Funktioniert, aber zu teuer
Ab und zu doppelte Reservierung und gefangen in der eigenen Warteschleife, , evtl. wegen Funkloch? Das Grundprinzip ist zwar super – nie mehr umsonst in den Keller gehen, weil man jetzt sieht, ob die Waschmaschine belegt ist. ABER: Die Kosten sind extrem und viel viel zu hoch! 6x höher als bei unserem alten Münzautomaten!

what was wrong with paying by card? why do i need to download an app so i can do laundry, something one can do with coins?
Cleanliness of the machines
Everytime have tried to use the drier the filter is not cleaned up.
Poor Customer service
Despite the app might look convenient and easy to use, whenever a washing machine doesn’t work it can take two weeks to be repaired. The customer service in the app worked very poorly and it’s impossible to talk to a human.
Sometimes it doesnt recognise when machine started
Sonetimes system does not recognises when I start the machine and it remains reservated for 10 minutes then cuts the electricity

Guten Tag, Ich finde die Idee sowie du Umsetzung gut. Kritik: Timer: • ein Timer der einen anzeigt wie lange es noch wäscht und nicht wie lange es für einen schon am waschen ist. Verriegelung • es wäre wünschenswert, würde sich die Waschmaschine verriegeln. Die Waschmaschinen werden ja durch Schütze angesteuert und ich denke, die Türen sind sicherlich auch elektrisch ansteuerbar. (Die Kästen sind zwar verplombt, ist aber logisch, da man hört wie die Schütze anziehen) Mögliche Verbesserung, nicht zwingend nötig: • Das Fach für Waschmittel usw. Mit einem Endlagenschalter/Positionsschalter versehen und als Bedingung zum öffnen, der Waschmaschine, verdrahten. Vorbeugend um Schimmel entgegenzuwirken. All-in-All, geile Sache. Kann sich sehen lassen.
Filter ist ständig Dreckig
Der Trockner an sich ist eine gute Sache für jeden, der selbst keinen Trockner zu Hause hat. Leider haben wir regelmäßig jemanden, der sein dreck nicht hinter räumt!! Es ist widerlich das ich als Nutzer fremden Deck weg räumen muss, um selber den Trockner nutzen zu können.Würde mich nicht wundern wenn der Trockner schneller kaputt geht als gedacht.

Es wäre super wenn man sehen könnte wie lange ein Gerät noch besetzt ist bevor es für einen Freigegeben wird

More App integration into stuff that doesn’t need it
There is no real reason to make a washing machine have to connect to the internet and for anyone trying to use it to have to have a smartphone available. The app keeps reserving broken or unavailable washing machines for me to “use”. Just set a timer so you know when your clothes are done it’s not that hard. I imagine they probably sell your data as a side income too.
Gute App!
Gute App und Service mit Verbesserungspotenzial! Wie von anderen schon angesprochen… Wäre schön, wenn man die Rest des Waschgang sehen könnte. Habe den Service beim Camping auf dem Camping. Die Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner sahen so gut wie neu aus. Liegt jetzt vielleicht nicht an der Pflege, sondern daran, dass sie wirklich neu waren! Bin gespannt, wie es in ein paar Monaten oder Jahren aussieht!
So much room for improvement
We had many issues over the years, the cycles go smooth 2 out of 5 tries. It happens that the machine stops in the middle of the cycle or doesn’t go thru all the way for some reason, then the system understands it’s over and finishes your turn and calls the next on the line, and you end up with a basket of soaking-wet-half-washed clothes that you cannot dry right away, because the dryer has been on for 6h with your neighbor’s underwear, and its sensor is too clogged to realize it’s done (and sometimes it finishes your turn in less time than it should and your laundry is still super humid - completely nonsense). I wish we had more notifications in case something goes out of the ordinary (like if someone opens the machine door), and that we could track the total cycle time thru the app so we can prepare our day around it (cause the time shown on the screen is never precise).
Verbesserungsvorschläge
An sich finde ich es gut, dass es eine App gibt aber besser wäre wenn man nicht sieht wie lange die Wäsche schon getrocknet wird. Sondern wie lange der Trockner Vorgang noch dauert um abzuschätzen wann man sie holen muss. Und etwas teuer finde ich es schon 3€ pro Ladung zu verlangen.

Zu teuer und leider nicht sauber
Auf Dauer ist der waschgang viel zu teuer aufgrund meines Mietverhältnisses und und ohne die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine in meiner Wohnung abzustellen, bin ich leider dazu verpflichtet diese Maschine zu benutzen. Leider wurde die Maschine seit Einzug noch nicht gereinigt d.h. es ist schon ziemlich unhygienisch, deswegen wische ich hier und da mal selber durch. Der Gummirand ist schon komplett verkalkt. Naja

Use unscented detergents. The smell of the current detergents gave me a headache, and I had to rewash my clothes to get rid of it

HORRIBLE
Do not use. Not only did this company charge me for broken machines and not refund me. I had to waste my time disputing with my credit card company. They also sold my email to a bunch of scammers and now get hundreds of spam emails a day. It’s been months but I’m reminded everyday by the German spam emails that somehow sneak past the filter and crowd my inbox. I hate this company with all my heart

Akzeptable Geräte, sehr schlechte App
Dir Geräte sind OK. Die App ist katastrophal: dauernde Fehlermeldungen („Waschraum nicht verfügbar“, oder alle Geräte werden als im Gebrauch angegeben, obwohl sie alle - 6 Geräte! - frei sind). Das Problem ist schon lange bekannt und die Entwickler nicht im Stande es zu lösen.
Preis
Leider finde ich die Kosten für einen Waschgang sehr teuer.
Gute Erfahrung
Ich habe die App und die dazugehören Maschinen die letzten Tage öfter genutzt und finde den Ablauf sehr einfach und intuitiv. Die Monatabrechnung ist praktisch. Nur die App könnte besser zeigen wie lange die Maschine/ der Trockner noch dauert statt zu zeigen wie lange es bereits läuft. Die Benachrichtigungen kommen nämlich manchmal etwas verspätet an
Dryers don’t dry and broken washers aren’t fixed
I think the title says it all. I had my clothes in the dryers for an hour and a half, and they are still wet. The washer in my building has been broken for a month.
Good idea, some improvements would be nice
As a general concept I like the idea and the app but additional options, like selecting a day and time when you want to wash would be nice.
Waste of time
Reserved two wash machines they worked fine. About halfway through the cycle all of the dryers became unavailable, and have been that way for about an hour and a half now. I am now on my way to the nearest laundromat to get my clothes dried. Also I noticed that the laundry room, as a whole, was listed a unavailable. It is now listed that way again. Washme has too may technical issues to be of use to me. It is a nice idea but a failure in practice. I will not use Washme services again.
Decent Service
It does the job and unlike most automated laundry machine companies, WeWash allows you to open and close the machines whenever you want if you want to add/remove something. The issue I have is that people can take your laundry without you noticing. I highly recommend WeWash to create a notification system that notifies the user whenever their machine is opened. Additionally, I disagree with their dryers. Despite selecting the settings you want, I always find that the dryers add more time to the duration if it feels that the clothes are not dry enough. If you wash with delicate fabrics, over-drying will harm them!

Many problems
Prices are ridiculous, the system automatically assigning a washing machine is clunky and waste of time, soap isn’t offered within the machines and customer service does not offer much support. I would use any alternative if it was available.

If the app works with internet, the least can happen is to have free or internet in the laundry area :(. Here is in a -2 floor
Besser als vorher
Die Registrierung hat nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, jetzt jedoch bin ich von der App überzeugt.
App usage for Billing
The app would want to go back to the web site for billing & process the go back to the app after successfully billing for the use the washer then the dryer would not start acknowledge the payment. At first it worked fine…. The 2nd load of cloths was where the issues began. Will dispute with the Credit card company if needed only correct charges shown in the app / credit card shows multiple over charges from attempted use & the washer & dryer not acknowledging the payment

No refund if machine malfunctions or does not dry your close in an hours time!!!

App doesn’t work, neither do the machines
The machines are backed by computer network devices which are powered on but don’t send a signal to start or even power the machines. Should be a simple process but it doesn’t work, not even in Munich.

Ich war zuerst skeptisch: eine Maschine für (momentan noch) vier fremde Menschen. Aber ich bin nicht "heikel" und nach nun 2 Monaten in der Wasch-WG ziehe ich ein positives Fazit. Die Maschinen sind problemlos zu bedienen, die Wäsche kommt sauber raus. Die Benachrichtigungen funktionieren klasse!
You are better off using a laundromat
This app is terrible. It stopped my dryer cycle after 20 minutes despite having the display for my dryer cycle set to 120min. Everything is still wet and I fly out in the morning. In addition to this the app failed to properly reserve a spot on the queue for me initially when rerunning the dryer. I think this may have been due to WiFi issues. However, I was unaware that it had an additional dryer it had placed me on the queue for until well after I left the laundry room. In that time someone placed their laundry in they automatically charged my card again. This is an issue this app developer should address. Doing laundry with this is a waste of time and money. Save yourself frustration and just use a laundromat. At least someone works there to assist if something isn’t working right.
