Приветики вкусная еда очень курьеры классные отлично мне все нравится прекрасно великолепно ненавижу глово вы лучше намного круто мне понравилось очень реально вот внатуре я клянусь очень удивило меня сэрвис на высоте цены приемлемые мне все зашло очень круто курьеры крутяк отличные но выдайте своим курьерам по одной тесле и повышение с размером в 100к грн ( в час) все спасибо

They replaced customer support with ridiculously bad AI that does not understand anything you say to it.

Não recomendo a ninguém. Suporte horrível. Fiz o pedido às 20horas , e as 21:00 foi cancelado porque não haviam mais estafetas.

Horrible drivers and support team
If you want to ode this application în România you have to expect 75% of your orders will be delyes or even worse cancelled after an hour of waiting. Support teams are slow and do not provide you with any information, only after you complain a lot and most of the divers don’t speak Romanian or English and don’t know how to get the orders to you as fast as possible.

все хорошо,привезли все точно,но одно но,курьер привез разлитый спрайт,это не его вина просто хочу этим сказать что можно чуть по медленнее может ехать или какие то подносики под напитки или что,а так все отлично.)

Comand o mâncare, totul pare în regulă, iar apoi mă trezesc că livrarea ajunge la o adresă complet random. Nu la adresa folosită recent, nu la vreo adresă pe care am selectat-o sau modificat-o — pur și simplu la alta. Sa se bucure de mancare daca tot a ajuns la alta adresa …

Há meses que anda a deixar a desejar, aceitam e não entregam os pedidos
Quando instalei este ano, era a app mais em conta possível e nunca tinha tido problemas, até há coisa de uns meses os estafetas decidiram aceitar os pedidos mas não os recolherem. Passarem inclusive pelos estabelecimentos escolhidos com o pedido pronto há mais de 30min e ignorarem. Ficarem quase 1h parados sem se dirigir aos restaurantes sendo que eles aceitaram os pedidos em segundos. Até ao ponto de estarem a fazer entregas de outras apps e ignorarem o pedido desta. Portanto se quiserem gastar dinheiro e tempo, e ainda falar com um bot no chat que vos responde sempre a mesma coisa para nem terem de contratar pessoas para resolução de problemas, é a app ideal. Acho que só funciona ainda devido às apps concorrentes terem taxas exorbitantes. A app estava excelente, não sei o que se passou para cair tanto em tão pouco tempo

McDonald, objednávka Menu Fifa2026, kde jsme objednali za vysvědčení synovi, který se hlavně těšil na fotbalový kelímek, dorazila objednávka bez kelímku! Synek samozřejmě ubrečený a zklamaný. Přes stížnosti na podporu nám nikdo neodpovídal a v podstatě nikdo nereagoval až do druhého dne. Kde nám bylo oznámeno, že nedostaneme ani kompenzaci. Opravdu smutné…. A navíc, při další objednávce, nám chyběl opět další produkt, kupodivu tentokrát po stížnosti vrácen kredit v plné výši za chybějící produkt.

You will be left without food and without the money you paid for the order. They do not care if the courier doesn’t deliver the food.
Not able to confirm Number
Been using bolt foods for some time, changed phone and had to log in again in my account. As I tried to validate my number I didn’t receive the desired code, tried multiple times and no code came ever. Disappointed with the service, hope it gets better in the future
Delivery always slow
It’s sad you have to wait around 30 minutes for someone to just deliver food that takes like 7 minutes for delivery! By the time I get it it’s not even fresh!

Bolt doesn’t care
Courier goes to visit grandma/works other systems - you can’t do anything, their support is all “AI” now. Basically robot telling you to get lost and wait. And it happens every few orders in Porto.

support not too good
a few times was a case where food was late for like 40-60 mins and food was soggy, cold, and support did not offer any compensation

O aplicație pe care să o eviți
O BĂTAIE DE JOC TOTALĂ! Aplicația voastră mi-a recomandat un magazin care era ÎNCHIS! Am plătit cu cardul în avans, banii mi-au fost luați instant, iar apoi comanda a fost ANULATĂ fără nicio explicație. Și culmea nesimțirii, BANII NU I-AM MAI PRIMIT ÎNAPOI! Am rămas și fără mâncare și fără bani. Furați pe față. Serviciu clienți inexistent, nu răspunde nimeni, aplicație făcută pe genunchi care recomandă magazine închise. Să vă fie rușine! Hoți și incompetenți. Nu instalați această aplicație dacă nu vreți să fiți furați. EVITAȚI CU ORICE PREȚ!

Bring back the ability to write to couriers before they pick an orders
The app previously had an awesome feature enabling the customer to write to the couriers before they pick up an order. I don’t know which genius at bolt decided to take it off and only allow a customer to write to the couriers after the order has been picked up. This was a terrible decision, please bring it back

Am dat o comanda de sushi de 200 de lei de ziua mea seara si am platit cu cardul, dupa aceea curierul ma mintit ca nu e adresa buna desi el m a sunat si mi a spus ca nu merge liftul, adica imi spune ca nu merge liftul si zice ca adresa nu e corecta. Dupa aceea am sunat la restaurant la asistenti nimic curierul a plecat cu mancarea achitata de mine si nici nu mai raspundea nicaieri si nici macar nu vorbea ENGLEZA. Nu mi am primit mancarea inapoi nici banii inapoi.
