Am uitat ce inseamna sa mai gatesc, poti sa comanzi mancare ca la mama acasa printr-un simplu click. I love TAZZ
Serviciu din ce în ce mai prost.
Anulări de comenzi după o oră, fără explicație (nu o singură dată), chat-ul - stai 20-40 de minute să îți răspundă cineva cu o prostie să îți zică ca îți dă voucher de te miri ce 10-15 lei…. O direcție greșită, pe care o știu cei de la Tazz dar nu le pasă ;)
Great app, needs some improvement.
Compared to other delivery apps Tazz is great. My only issue is that there’s no option in the app to report a missing product from my order. Apps like glovo and foodpanda let you report a missing product within the delivery review and get easily refunded for the missing order.

In majoritatea cazurilor in care am întâmpinat probleme , cand robotul m-a redirecționat catre un consultant, acesta nu a raspuns, iar sesiunea s-a incheiat singura
The app is OK but the delivery time is not the one advertised.
I used the app for around 2 years. The app itself is good, but they advertise a delivery time that is not respected. Using the support chat I found out they usually don’t have a rider to pick up the order. Last time I ordered something from Starbucks which was supposed to arrive in 20 min, but it arrived in one and a half hour, cold.

Mancarea este foarte gustoasa de fiecare data! Insa, limonada la oferta a fost stricata (lamaile) si nu avea menta ca in descriere… de 2 ori la rand…
Worst food delivery app
The app works fine, but when it comes to food deliveries, prepare to wait hours and hours for the food. 3 instances, food been delivered 3h or more after the order placed. Contacted the customer service (which answers after 30 min) and to get, well they make it fresh for you. Like what they go and hunt for the meat?they also lied that food is on the way, and food arrives 1h later! Do they walk with the food???use any other apps and avoid tazz that is my advice!
Generally good app
Services are good but I find it very difficult to switch addresses. Somehow I can't type in the address, I have to put the pin on the map. If I type it in and tap save it just reverts to the previous address.
Good app but difficult for supermarket shopping
My only problem is that when you order from a supermarket and the value on the receipt is smaller than the amount of money taken from the card (because of missing items, weight of fruits/veg) you need to bypass AI support, get it touch with an employee, send a picture of the receipt and explain what happened. And if you paid with UP card, you receive an e-mail where you have to give the bank account. This whole process is time consuming and in other apps is done automatically. Otherwise delivery & app are working great

Poor Service, Outdated Processes – Feels Like a Scam
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this app, and it’s getting worse. Their processes are outdated, and the delivery system is completely unreliable. • The delivery team often claims to have called, but I never receive a call. • Nobody rings the doorbell, and the food simply doesn’t arrive. • When you try to get a refund, they blame the customer and refuse to process it. • Tracking is nearly useless—you can’t even see the driver in real time on the map. It almost feels like a scam. If they can’t fix these issues, I’d recommend avoiding this app.

Dupa ce am descarcat aplicatia am comandat mancare de la un restaurant fara nici o problema. Dupa trei zile am incercat sa mai comand o data , tot de la acelasi restaurant dar de data asta am fost notificata ca restaurantul nu livreaza in zona mea. Cand am sunat la Tazz mi-au comunicat ca restaurantul si-a restrans zona de acoperire, ceea ce nu avea nici un sens. Am intrebat de doua ori operatoarea daca restaurantul a decis asta si nu ei. Tazz, mi-a confirmat ca ei livreaza dar restaurantul nu mai vrea. Ulterior am sunat la restaurant si am plasat comanda fara nici o problema. Lipsa lor de sinceritate nu mi-a placut. De Acum inainte o sa sun la restaurant in prima faza si Tazz va fi folosit doar cand restaurantele fac livrari dor cu eu.

Friday evening app and site crashed
Friday evening, app is crashed, website is crashed. Some restaurants can only be found on tazz and can’t place an order due to apl and website malfunctions. 2 star review only because I used it before and was ok, otherwise would have been 1 star, this type of issues are not acceptable for an food app especially on Fridays
Good concept, app needs improvement
I like the variety of the restaurants that offer free delivery. However the app is lacking in customer service. It’s difficult to report issue with an order, unable to track your delivery en route, unable to contact couriers to ask on status and unable to tip on app. They should take a page from the Glovo app and improve the platform with customer service in mind.

Horrible experience- better use Glovo
The app itself seems ok, but the gps/map it’s not accurate. I was waiting for my order in front of the house at it showed on the map that the delivery man was approaching to my area, but somehow it showed that he went somewhere else. I waited to see if he’s coming but suddenly he disappeared from the map. I’ve contacted the help from the app right away and they said my order was cancelled and non refundable as I wasn’t home. ( it’s true that my phone number connected with the app was an old one, but still no one reach the destination and no one tried to ring at the door or something like Glovo delivery men does!) Really frustrating as I was literally waiting in front of my house. I said ok, please contact the driver and send him back and I am willing to pay for the transport again, as everything happened minutes away. The lady said she doesn’t have the driver number and it is what it is!!! So I just lost the food I’ve paid more than 30€! I’ve contacted after customer service with the hope that I will receive a further discount or a voucher for this situation but they haven’t answered back. Really disappointing…

Am primit comanda greșită si cei de la ajutor o tot cerut poza dupa poza am trimit poze si pentru ca aparent cu am trimis ce poze o vrut ei ( o fost doar 2 produse câte poze sa le fac 😂) o închis conversația si asa o ramas eu cu banii dați si comanda greșită.

If you plan on actually receiving your food do not order from Tazz. Horrible app and very horrible experience. I have had my order cancelled numerous amount of times after waiting for over an hour for food to arrive, only just to get a message that “my number is wrong” and the driver couldn’t contact me.
