Game is racist to me. I get fars when it is supposed to be pure in Aleph-0. This is a bug, not pure luck. Please fix it. They think I am black but I am not.
Really fun and unique
I really love this game! It is fun to play and very learnable once you get used to the mechanics. I would love to play more charts for this in the near future!
New update erased everything
I have t played for a while, but the new update erased all my previous data. All songs I got with the digital currency were gone, and all my currency was gone too. Also, everything is pay to play?? Biggest deal breaker for this being a good game

after the recent update the game won’t open properly and closes a couple of seconds after opening.

Arcaea looked really cool so i wanted to try it out, but i cant open the app without it immediately kicking me out. im not sure if the game has such high graphics involved but my phone can handle other high graphics games fine

Keep failing when I start it
iPad os15.4, idk why it’s just failing, I tried to start it without Wi-Fi and it started, but once I connect to Wi-Fi or start it when I’m connected, it just crashes every single time
It’s great but tedious
Everything is great but I wish the charts had random mode. I get mind-block on some charts so random would help me do better. Also lowiro needs to make world mode faster. Even with the best partners at max lvl it still takes a day or two to unlock stuff without spending money.
I feel I got scammed
I purchased “Liminal Eclipse” only to find out that to unlock the 5th song you also need to purchase “Lasting Eden” and also “Lasting Eden 2”. No warning or notification in the game. I feel I got scammed and I will never spend for this game or to the same developer

Nice game but...
It turns repetitive very fast, having to play the same songs over and over again. You can buy songs and unlock them; but unlocking them requires progressing certain amount of "steps" and, as you go further, a step can require you playing 9, 10 or 12 times and some times, the same song.

I can't believe I wasted my time on this game
I'm a 11.75 potential player, so I think I can confidently say that I regret having played this game so much. Of course, it's fun at first, and it probably was to warrant me reaching that level of potential, but in hindsight, looking back to all the years I've played this game, it was truly a waste of time. I would have likely not bought any chapters, and I do think that this game is no longer fun.

Arcaea may just be the most high quality and well rounded rhythm game I have ever played, and I’ve played a LOT of rhythm games. Lowiro has nailed that feeling of playing an arcade rhythm game in a way that feels special. Arcaea, and their as of now yet to be released rhythm game In Falsus take the devices you already have, and tailor an experience that feels like those devices were made just for that game, and it’s all the better for it. No rhythm game has captured what Arcaea has since its release, and I don’t know if any game after this truly will.

But only if you’re really into this stuff. Otherwise don’t bother wasting your time and energy on a game you don’t even want to play or understand. Unfortunately I keep coming back for the amazing songs and addicting gameplay so I probably spent more than I should have on this mobile game slop.

As someone who plays Project Sekai most of the time, I’ve always wanted to try another rhythm game. I remember downloading this game one year ago, and despite how difficult it can be, I absolutely love how unique the gameplay is. It gives the game its own distinct charm and makes it incredibly fun to play. If I were to recommend a rhythm game to anyone, I’d definitely tell them to try Arcaea!
Good music but questionnably free to play
Good music however the only thing you can play for free is the tutorial. To play each other songs you need to pay.
Great for veterans
This game heavily favours experienced players in rhythm games. The difficulty curve and traditionality of this game is very unforgiving towards newer players especially when difficulty 9 hits.
I’m disappointed
People were telling me the game was really good so I downloaded it cuz I like rhythm games, but the game crept me stuck on the song page and I could only do 1 song. I was expecting better from this game!

worst rhythm game i've played
i'm fairly advanced at rhythm games and have played tons of them... and this one is NOT good. this isn't me just being sour either, it's genuinely not good. anything above a 7 difficulty is unplayable as notes are overlapping each other and you physically cannot tap both at the same time. MAYBE if you were playing on a bigger screen you could. this isn't thumb player friendly, this isn't mobile friendly. idk why any sane rhythm game player would ever download this. tldr; don't download this if you want to play hard songs. this game can only pull off easy charts.
dlc songs and story mode
i really, really, love arcaea. the gameplay is exciting, especially the sky notes, which are a type of new gameplay that i havent seen before in rhythym games. all in all, arcaea is great. the thing is, if you want to explore story mode, you need to use real money. the only way to unlock story mode is to buy its pack, using paid memories. i understand making the dlc song packs and collab packs paid, but the story mode? the loading screen boasts the lore of how “two girls explore a world, shattered with sound,” and that sounds cool, until you find out you have to pay for it. im sure there are many f2p players out there like me, so i just wish you could experience the lore without needing to pay. again, i understand paying for dlcs and stuff, but i wish the story was more accessible.

For some reason it stutters a LOT on the new iPhone 13 pro and i’m not sure what the problem is. It worked perfectly fine on the old iPhone 8 so i think this issue needs to be addressed.
