Best I have used so far
I have used ring central, Kixie , Aircall and now just call. This one has the best clarity of keeping the call just as good as your cell phone. The texting has templates , text later options , and not texting. You can hook to voip desk phone. But then it has to stay on there and not go cell phone or computer app from what I have tested. I would give it 5 stars if you could text the caller off the incoming call screen a message just like you can on an iPhone to let them know you will call them back or get right back to them. This would be a wonderful feature that would put it in another category for me. Also the syncing with hubspot is spot on. The transcriptions and recordings of the calls in your hubspot contact are wonderful. The support online is also great. I would say you can set up a meeting online to fix anything almost 24/7. Which is great.
UI is bad, call settings are worse
We have been wrangled into using this app for our franchise and it causes us pain all day and every day. The SMS UI is awful, crowded with features. We never use — simple search and isn’t intuitive. SMS on iphone app is missing basic SMS search ftn for new contacts. This may be a Hubspot integration issue and it’s still a problem for us. Months later, still trying to get my phone to working reliably for different workers with each of their setups…
iPhone Notifications
The fact that your app can’t utilize the notification symbol (red on iPhone) when missed call or I have an SMS is mind blowing. I pay over $1k a year for this service and it drives me crazy that I have to hopefully see the banner notification. Make it a priority please and can’t be that complicated.

Clunky w/ just so-so support
We’ve been using it for 18 months and the only reason I haven’t left sooner is I put myself in a year long contract because the cost is very expensive. Everything is an add on- texting multiple people at the same time should be standard We are looking for other options as soon as my subscription is up.

Good Dialer and Ai capabilites
Ive been using this dialer for past 3 months now. My team is now happy with the dialer and ai capabilities this platform provides. Extra points for their good support.

Why can I switch the number on the desktop, but not choose the number I want to use on the app?
Good but could easily be the best
I like the app but you can only attach 1 single photo per text message.

It’s just great, My team has been using Justcall for more than 2 years. calling using auto dialer, SMS and Customer support is amazing so far.
Worst app ever
Buggy and never lets me log in mobile and is a pain.
Pretty disappointing
I constantly have issues with call quality or calls going through at all.

The app does not send notifications about new sms messages. It also doesn’t work well with showing the most recent incoming texts when doing a large campaign. Lacks some needed upgrades.

Super buggy, slow/ bad tech support
When clients send a large amount of text it gets truncated but you don’t know that you’re missing information they sent. They blame this on the carrier but I don’t see that happening on any other text platform I use. Sometimes texts don’t send. Seems like the product is always in a beta test. Sometimes I can’t call out, pick up a call or input a number. Cannot wait until my workplace switches to a different product. Tech support usually takes more than 24 hrs and most times doesn’t resolve the problem. Also, you can’t group text on the platform. Clients have tried to connect me with another person through a group chat and it simply doesn’t include the 3rd person. You don’t want to use this product!

Poor iPhone integration
It’s a known bug that Just Call doesn’t show the routing (which phone number/business the client is calling about) which makes it very difficult from a customer service perspective. Also very buggy and drops a lot of calls. I’m on a brand new phone - I thought my old phone was the issue.
Everyone else is not getting it
Maybe 3 years ago it sucked but today it is great
Biggest work stressor
Honestly I can’t put into clearer words how much I want to strangle something that isn’t physical. This app is filled with bugs that never get fixed but they’ll pour out ad after ad for their new features. Shameful.
Great for Activecampaign Users
We were looking for a replacement to RingCentral that had a native integration for activecampaign. All the basic functionality you need away from the computer to quickly respond to contacts is here and the prompt for notes after every call is awesome because those notes sync to your integrated crm. The support is the best I have ever gotten from a phone company, by far. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see what new features will release to help us use the phones more to grow our businesses. Great system!
So bad
The app is just buggy and clunky feels like they spend no money on it. It’s even worse is the desktop version of the app is just the mobile one ported.
iPadOS support please
Great App, the best integration for Pipedrive, but a want use it in slide over or split view on iPad while using CRM. Please add this feature!
Call glitches! Don’t choose this product!
I frequently can call out from the app and if someone calls me, sometimes it hangs up on them. Then it won’t call. So I have to text apologies that our phone system isn’t working. Tech support takes days and they struggle to understand the issues. Many other problems (date formatting, integrations, texts not sending, texts not loading in the web app so your missing replies). It’s awful! I’m begging our company to switch to something that still isn’t constantly in beta testing.
Amazing
All in all this application is the right alternative to any important tele-communicating application such as Watsapp. Great service, Smooth network and wide coverage availability is a strong area of this application. And responsive customer service as well I rate it 5 stars. Thank you Folkss..
Do not waste your time
It is amazing how many bugs this application has. I’m astounded by how often the simple task of calling someone fails to work. From various screens and various parts within the app buttons just don’t function. Its connectivity with Wi-Fi is also very sketchy. I’ll be on a one gigabyte connection and have issues with dropped calls/poor reception via just call, but I could be on with the same prospect via Zoom and have no problems whatsoever. There may be unique metrics for call centers, but for someone using this to Link texting and phone calls with their CRM I would avoid it at all cost.
