Terrible app
Doesn’t open, just getting a blank white screen. Opens up if you are lucky 1 in every 20 tries and has been like this for weeks.

Annoying app
For golfers this app is indispensable for entering club competitions. It seems many golf clubs are ‘wedded’ to this company for entering and running club competitions. So it’s really annoying to find it runs incredibly slowly when most clubs are running competitions, ie weekends! And I’ve never encountered an app that keeps asking you to keep logging in, for security purposes. Your full details, not a quick process. Every few weeks! When you are on the golf course, without your glasses to hand, it is so annoying to have to enter your log in details.
Rubbish updates
Was a great app now unusable. Can’t log on due to coding errors . Clubs should steer clear of it . Brilliant when it works but it dosnt 70 % of the time . Get it in the bin .
Lack of testing?
Inundated with unwanted adverts and when following links e.g. to YouTube or advertisers websites there’s no back function. Only way to get back to hdid homepage is to power down phone and restart. Just wondering why this type of issue isn’t resolved before software update is released?
Seems to be quite glitch since the recent update in 2025
I find this app great for my golf. Especially for securing tee times and competition results. However it does seem to be very slow since the recent update. To be fair at least it is now working again. But does need some work to be more responsive. Especially as the app owners must earn quite a lot from the adverts they keep sending me.

Hasn’t work properly since error message about median plan…
Annoying ads
Recently ads have started to appear which if I accidentally click on them, I can’t get rid of, there’s no option to close the page so I have to delete the app and reload it!

Tasty skills .com took £34 from my account and in spite of e mails to this company and HowDidiDo both ignored and me the site is swarming with ads that will not go away. I am saddened they won’t respond that’s outrageous and dishonest and not good for this site either

Awful now there are constant pop up ads. Get rid of them or tell us how to turn them off. If you accidentally open them, you can’t get out of them. Thinking of deleting the app!!!

The ads drive you made they pop up continuously and if you try and minimise you go straight into the ad. Is there a way of removing them I'd pay more
Shocking
For the amount of clubs using this app it is shocking that the developer doesn’t listen to feedback and sort out the problems with it. The app crashes continually throughout a round and often need to re enter scores. You have to take a physical card with you to ensure you have the ct score at the end. That is not a step forward into digital scoring !!
Can never login laughable
I’ve lost count of the amount of hours that I’ve spent trying to log into this damn app
Appalling
How did all the golf clubs in the Uk get sucked into using this app. It’s so unstable. It freezes, won’t accept scores, won’t allow teetimes to be booked. I’m appalled that I’m paying to use it. Shame on you HDID. You need to refund all your customers. We are paying a fortune to use this piece of rubbish.
Worst app on my phone
This very rarely loads first time , today struggling, can’t put scores in , even computer in golf club slow , this app needs work to correct all problems
