Hate the new version!!!
I updated and hate the new look, it freezes and the board is too busy. And yes I have the updated version of the new one but still HATE it. Restore the old version!!! I want a refund! So sad what was my fav way to relax after work is gone. I can’t even submit feedback because even that glitches. I’m going to try learning the American version to get away from this one. What a horrible decision to completely change the UI. That person should be fired.
Why did you mess up this great game?
Upgrade made this game unplayable. Instructions itself made it confusing and the game is worse. Timing a chow and pong? Why? Incomplete cards? Dang. Why o why.. Update: Thank you for fixing. Better now!
17 Tiles
I don't understand why you start the game with 17 tiles. Unless you are first turn in which case you dispose 1 tile right away. Then player on the right either draws pongs, chows, etc. You cannot win playing with 17 and not 16 tiles. Hopefully this gets updated soon. Looks good though.

Thanks for the all new look. Just a few observations: 1. Why do we start with 17 tiles? Supposed to be 16, right? 2. The discarded tiles cannot be seen properly. There’s a window right in the middle of the screen. 3. The flow of the game is not that smooth. It’s quite choppy, to be honest. Hopefully you can improve on these. game before the update was better
the game is paywall blocked now, you can’t do anything without buying chips with real money. makes no sense because it’s not like you can even cash out?? to the developers, if you’re trying to make any money, you’re better off offering people to watch ads to earn chips to play. that way people can find out if your game is even worth it to invest in buying chips 🤷♀️. (apparently new players get chips? i didn’t get any since i was playing before the update, so i can’t verify if the game is worth playing. great way to lose your existing player base 😬😬) and your landing page doesn’t even tell people to swipe up. people will just think the game is broken and loading. bad UX. there are other mahjong games, download those instead. RIP the original game lol. (my sister recommended downloading “Mahjong Tayo!” and it’s been a really fun experience so far! cute designs and intuitive controls. plus it has a learning feature to teach new gen mahjong players!)
Loving the recent updates BUT…
Love this version compared to the other app. My game bugged. I chowed my last set but prompting me to discard when I have all my sets displayed.
Graphics over play
Graphics are great but the new version does not allow me time to make my own decisions (diskarte) due to the time constraints to claim and sometimes I already have a winning hand but it says it’s not it yet. It gets quite frustrating even if in guided play you still are under time pressure to choose. The old version allows you to think and strategize better, giving you ample time to make choices. I like the old version better. How can I get that back?

Winning rules
Waiting for sticks to win, but won instead when a character was drawn. Please fix. It was an awesomely game anyway. Also, suggesting the single joker mode.

A couple a months ago it was great practice..,you can’t even grab a discarded winning tile?!? What happened!?
Update not good
The updated veraion is not senior friendly. Tiles are too small even with zoom. And there are too many displayed on the screen. It makes the game even more confusing. And u have to pay to play u like before it was free. Dont update!

Not liking the new update, would play this game everyday but now it’s confusing, slower and some of the future’s don’t work.

The game is good, but sometimes it skip my turn to chow or pong. It will be great also if can see the balance of the chips
New Update Sux
The old layout and button placement and things was way better than the new updated version. I used to play this all the time but now it’s just slow and the layout is way too busy, at least for me. I’m also confused at their being no more buttons for “PONG” “CHOW” ect. I don’t think I’ll be playing this one much longer. I loved it before the recent update.

Please bring back the old version. This new version is an upgrade no one asked for. I used to spend hours playing this and now I need to find a different app.

New update review
The previous format was simple, yet user friendly and easy to view, especially for older people and beginners. Now it seems like there’s so much on the screen, tiny font and too many colors. Also, I have too many tiles. I should have 16, win with 17. Sucks to say, right now not a fan of my once favorite app. Please tell me there’s an option to revert back to the old layout!

The update makes the game unplayable for me
First of all I had around 200,000 coins before the update. Then it all vanished when the update came in. I’m left with 100 coins which is not enough. The tutorial trial game is not pinoy mahjong cause I can pong a flower tile. Very disappointed with the update. At least let me be able to play the game and run put of coins before prompting to buy. Update: game is playable, but why does this mahjong go up to 18 tiles. The past had up to 17 tiles for the “mano”. Plus with everything going on this feels less pinoy than before. Overall still disappointed. Cause this was the pinoy mahjong game I played a lot of and told friends to play and learn from but now it is totally different.

Version 3.0.2 seems to be not working anymore on IPAD 10
Not working on IPAD 10. Anything probably I missed checking here? Did an uninstall/install and restart cycles, still starts with just a black screen.

This could have been 5 stars but it’s really annoying not being able to listen to music at the same time as there is no setting where i can turn off the sound and the game is constantly talking.
New version is horrible. Do not take the update
I used to love playing this app but the new version is horrible. The 3D improvements take too much of the screen and it is very hard to see the cards. The options don’t even fit well in the Iphone screen. And now, it automatically provides the option to chow but it covers the screen and makes it hard to see your cards. Then it only gives about 3 seconds before it passes the opportunity. New version is terrible. Do not take the upgrade! Bring back the 2D version.

There’s a glitch in the game wherein I already won but it refuses to let me win. Happened with at least 5 games.

Worst thing that happened is updating the app, the options of chow pong constantly blocking the tiles and the app is lagging after the updates
Good but issues with iPhone12
Worked fine for iPhone10 but when switched to iPhone12 the aspect ratio and zoom gets messed up and doesn’t allow you to see your cards even if you unzoom all the way out.

Glad to know I'm not going crazy with how this version is incorrect. Starting with 17 tiles is completely wrong. Change it back to the old version.

This is so much better if this becomes an online game where real people can play together. Also, if there are variations like with joker.
