What people like
- New AI feature is shockingly accurate
- Worth every penny of the price
- Easy to fine tune your fit
What they complain about
- Dots fly off joints and crash
- German translation is completely broken
- Support never answers your emails
Wonderful fit app
Say goodbye to the tape dots. I’ve used BFF since the old days before its impressive AI video analysis tools. Automatically finds your joints, overlays your angles onto photos and even animates them over videos. I had a few pro bike fits in the past that got me into the ballpark. Now it’s all BFF Elite to help me tune my position. 🫡
Confusing
I’m a beginner and I had to plug the report into AI to even understand it. Would like a refund
Gute App
Mixed feelings
I think this is really cool. The right step in the direction. I wish we had an easier method of lining up the the green bike to your actual bike. Some measurements made sense. Some measurements did not.
Buena
Valiosa ayuda para el trabajo específico del bike fit.

Good but could be amazing
The app took a while to figure out, definitely read all the guides before using. Don’t forget tape for your joints in the video! The graph section doesn’t work for me and a deeper analysis for improving fit would have been nice.
Version 2 not accurate
If I could go back to the pervious version I would. Please provide that option. Version 2 is less accurate so I have zero confidence as a fitter.

Easy and accurate
I purchased a new bike and was fitted by an experienced and certified bike fitter that was a roadie. I took the bike home and ran a couple sessions with this app. This app and the bike fitters’ setup was all in the green. Where this tool shines is that after a few decades of riding my old bike, adjusting to the new settings took some time. This app allows you to fine tune any measurement with ease. This is well worth the cost. Any serious cyclist and anyone getting into this sport should get this tool. You will never have to wonder if your fitting is correct. Get this!

Cool
This was my first time using a bike fitting app. I figured I could save some money and gain some knowledge in the process. It wasn’t too difficult to set up and pretty easy to use. The only issue I had was the placement of a few of the markers (stickers). I wish there was A little better explanation on where they go with maybe a few better pictures showing placement. I discovered that a simple inaccurate placement of a sticker or two could throw off all the measurements. The upper leg placement and the shoulder ones seem tough to get accurate. Other than that I’m pleased with the app
Purchased pro but then could not recall the pro features after app removed from iPad

Good, but you are on your own!
I downloaded the EZ version and the Elite version. I have a few technical questions but gave up on trying to reach support. They don’t answer emails!!! One of my issues was that I created several files on the EZ version and wanted to open them in the Elite version but t this doesn’t work— the instructions say it does! A 5 start app normally has great tech support!
Very impressed
I’ve been riding for 40 years and it’s wild to have such a cool and well created tool to go over my positions with my various bikes. It’s not going to replace a pro bike fitter, but the way it measures and the data points it gives you are a huge step forward to giving you an idea of where you are for your fit. And it’s fun to use. Easy $20 in my book.
Moving from a one off payment to a subscription model is disrespectful to original customers
Not happy with loosing access to what we have already paid for. Effectively have been solid a product then had it stolen away. Subscription model should be a separate app at this stage or refund original payers.
Brilliant but glitchy.
This app is great once you understand it but it is so glitchy it drives me mad. It very often crashes when putting the marker dots in place and often doesn’t leave them where you put them meaning the figures are off. Other than that though, when it’s working properly it’s superb.
German translation is horrible
Please let me switch the language. At least as long as the German localization is obviously translated by a Chinese who never read a word German in his entire life. I hope you guys did not pay anyone for this joke of a translation.
Gets really complicated to setup
Its a good app to check over your own fit. I did a fit with the app and i wasn’t too far off from my own fit that i’ve done through various videos (i.e. GCN, Cam Nicholls, Francis Cade). Improvements: -A way to use the front cam, some people are fitting themselves and don’t have the luxury of someone else helping them so it would help to have the front cam as well be utilized. -Marker placements need to be more in depth on the app. I could not find where to place the markers when the camera was facing the front of the bike -For some reason in already good lighting, the camera on the app seems to be way darker than it should. -On the different positions of the crank, the dots did not line up that well with the physical markers Overall its an okay app, just needs more improvement
New version is amazing!
Downloaded and purchased it about 2 years ago. Didn’t have the new algorithm. Had to use stickers as markers. Such a hassle and a lot of figuring out. Newer version is significantly better. Doesn’t require markers and the simplified analysis coupled with recommendations is spot on. I tested it on my best fitted mountain bike from years of riding. I’ve been riding everything on 2 wheels for 25 years: TT, Road, MTB, Cross. This app is worth it!

Duda
Amazing
Love this app
Utter Rubbish!!!
Don’t bother with this. Crashed on the very first use. Haven’t been able to use since.
Ya que pagué versión PRO...
Debería dejarme exportar vídeos sin incrustar su logo, y si el mío.
Crazy accurate!
I’m a big fan of this app. I downloaded it for accurate measurements on a used tri bike I purchased of Marketplace. I accidentally had the settings set to road bike and not tri/aero, which gave me impossible measurements for the seat position. Feeling frustrated, I requested a refund for the app only to find out a few minutes later, it was my own stupid mistake. After running a quick reanalysis as a tri bike, I received real results and adjustment recommendations that made the first ride feel amazing. This seems like waaaaay more than anything I would get at my local bike shop. The price is a steal.
Doesn’t work
Will not detect dots, pink blue yellow green red, they just fly around all over the place, useless. Please refund
Great smart app
Great product. Easy to use
Pathetic App
Nothing lined up and not user friendly. Don’t waste your money.
Fixed my front alignment!
Very helpful app. I have been going by feel for 6 months and made some headway but issues were still present. For $20 the app took me the rest of the way. Thanks!
Doesn't work
It doesn't work at all. It has you place dots on your joints and the dots are supposed to show you your body angles as you spin for a few seconds. However, these dots don't stay on their assigned body parts. After several attempts using several videos with clear white back drops, it still think that my body parts are flying all over the screen. Absolutely worthless... Edit: Developers left a response to my review. Clearly they didn't read my review because their advice was to tell me to do something that I had clearly stated that I had done. No wonder the app doesn't work...
Just keeps getting better!
This app has been amazing, and it just keeps getting better. They” new auto-locate feature to find reference points is superb and shockingly accurate. While BFF Elite won’t replace the knowledge of professional bike-fitter, it will substantially increase your comfort and efficiency on the bike. Not everyone needs an expensive professional fit anyway, but almost everyone can benefit from the app. Highly recommended!
Crap
Will not track parts of body. Not even close. Do not waste your money. Worst app ever!!
