Love ❤️ this app!
Great for organizing and keeping records.
Doesn’t backup to iCloud
The app no longer syncs to iCloud so can’t download my backup.
Does not sync to iCloud
I have an iPhone and this app will not sync to iCloud. I can not backup to an email either so backups are only stored locally on my phone which will result in losing everything if phone breaks. Love the app, just want to back it up somewhere in case something happens to my phone.
You broke it.
Worked better before the latest update.
Duplicate Notes Issue
I noticed I have duplicate notes from every time I’ve imported my notes. I attempted to clean them up by deleting duplicates, but after I close the app and open it, the duplicates I deleted are still there. Can you please fix that? There are other issues I’ve noticed since the latest update, like after I open a note, the only way to go back to list view is to close and open the app. The other issue is the two icons on the upper left and right corners are just blank squares. I can send a screenshot if you provide an email.
Review inote
I love using this app. It’s so very easy organized and I can easily find my notes.
Need Widgets
How are there no widgets for this app on iPhone? I’ve had the app for years and on android it was super easy to add a note to my home page for a grocery list or to-do list. I should be able to do the same exact thing using this app by just adding a widget without having to do work around or using other apps
Please fix
I do love this app. However, it updated today, and I can’t open it. I tried restarting my phone, and turning it on airplane mode. I try to open the app, and it just closes out. I have everything I need on there. Please fix this!
Lost my all notes and not able to recover even with backups.
I like this app but recently somehow i lost my all notes and not able to recover even with backups.
Love but issue
I love this app but all of a sudden all my notes were gone! I tried to import from saved but it won’t! And says iCloud since is unavailable. I don’t know why all of a sudden all my notes disappeared.
Love this app ios26 warning
I love this app, i have the paid version. When apple upgraded to ios 26 liquid glass it made the contrast invisible in this app. While in the note it self is making really hard to impossible to distinguish the upper right and left icons. I remember what they are but it is hard to see especially in broad day light. I changed to higher contrast and makes it worst. Please please developers. Fix this.
Still messed up
The app is still not syncing to iCloud, although if you read the app description it clearly says, “it syncs with iCloud so you never lose a note.” That is false advertising! And, I still can’t change the font colors. So the only way to see the menu options within the notes is to make every note black. 🤬 Fix it!! Update 2/28/26: I’ve decided to uninstall this app. Not gonna use it anymore until it will sync with iCloud again and app support is easy to contact. Not everyone has Facebook. 🤬
Enjoy
I have been using writing notes for a long period. Very useful and convenient. Great help. Thanks
Notes were erased with 1/17/26 update, and today’s update brought them back
1/27/26 Update 1: With today’s update, I was able to retrieve my notes through the backup. I am relieved, but still wary of using this app. I’m afraid something like this may happen again. I just need to remember to create a new backup in the app settings whenever I make changes to any of my notes. Update 2: I just tried to create a manual backup in the app settings, but it only backed up 17 out of 57 notes. Why won’t it back up all of my notes in one go? Update 3: Every time I close the app and reopen it, my notes are erased again, so i have to retrieve them from the backup EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. Very tedious and annoying. Maybe I’ll just have to switch to a new notes app after all. Original comment: This new update completely ERASED all of my notes. I can’t even retrieve through the backup. How do I get my notes back?!
The App crashes
the app has crash after the latest update. it can't be opened. i have important notes. please fix this. thank you
App won’t open
What can I do to open my app? It quit opening yesterday! Anybody else having problems with it?
App Inote
Problem in fone colour
Its only white font colour now bit few days ago its black and now problem is that i am no able to see what I write because of white fonte colour. Plz check issue
Was good until it wasn’t
It was decent until I opened it on day and all my info was gone. Back up only backed up before 25 so all my 2015 notes were gone. Don’t use this for anything important! Thankfully I use another app for important info
Atualização quebrou o app
Após última atualização, o app não está funcionando no iOS 26. Você abre e simplesmente não inicia.
App not opening
My app is not opening. Please help I have some valuable information in there
Devastated
I have used this app for years through many phone upgrades as a password keeper then just personal notes. After the latest IOS update I lost ALL of them and I am talking family stories and info I can never recover. Under bad advice I deleted then added app again and after that a fix was in place, unfortunately everything is gone and it restores to nothing. I can see it in my cloud and I don’t know how to get that back. This is made my life actually much more difficult and I will never trust an app for this kind of information again. I sent a message to the developer, but have not heard anything back.
Helpful organiser
I’m able to store info under different headings. Very helpful.
Can’t erase unneeded notes
This app recently has problem and doesn’t allow you to delete unnecessary notes you created to free up some space of your phone storage. Very uncomfortable
Apagou tudo
Quanto atualizou para iOS 26 sumiram todas as anotações!!! Eu tinha desde 2020!!!
Just wonderful
Easiest Of great help
Worked until it didn’t
I lost eight years of notes when the app stopped working with the last iphone update. I had everything backed up, but none of the backups are retrievable. The customer support link stopped working and they are no longer responding to inquiries. Pretty shocking this could even happen. Pretty devastating too.
Simple and effective
I use it to make checklists and there are not many drawbacks in this tool
program disappeared
I went to my INote and all the notes he disappeared. I tried all the suggestions available with no response. Luckily I was able to recover them on my IPad but not on my IPhone and had to copy and paste them manually. There is no way to get any support for this app. I had used it for years and if I hadn’t purchase an IPad just several months ago I would have lost all my notes permanently. Now I’m afraid to even use it because I’m afraid of losing them again. It’s a great app to use but wish the developer would have helped me to recover my notes. I followed the instructions on the app but it didn’t work for me.
Resgatar notas
Gostaria de saber como faço pra resgatar algumas notas , pois tive que resetar o celular e as notas não voltaram
best note app
nice app
The idea is good but the support is not
I have used this app for years to keep lists of very important information and recently it crashed. I had backups. And suddenly the app wouldn’t even open. No access to anything! What are we always told to do when an app stops working? Delete, recycle, reinstall. That’s exactly what I did. Still didn’t work. So I went looking for support. Non existent. They put a post on their Facebook page saying don’t delete the app we are coming out with a new update in a couple of days. Ok but what about the hundreds of us that already deleted the app because that’s what we are always Tod to do and there wasn’t any other information published? All comments are shut off, there’s no phone number so I sent a message via. Messenger only to have that ignored as well. Thanks for the not so great support United and thanks for the loss of all my information. Unless you can help me recover my information I will not be using your apps ever again or recommending any of them ever again. You dropped the ball.
Awesome App
App is awesome, just reduce the adds
Frustrated
The last time there was an update I was NOT able to access the sticky notes. Needless to say I went into complete panic mode because I have so much info in there. I don’t understand why that has happened. Please fix it and bring back my sticky notes.
Edit option
Edit option are very poor
Great companion
Been using this app since when I bought iPhone 6 almost 4 years ago and now with my new iPhone 12 too it’s a great notes make to keep track of things.
Update killed it
I used this all the time for all my passwords and lists. With the most recent update, it wouldn’t open so I uninstalled them reinstalled it. It opened but all my passwords were gone and no way to sync with the cloud to get them back.
Good
This is good mobile application
Cannot open the app
I really love this app, but since updating it today, I can’t open it anymore. Please fix this issue, as I really need all my notes in it. 😔
Font colour issue
Font colour is white only and not changeable , and hence we are not able to view the fonts in the notes
The best note app
I have been using the app for more than 5 years and this is the best handy app for notes, thanks developers
Crashes
I have lost my notes twice after app crashed and it does not have iCloud back up.
Useful

Disappointed
I see there was an update the other day and now I can’t even open the app. Every time I try to open it the app won’t open. Something different happens every time there is an update. Now I can’t even get into my notes. I hope I’m able to get in so I can remove my notes and put them into a working app. I’ve had this app for years and I enjoyed it but lately it’s been very disappointing.
Can be better
Long ads make it inconvenient to use. Option of undo button would be helpful especially for long notes.
Wonderful
Awesome application. So easy to use.
Update deleted ALL my saved notes
The last bug fix update DELETED ALL MY SAVED NOTES! There were irreplaceable notes I needed. So devastated. I guess I will have to find a better notepad.
Good app
Liked the app!! 🤘🏼
Something notes go missing
If internet isn’t available at the time of writing the note just appears to have been recorded but will not be found later. This happens even while editing the notes.
Paresh sheth
Pl provide locking facility
