AC Is Life But—
It’s an amazing ac game! But may you please fix the Gold Gauntlet DNA CUBEs for the Gauntlet event that is going. Everytime i go to the store to buy the dna cube, it just freezes. Not allowing me to back out of it or anything. Had to restart my game. But other than that, it’s an amazing app nonetheless

Legendary heroes lacking T5 weapons and armors
I hope we can get true T5 weapons or armors for some legendary characters still missing them, like Mary Read, Darius, Ishak, etc, even general true T5 would be good. Now that damage mostly comes from weapon and attack stat almost adds nothing to a hero’s damage, this becomes especially important. I’ve played this game for many years and I know this is a long-existing issue but just never gets fixed. Plus I just found some of the the elite accessories are ridiculously hard to craft yet the stats are incredibly poor. Yes I am talking about Nassau Cavaliers, how can it cost twice the amount of gems but stats are only half of Jerboa Greaves? BTW I came back to play this games because of the Black Flag resynced, but seeing the further nerf of Mary Read is really disappointing.
Way too expensive for the game
The game offers almost nothing for free. You have to spend a fortune just to get anywhere in the game . I’m an assassin creed fanatic , but this game isn’t playable because all the creators want is your money. They offer missions you can’t even play because you’re never high enough on levels to play them . Very disappointing
Doesn’t work on my phone or iPad
I love this game, it works great on my iPad but if I try playing it on my phone it doesn’t work no matter what I do, please can you try to figure out why

Played this game a lot, until it erased all of my data and now refuses to actually open. Now when I try to open it, it keeps telling me to go online no matter how good my internet connection is or how many tricks I try to fix the issue.

Needs more thrill
I love this game but make it offline mode or 1 or 2 bar internet . Also make it more thrilling like joystick parkour or the player chooses how the targets get killed such as assassination or direct killing.Thank you for reading

Every time I’ve tried to play for the last three days it tells me I’m unable to connect to the server.
A good game but
I used to play this game all the time and it used to be one of my favourite games on mobile but now a few months later I downloaded this game hoping for the great game I had played bug as I logged on it told me I needed a WiFi connection although I have got one I have tried lots of things to try to get it working but if won’t work. Connectivity issues
Phone network and WiFi work w/o problem for all normal use. For this game nothing. I’ve spent so much time and I’ve basically been locked out of my account because the network not available. Anyway I spent money and have the Ubisoft subscription and now that apparently means nothing when talking to support sooooo fml I even made it to level 52 which takes foreverrrrrr

Connecting issues
I can’t connect to the server. It’s a great game but needs to be removed from the App Store if Ubisoft won’t pay attention and fix it. It worked somewhat before the update now it won’t connect. I’m guessing that this game will never be fixed.

No missions?
The game started out pretty cool and fun, was skeptical on an ac mobile version but this actually does work and it works well.. however, every time I tried to build the next 3 rooms (treasury and the 2 others I’ve forgotten the names of) it kept sending me back and I had to do this like 4 times.. I the build the rooms then linked my google account which fixed that issue! Now I get “9 hours till missions” I then log on later to get “23 hours till missions” it makes it unplayable which is a shame because it generally seems like a pretty badass game! I hope you guys fix the mission bug!! If fixed I’ll change my review to 5 stars if I can!!

The game is good. But too much loading pages which is irrerating. Also too much ads. And even if I am in online it’s show message "you need to be online to watch an ads." The game kind a like Clash of clans and Clash Royale but those game are more smooth. I also face many lags.

Gameplay is a bit repetitive. You really have to be an Assassins creed fan or something to constantly enjoy the content. It’s overall a great game. Can’t Play Since Last Update
*EDIT 5/23/2026* - They sort of got my game working, after four months of largely being disrespected and ignored, only for a new error on their end to cause my game to crash repeatedly, with no solution available. Also, support continues to ignore the money they stole from me. PLEASE don’t waste your time and money here. After the last update, I made an in-game purchase of a new, featured item. This immediately made my game unable to connect to servers, an issue that was also observed and reported by multiple other users. I immediately reported to support. Initial feedback was somewhat positive, but the most recent responses went from saying they had a fix that’s time-consuming, to they were still exploring what caused the issue. Regardless, I have now been unable to play for 4 weeks, haven’t been offered a refund for my specific purchase or my monthly pass, and won’t be able to use what I bought as it just ended.

I try to be patient with the ads they are meant to be a reasonable prod to make you buy a package instead of watching endless ads. But the ridiculous process of ads, 5 second countdowns followed by click the X, followed by the green bar showing the length of the ad not actually showing you the end of the ad. Wow. I watched the bloody ad, just close it and move on or make it a 2 minute ad. Is it a separate division that figures out the ad torture scenarios? Game itself is fine.

Well, this was a great game. I experienced this last year when they did an update it took a month before they corrected the update to where I was able to play it. Once again they’ve done an update two weeks later I’m still unable to play. I’ve contacted both the online developers and the company themselves. and I got the courtesy email telling me that there were the problem and they’re working on it and as I stated two weeks later and I’m still unable to access the game I’ll check back in a month and we’ll see what we stand for those you were able to play it ,enjoy for those who can’t like myself what a waste. As of Jan 21, 2026, “Customer Support “ email me requesting that I contact them and describe my problem. I have sent emails and messages to their website and links. How many customer service sections are there??! I guess if purchased the game and continue to purchase options instead of playing the free version, might get better service instead of BS (bad service) 🤣 Update: as of May 3, 2026. This company has refused to provide any further assistance. Because i am playing the free version, the company after its Jan 2026 update which is denying its free version playable forcing players to purchase the non free version. I am done. Good luck to all who believe in the tooth fairy because like the tooth fairy, customer service doesn’t exist.
Im a bit picky
This game is a great blend of strategy and rng i love the different types of sets like shadow assassins tanks healers and trap characters i have one complaint and its dumb we have had one game newer then Valhalla (mirage) and soon we will have shadows i think its time for a new game logo especially since eyvor isnt even an assassin
