Intralinks, the best around
I downloaded the Intralinks app for private investment due diligence (DDQ) document sharing. This evening I used the app to access information about a private real estate opportunity, flawless as ever.
It’s a loop
This thing is unusable. I’m trying to get a code to get in my Commerce Street acct. IL then wants to use its own code to validate my IL account. Then it says I have no exchanges?
Data room works well
I use this for document review in virtual data rooms. Works well to flip through massive VDRs. Can’t speak for organizing them though, just reviewing them.
Excellent application…
Excellent application… I received a request to upload documents. I follow the link, and it asks for a username and password. Since I have never registered here before, there is no registration button at all. When I click “Forgot Password”, it shows a list of six authentication apps to choose from. I do not have any of them, and I have never linked any authenticator to this account. My phone number is not listed either. As a result, I CANNOT ACCESS THE ACCOUNT OR UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTS.
Have never seen an enterprise app hang this long. Awful
No idea why my private equity firm uses this app. It’s terrible. For years now I experience the same problem. Click the email link and the app hangs after logging me in. Garbage.
Piss poor. Did not recognize my Password. Too complicated.
System did not recognize my Password. My efforts to change were interrupted by your marketing. Most unsatisfactory. Shall I call RGC Longview every time I want a report?
Horrible
Horrible app
STATEMENTS
can’t find statements consolidated
Needs notifications
Doesn’t send new document notifications
Works well for like 24 hours and then the exchange is removed

Impossible
Not usable on mobile or with multiple accounts. Worst designed app I’ve ever used from a usability standpoint
Very cumbersome process
Very cumbersome process
Authenticator sucks
Authenticator function is chicken and the egg - needs massive improvement
Needs facial recognition, too much security time for minimal benefit
Could make it more user friendly
Useless
Some cute bank types think this is a useful app to share documents. It is not. This app stinks. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Cant up load docs from app
Trying upload ppp docs says swipe right don’t work called tech support get disconnected
Absolutely Terrible
No explanation of use. No help provided. Not intuitive. Impossible to use
Terrible
Password failures and cant reset without calling help desk
Not user friendly
I use an iPad exclusively and this app just doesn’t function well with tablets. How does one access their account information?
Obnoxious security
Counter productive to a secure account. Let me write my password down on paper and leave it on my desk since I can’t copy it from my password vault.
