Great text transcripts
Love the app. It looks great and have a nice visual voicemail ui but the cool thing is the quality of the transcription! Much better than my carrier’s voicemail.
Terrible app does not work is jammed
I previously downloaded and used the Voxist app, but after deleting it, my phone still defaults to Voxist. This is causing significant issues. When I attempt to redownload the app and access my settings, the app becomes unresponsive, preventing me from making any changes.
I like Visual Voicemail!
Helps me know what the caller is saying, because I have ASD. But Beware of iPhone 16 Pro Scams, because I did not authorize them to sell iPhone 16 Pro to me! Even if that were to go through, I don’t have that money! Financial Payment Denied by Visa.🙅♂️ And the person addressed me as an unfitting title!

Sign up issue
Pretty useless. After confirming my phone number by entering the code I received by SMS, the app takes me to next page where I enter my name and email address. Then when I press "ok", nothing happens and I am still on the same page. You won’t be getting too many people to use your app if this issue persists!

Do not want this on my phone. Somehow it got on my phone I did not choose it. Can’t read my messages. They’re automatically in my email very inconvenient. I did not download this app nor do I want it. Please fix this as soon as possible by deleting this app from my phone. I’ve tried to get rid of it myself and I can’t.

Help!!
When I open the app, it brings me to a page to write a review. When I try to go back into the app, it is frozen. I cannot do anything. I have closed/reopen, deleted app/reinstalled, hard reboot of iPhone, all with same results; frozen app. There are no new updates. Any suggestions?

It could be better cause sometimes I won’t know if there’s a voice mail unless I open app

One to two times a day the app just stops responding you can open it but you can’t click on anything. You have to restart your phone to get it to work. I know it’s not the phone because everything seems to be working on the phone it’s just this app.
Annonce personnalisée via fichier audio
Est-il possible de mettre en place la possibilité d’ajouter un fichier audio pour son annonce personnalisé sur la prochaine mise à jour ? Car cela serait très utile et je suis prêt à payer pour la version premium pour ça. Car on ne peut qu’enregistrer son annonce personnalisée pour le moment ce qui est totalement inutile car on peut faire la même chose sur la messagerie iPhone & opérateur sauf que le son est merdique…

Fonctionne très bien. Une étoile en moins pour l’impossibilité de mettre une musique parmi un choix défini comme dans l’annonce par défaut. A part ce point, rien a dire ! C’est parfait
A améliorer.
L appli se ferme dès l ouverture et il faut donc la relancer une deuxième fois. II n y a pas de notification afin de savoir qu un message à été laissé. Dommage car l appli pourrait être bien en dehors de ça.

A wonderful service. I can read my messages rather than listening. I’m not allowed to listen to them at work. Takes less time to read than listen. And you can set up recorded messages for different people groups.
Don’t do it!!!
It’s nearly impossible to deactivate your account once you set it up. I’ve been trying to deactivate my account for weeks WITH VERY LITTLE HELP FROM VOXIST. I even got a new phone. They are not helping to deactivate. They say call this number and if that doesn’t work try this number, and if that doesn’t work try this number………. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!

La transcriptions des messages est encore trop aléatoire et imparfaite pour que je m’abonne mais l’offre de base est très bien et l’équipe dev a l’écoute
Manque de fonctionnalités
Il faudrait pouvoir programmer une annonce automatique qui basculerait à partir de certains horaires ou période (par exemple pour un médecin ou infirmier) après 20h changer l’annonce et précise de rappeler le lendemain ou les urgences si urgent etc etc On peut toujours pas partager les messages audio via sms ou iMessage en format compatible (mp3 etc etc) dommage :-) Et enfin l’interface est un peu fade, très pro certes mais peu colorée/contrastée. Et les animations mériterais d’être plus fluides ou transitions douce sur mon iPhone 11 pro !
Great app!, But a couple issues
I download this app and got it all set up!, I’m blind by the way, I got the call forwarding set up and can now get it to work, but the one issue is if I want to set a custom greeting whenever it asked me to select the contact book I cannot select it because it is not accessible with voiceover I’ve contacted email support about this and they said they would forward it to the product team but I just wanted to write a review here to be sure like I said this app is great but I just wish it was more accessible and I want to get a custom voicemail greeting if anyone reads this thank you!
Loving it
I've been using it for 3 mos on an SE 2016. It used to show my contact names at the beginning of the year but it hasn't for about a month now...looking forward to that feature working again

The amount of calls that you are allowed to get is just ridiculous 30 transcriptions a month and then all of a sudden your voicemail just stops working if you go over???? Sad!
Feature Suggestion
My only complaint is that I am unable to screen my calls. I hope Voxist will consider adding this feature, as I am one of many customers who do not agree with Truecaller's decision to phase out CallHero.

All of my voicemails are sent to my email, and accessible on any device. Can’t beat it.
App wouldn’t work on my iPhone
After downloading the product on my iPhone the app loaded asked me for my phone number and then it froze. I could start the program over again but it kept doing the same thing, so I deleted the app reinstalled it tried again and still the same
Fonctionne vraiment bien
Fonctionne parfaitement. La synthèse vocale est vraiment propre. Il ne manquerait plus que la possibilité d’ajouter un fond sonore au message, et quelques voix supplémentaires (peut être masculines ?), et pourquoi pas la programmation d’un message en fonction des jours, des heures , etc (message d’absence, fermeture, congés…)

Can not get turned off
I now get no notifications for my voicemail, can’t turn off call forwarding. I wish I had never installed this app.
New phone, 2nd time download
I had this app on my last phone and liked it so much, I got it again for my new phone. Only real negative is the limit to “free” transcriptions per month.

Dès le début de la création du compte l’application bug. Marche une fois sur deux, et ce qui m’agace par dessus tout ce sont les informations demandées qui sont personnelles. J’espère que les numéros de téléphone et e-mail sont bien protégés et pas revendus et ne serviront pas à faire du spam Pas de possibilité de supprimer les données et les informations personnelles !
