I used to love this game…
I used to play it all the time and I had lots of fun despite all the ads. But one day the game just stopped working and a big white square popped up on the screen. I emailed support for the app, but they never got back to me so I just gave up on it :/

Fun game. Generally functional. Ads appear pretty frequently. My MAIN ISSUE however is that one time my game froze so i had to restart the app without collecting my coins, then upon reopening it ALL of my offline earnings were GONE. Very disappointed.

A "New wave of entertainment"
As a kid who had nothing to do with my own life at the time, I would play games like these. And I actually liked them at some point. But that was when I didn't have a conceptualization of what good video games look like. In summary, this game is a literal copy-and-paste of every other game in the "evolution" saga that has come before and will come after it. There's nothing fun or new to it. Why are you playing this, or any other "evolution" game, when you could just have one. Or better yet, a game that actually revolves around evolution. But we'll touch on that later. For now, let's go through a structural analysis: The game begins with you just destroying crates in the ocean, merging sharks for absolutely no goal but to get a god that is based off of a much more interesting Greek god of real mythology. That's it. Enjoy doing that for no reason for as long as you want to endure. This game isn't even the first of the "evolution" saga to even do this. In fact, ALL of the games do! It's stupid! I could go on and on about how badly structured some of the jokes are and even how stereotypical some even are, but what's even worse (And you want to finish reading this if you are a parent getting this game for your kid.) that they're actually sponsored by games that aren't even designed for small children. Disgusting games that would normally be for an older audience (which likely isn't even the demographic for this game.) are being advertised on this game! And it's not even small swears either, it's full on hints to disgusting things that involves birds and the bees. It's awful! You can turn these off by paying real money, but you could literally just turn on airplane mode and it wouldn't make the gameplay any different (since it seems that Tapps cares little about their audience, I guess I could say this and they wouldn't fix it.). I forgot about the bugs to, they care more about the content that they are adding and how much money they are making that they don't even bother once to actually fix anything.) Would I recommend this game? Absolutely not! But, your not limited to "evolution" games. You see, the whole time I've been putting evolution in quotes. This is because the devs think that merging two animals of the same species get's you a new one, but that's not how evolution works. I could explain in detail, but in summary, it essentially means a creature slowly gives birth to offspring which adapt to the environment. That's evolution, not combining two similar animals and expected a cooler one that eventually ascends into godhood. I can excuse this, because this is a complex challenge for a video game, but, there are actual evolution games that are unique and interesting. Spore being one of these Spore came out back was in the development since in 1994, and released in 2008. It's not updating anymore, but you can actually play as a microbe that can adapt to the environment and ACTUALLY evolve. What's even better is that you can create cities and even space empires in that game! I actually recommend that one over this "evolution game" that is apparently considered a "game" by small children. Anyway, end of my review. Play Spore over this. If you do want to try it, go ahead, don't let me stop ya. Have a good one! -AV BULB

I put a lot of money into this game and had every world and shark unlocked and it will not restore my purchases. I had to delete the app and download it again and I lost everything.

The worst and most annoying thing about this game are the ads. Whenever I travel to a different spot, AD. Whenever I get a pearl than can get me lots of money, AD, and I loose the money and my patience. It’s a fun game though. But the ads drive me crazy. There are few bugs and glitches.

No hats
I've spent a bunch of diamonds on hats and after a few days they disappear? Currently it says I have 8 different hats but alas they do not appear on my sharks. Please fix so I have my hats.

Was a fun game but the ads are constant and always intervening. Every time you switch planets an ad, every time you click on something an ad; it makes the game unplayable because all users get sick of the ads and can only handle them to a certain extent.

I mean this a fun game but one day I bought some hats for my sharks and they where pretty expensive. When I came back the next day all my hats were gone it still says I bought my hats but it won’t let me put them on any sharks. Please fix this problem.
