مشكلة في سلة التسوق
يوجد مشكلة في التطبيق والموقع ! بس اوصل لمرحلة الدفع يطلع انه في خطأ ويحذف كل شي بالسلة حدثت التطبيق حذفته ورجعت حملته جربت الويب سايت اكثر من خمس مرات والى الان ما انحل الموضوع ! يرجى حل المشاكل التقنيه
Delivery of Goods
I have observed whenever i have ordered and paid it online, there was no effort to delivering it in given due date. How ever, when i order and put on COD the delivery due date was met. It should be done with the same effort.

Got Cheated
I ordered inner wears for almost 150 AED. All sizes delivered were wrong and these products cannot be exchanged or returned. I am never going to purchase anything from here. Got cheated badly. 😓

The app is not accepting any discount codes , I received many codes from center point itself but not valid for the app or online , and I contacted the support team many times where the promised to solve the issue but still not solved so whats the use of giving invalid codes ? Either the app is not working probably or the promo codes are fake.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and completed the payment online. However, I still have not received my order, even though the system shows it as delivered. It has now been more than 10 days with no update or proper response. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I am not happy with Centerpoint’s service.

Cart acces should be fast , removing things from it takes time , Every time when u proceed to pay thers error item sold out in your cart doesn’t show which one it is . Should have got select multiple items together to add or remove from cart . Need to work n fix it

لازم تصلحون مشكل ظهور الصفحات في التطبيق بطيء جدا و دائما نفس المشكل ، كم من مرة احتاج ملابس اطلبها بسبب بطىء التطبيق اغلقها و اشوف تطبيق آخر

The App really needs a Performance tweak. App is too slow and has too much delay on any selection. Seems tobe you need to do some improvements on User Experience side. Was using app and seems that selecting something and some other thing got openend.

Online showing Brown sending always blue colur. same it was got both times. return service very bad and also in chat customer service. 30 days over now still waiting not refunded payment.

كان المفضل عندي لسهولة كلشي الطلب الدفع التوصيل الاسترجاع بس بالفترة الاخيرة كتير عذبتوني بالاسترجاع وانا عم اخد هدايا طبيعي اذا ما اقتنعت بالقطعةكهدية اني رجع كتير وبضل اسبوع اتصل كرمال ترجع الفلوس ما كنتوا كدا من قبل

Centre point has a wide range of apparels and other materials but what i like the most is customer service and online offers that we can meet in our daily life hence altogether centrepoint is good for family shopping especially online for family as we find a variety of range for children,infant and women so its a complete package. Overall the shopping experience is fantastic but the application contains so many bugs in recent days can’t even update the delivery address the app automatically blanks out while editing or adding new address please update on bugs and improvements

Very bad experience. I ordered things in online and delivery showing like tomorrow but after 2 days also not received my order. While calling and chatting with customer care service staff saying today will receive. They are not sharing any details like courier details at all. I never expected like answer from customer service. Very very bad . Don’t order anything from here.

Thank you so much for making shopping at Centerpoint easy, but you really need to look into having delivery on timings. I did place an order and it said that the delivery will be tomorrow, but what time, I don’t know??!! You cannot expect your customers to wait the whole day at home to have an item or two being delivered from your store. I do really appreciate the delivery option, but you really have to look into improving this issue which ch is timing. At least give me the option of choosing my time of delivery to be available. Thank you
