to one where the user chooses to watch ads to get more lives. That makes sense and there’s a purpose behind each ad. 3. Allow usage across all levels. It doesn’t benefit the app to lock users to certain levels that they don’t want to play. If they’re able to play their favorite levels, they’ll stay for longer, therefore watching more ads and being more hooked on the game, which equals more money. 4. For the money side of things again, add a customization feature. Create different “skins” for the line. People that really like the game and play it a lot wouldn’t mind opening packs or using real money to buy CHEAP skins. It’s a game. You can’t charge 20$ per skin. Maybe one or two dollars and for higher end ones maybe 8 or something. 5. If you do want to have a subscription model, make it be infinite lives, a few skins per month, and hints and help in every game. And if not, you still enjoy the game with all levels unlocked, but you have a few lives that to replenish you can infinite ads or you can come back after a few hours. These are just some ideas I have that I think could benefit the game strategy and overall direction in a good way. I loved this game and just want to see it succeed again, although I highly doubt anyone will actually care.

It’s a fun game but when I get an advertisement, it doesn’t let me close it and I have to keep reopening the game.
This is a good game let down by greed
Listen I get it the company has to make money from ads but this is atrocious level of ads and the only way to stop them is to pay a weekly subscription? The least you could do is make it monthly given this is literally just a game you tap to change direction. Ads are so common that I’m honestly just considering not playing because I couldn’t even click onto a level without getting an ad that doesn’t go away even after clicking the x button. This stuff just comes off as greed. I’ll change my review if things ever get better but I don’t think this game is how I remember it being because of the amount of ads getting thrown at me

The game is good, i used this game to calm myself down back in 2016 or 2017 and i LOVED this game, this brought back so much memories, but it doesn’t hit the same no more, now you need premium to unlock all the levels? I swear they all used to be free back in 2017, what happened to the game? still a good game tbh

This is good but…
I love it and just had my mom pay for the ads. But there are some features I want to make it better! First, I want 5 difficulty levels! 2 for the easy, the normal level, and 2 harder ones! Next, I would love a level maker, just choose a song, a style, and you’re done! Also, if you could maybe lower the prices a bit, making it easier for people who don’t have as much money… Then, maybe extend the limit of lives, instead of 15 and regenerating 1 every 1.5 minutes, maybe think of having 100 or 150 lives and 1-5 regenerating every 25 seconds! Last, I think we should be able to just automatically start at the last checkpoint instead of using money to buy those heart things! Other than that, pretty great game! Just please please please add these features on! Fix the bugs! And maybe your app will get less bad reviews! Bye! One more thing, you should make every level free, instead of either having to watch ads or buy every level! Please! Bye for real!

I got 85% or 86% of completion of The Chaos but it was so hard, so yeah I always have to continue practicing to bet The Chaos.
Great game, such a shame that it’s got so many ads
I’ve been playing this game for a good many years now and I remember back in the old days when there were so much less ads! I was hopeful after a new company bought this game that it would solve the problem with ads, but sadly not The visuals and music are truly stunning, especially the level ‘The Chinese Garden’ I would say that if you have the patience to wait through t about 50% ads to gameplay, depending on how good you are then you should definitely get this game!
