Weirdness
Let’s say you’re watching a TV plugged into a switch and it gets to a scheduled off time. The TV turns off. You open the app, press the On button expecting to override the scheduled off time. Chaos!! The device turns on. Then off again! Then on! Then off!
Dashboard
Would like to see a countdown timer when using the timer feature. Should be visible in the Dashboard.

Great app but no unit options?
Needs the ability to change units. I want to see my charger in kilometers. I also want a notification to pop up when i plug in my charger to select what vehicle i’m charging so my pricing and km added are updated accordingly. I want the ability to change $/kwh to ¢/kwh which is more common and more sig figs bc it won’t let me enter my off peak which is $0.098/kwh and it just rounds to $0.1. Schedule section should have the option of “all day” for weekends. needs ability to export charging data. doesn’t auto detect my time of day charging from my utility here in ontario.

Wish the schedule had the ability to set a completely random schedule. To make the home look lived in when away. Example allowing different time cycles on the same device.

Not easily integrated
After how many years? I am still wishing this linked with my Apple or HA network with some competence. If you’ve changed something, republish it loudly. The most expensive switches, the most incompatible. I’m tired of taking off clip on faceplates, they are gonna break.
Starts too slow and doesn’t work as supposed
When the app is opened, it takes too much time to start. Also sometimes the devices don’t respond to the command (on or off)
Light switch and Plug
Levington is missing an outdoor rated wall plug rated to - 25 C for my detached garage. Also with better connectivity. The indoor switches and plugs are great.
We need Bots to turn lights on and off randomly. Simulating that someone’s home when we are away.

Ruined this app
The y RUINED this app with terrible terrible UX/UI updates. It's illogical and nonsensical now. 20 steps to do one thing. No logical whatsoever about how to accomplish any one task. Goodluck with non-existent user-flows. YOU RUINED YOUR APP!

Up to now works nicely
Simple and Reliable
I have been using the Leviton apps and devices for over a year and they have always functioned exactly as they have intended. I plan to keep building my autonomous home using the Leviton devices.
Worse app ever
Always getting error while making schedule. Need to give different name on each schedule… doesn’t make sense when you have more devices connected.
Big improvement
Much clearer, but still some ambiguities. For instance, does “OFF” mean something is off, or does it mean press to turn something off? This is a common practice, but it can cause a lot of problems.

The dimmer goes offline every now and then. No option for delete the device. Useless apps and useless devices. Go for chinese products which can work with Alexa and way cheaper than these

Positive App Utility
Functions provided have satisfied my power backup and monitoring requirements. System monitoring not as high frequency as Sense but individual smart breaker metering is far superior. In preparing for V2H, LWHEM-2 has been well chosen.
Leviton Smart Panel and App
I am deeply disappointed with the current range of features of the Lev App with the so called smart panel, breakers it's very expensive for the investment almost double the standard price for a load centre electrical panel The App is deeply inflexible and does not allow you to have accurate price tracking due the to fact you cannot have more then one price - many electrical utilities have different prices at different times. Even if you download the data it gives the total load for a day The data in the App is not live and so you cannot tell if something is truly on or off Leviton is clearly deeply under investing in software development whilst at the same time working as a closed ecology so you cannot grab the useful data and do your own analysis As a electrical coach I would NOT recommend using the Leviton ecology until they either invest more in software development or give home owners the ability to use their data in an App of their choice ie similar to Open Banking

Good Product
We have several Leviton switches and receptacles on wifi. They work great. We have the outside lights come on an off at different times.

Love it, one of the few companies that offer wifi control without any other services or equipment
