Poor design
Very primitive app/ website design with fundamental logic flaws such as not allowing submission of withdrawal requests after 4pm on working days. You could have allowed the user to submit a request, and kept it for processing on the next working day. Designs like this almost feel like they're meant to discourage withdrawal requests.
Fake app
This is not the real eMPF app. That app is only available for download in HK App Store. It is probably a scam app. I entered my password and email and now I’m worried of personal data leak.

Worst App Ever
Its an rubbish app, extremely poor user experience, horrible User Interface and Interaction , terrible information architecture, you can only get so little information by installing this app...shame that HK gov and MPF delivered such useless digital product. It’s always error, always forbidden users to use the app! What’s the point making a crappy product that no one can use it???? Stop putting money in the PR/ Marketing and spend more resources make better digital product!
