I stopped using this site for a long time due to site crashes which then leave a 24 hour period where games cannot be accessed. I came back yesterday and the same thing has happened. After about a year. So technical issues remain despite the ridiculous amount of money made by them. Support are utterly useless.
It’s ahhlright
Haven’t used poker stars much in all honesty but when I first signed up on the last day of me receiving the free bonus I managed to turn £6 into £130 and met the wager requirements in the process to withdraw the funds. App is rather buggy hence why I don’t use it much but a wins a win. If the developers focused on making the app more streamlined and worked on removing a lot of the pesky bugs (i.e games not loading) instead of just trying to find ways to entice new customers it would be a pretty decent app. 3.5⭐️

I haven’t had any trouble with this app aside from the pop ups that don’t allow me to play games, but I just close the app and come back to it a few minutes later and it works fine. I won £12,000 in December with a Max win on gates of Olympus, shortly followed by a few days later an 8k win, which was incredible and mind blowing and the only ever time I’ve won a huge amount of money on any casino/slots app. Therefore I will continue to be using this app until it fails me. I recommend others to try this app, and just keep depositing what you can afford to play with lol, you never know what you could win!

Let down by the app
This is actually a decent casino. Got some good wins, was able to withdraw without jumping through hoops and sending them a shed load of personal documents like you have to with some casinos. It’s massively let down with the technical side of things though. The app is a mess. Constantly crashing, games down load, or will stop working randomly while you’re playing. Won’t load the promo page. It’s an absolute mess. It’s practically unplayable most of the time.
Disappointed
System got frozen and logged me out of bonus round and I never received my winnings. There is no even record that i had bonus round. It’s over a month past after my claim still no updates. Please avoid.
