- Old updates stop working properly on newer phones and iOS versions.
Full gospel readings
I love the app. I would like to see the full gospel reading instead of a summarised one.
Dates out of sync
All thru November I’ve waited for the developer to fix the out of sync date issue and now we’re almost into December and I just checked the reading for Dec 1 and still not sync’d. In addition Monday’s are even more messed up - can’t get to those even when selecting another date. Very poor support.
No font sizing
The content is wonderful! The design is also pretty good. The only drawback for me is the lack of option to adjust the font size - the default is too small and I cannot use it without reading glasses.
Outdated user interface
This comment is about the form, not the substance of this app. This app is not friendly for users. No settings available. We cannot make changes in the size of the font, background to make it dark, copy, and select the text.
Font size unreadable
Since last update gospel reading font size is very tiny almost unreadable. Would be good if font can be made adjustable sizing.
I’ve used this app every day for years!
What a wonderful way to pray with the meditations from this series. I use it every day!
iPray With The Gospel
The font is far too small and there are no settings to adjust the size. Unfortunately, it makes the app unusable.
More features on the app
I would love the way of the cross feature on the app
Glitches often
It glitches often so the pages get cut and I always have to zoom in just to be able to read the gospel that day
Missing brief biography of saints
I miss the part where there’s a biography about the Saint whose feast is celebrated on the day.
Thank you
To be able to offer this for free is a blessing. Getting better and better. Thank you everyone for your help!
Update needed
Please update.
Issues with scrolling
I have experienced having difficulty scrolling through the text. Some text get chopped off and cannot be read.. might be some issue with the format of the scroll/text container? Other than that, no issues.. hope this can be updated soon :) Thank you..
iPhone X
I can only see some parts of some of the commentaries on iPhone X. The ‘your thoughts’ box seems to be fixed on top of the rest and it’s not possible to scroll the commentary text.
App not working on iOS 16
I have just updated the application on my iPhone 13 with iOS 16 and it not working. We cannot access the content. The labels on the buttons refer to the code e.g: button.label1 and when you click on them, no content is available. Similar behaviour was observed on iPhone 7. Thanks for your effort to refresh the look of it. We cannot wait to access the upgraded content.
Gospel reflections
Are out of sync for today’s date and day for year 2021
Not working
I just updated this app, and now it is not working. It won't open. Please send help about what is happening with my app.
Needs a Fix
I have been happily using this app for quite some time. For some reason it has lately become difficult to use. Aside from a problem with font size, it is now very difficult to scroll up or down.
Wrong dates
Hi! Please correct the dates. It says the 8th of November, 2021 is a Sunday. It’s a very useful app, but needs an update.
ipray with the Gospel
I love the app, but it no longer has the correct Gospel for the day. And if I use the calendar to change the date, I can not get any chose any dates in 2020 to show up. I live in Germany, but even with adjusting for the time difference it still does not allow me to select dates in 2020 and the gospel for the day is the gospel from the prior day.
What happened since December 31 2019?
The app stopped updating on my iPhone but works as before on Android. When you open it, the current date’s meditation shows but if you try to select another date it will not allow any dates after December 31, 2019 AND the current meditation is lost! You have to exit and reopen to find it again. I hope this bug can be fixed. This has been a great app!
Mixed up texts
Hi, since January the gospel is not the one of the day. It’s of the previous day. Secondly one cannot see previous texts of 2020 but only 2019. Thank you
Cycle C instead of Cycle B
For October 2021, the gospels were from a different cycle.
Great
Thank you for creating this app it forms a considerable part of my mental prayer and has helped me tremendously. I hope that it will be updated for the current year as I believe it will be a huge help to a great number of people in 2020. Thank You
when will the 2020 app version be available?
last update was 11 months ago. when will the 2020 app version be available?
My thoughts section
The section for "my thoughts" is glitchy: it doesn't scroll well when entering text and it saves as a black block that hides text.
Great app!
This app has helped a lot in my mental prayers, thank you! (Btw, there is a small bug in the app— the comments on the daily reading on 6/6 and 7/6 are the same, but otherwise, great job!)
Gospel reflections missing for 2020
I noticed the readings in the app were out of sync. Looks like the app is only loaded with 2018 and 2019 gospel reflections. Is there a timeline to begin adding the reflections for 2020?
Not up to date
Missing February and March already.
Great update!
Thanks for the new features! 😊
Wrong gospel reading
There is something wrong with the daily Gospel. It does not coincide with the actual gospel of the daily mass.
Need To Be Updated to 2020
This is my favorite daily devotionals app for the last year however, it stopped updating until December 31, 2019. Please update to reflect this year’s readings.
Inspirational reflections every morning.
Thank you so much to everyone who has worked on this app. The reflections inspire me every single morning to conquer the day, living with God's grace and presence.
