Fix the bug
I really like the app, but since last update just keep crashing needs to be fix
What the heck happened
I paid for the premium version of the app years ago in a one time purchase for any work out difficulty. It was nice to have a timer and beat to workout to making kegels a quick exercise. To my surprise they but AI slop and a monthly membership on the app. They should have made a new app or add new features for a monthly membership instead of destroying the old one. Straight trash and poor buissness practices.
Dissapointed
This app used to be great you used to be able to by it one time and have access to the same exercise routine but now it’s just a subscription with ai added
Bought App, Now it’s a Subscription?
I paid for this app a few years ago and it was great. I opened it up yesterday and now it’s a subscription. So I can’t even use an app I’ve already paid for. That should be illegal to do.
What do you do for ‘hold’
Has potential but there is not guideline for how to “hold” as opposed to “push’
Took care of Kegel workout
I really like the app. It gamified the whole Kegel exercices. It’s such an easy muscle to neglect because you have to look for the way to organise the Kegel exercices. Stamena takes care of that for you for 3 dollars. Worth it for me.
Previously good app that ruined their product with greed
This used to be a decent timer that did a good job of progressively increasing the difficulty. I was even willing to pay a one-time fee for it. Now they have loaded it with long AI generated surveys and promises of “custom plans” so they want $20 a month. This is absolutely absurd pricing for obvious AI slop. To make things worse, I can’t even continue to use the app I already paid for.
So far so good
It’s pretty basic and easy to follow. Just gonna need to do it for a while then test out the results. If it works out 5 starts.
Please a new Update
Notification issues Last iOS Update 😒
Reminders don’t work
Constantly forget to use the app because the reminders don’t reliably work. I receive maybe one reminder every few days?
Great app
Been using it for a while and definitely see the difference!
What happened?
I paid for the premium version, and it worked perfectly. Simple. But now it’s AI garbage with a predatory subscription, just like all apps now. Fix it.
Apple Watch??
Great app. It would be fabulous if it worked on my Apple Watch. I’d happily pay extra for Apple Watch functionality. Thanks for a great app.
Not great
If your phone does not have a timer or the ability to set reminders then buy this app, otherwise you are waisting your money. That's literally all this app is, no variation of work out
Confuse
I don’t get the push part in that
Elegant and simple. Works
Thanks for the app! As per title. Feature request: ability to change the vibration pattern to notify start and stop of exercise, such as long vibration for start and short or double pulse vibration for stop. Requested so that user can do the exercises without looking at the screen, like while keeping the phone in one’s pant pocket. It can be done with the current vibration patterns, but it’s easy to get it mixed up as the vibration patterns are identical. Thanks!
Paid and now they want a subscription
I paid a flat fee for this app years ago and now they want a subscription fee.
Amazing app, but needs a few changes
This app is amazing, been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and I feel like already my pelvic floor muscles are so much stronger. I love that I get reminded everyday to do my exercises as this was an issue I’ve always had in the past when trying to do Kegel exercises. I would like to suggest a few things for the app though. While training my pelvic floor using regular push kegels it was great. But I didn’t like the fact that you were made to also do Reverse Kegels as well alongside your exercise. I feel like there needs to be an option to opt out of them as for someone that has only just started training it’s very hard to do reverse until you’re pelvic floor is strong enough. This is why it’s not a 5 star review as a simple toggle in the settings would be a simple solution to toggle reverse kegels in your exercise.
A pretty basic app
The app has a good interface but for the price i paid i was expecting a little more out of the app in general (it only tells you what to do and then another button to do it). Maybe even some diagrams or some helpful tips for beginners would be nice.
Love the app, but
I love this app and have been using it daily for over a month, is it possible to incorporate a dark mode in the future?
Money grab
This used to be a simple app with a free option. Now there's the longest onboarding process I’ve experienced out of any app- no exaggeration here. Once you finally get to the end, you are forced to choose a subscription plan.
Good app. Needs watch functionality
Good app and would have given 5 stars if it had watch functionality which is a shame
Not so good
-1 star for no apple watch app, it may be good tor exercises -1 star for no 24/hour time format in settings It will be good to have an opportunity to switch am/pm to just 24 hours.
Wow.
This is a life-changing workout regimen. Would recommend for any guy.
Used to be to good
Now it sucks. I had the lifetime license and they are not honoring it and instead want me to pay. F. you. I’ll build my own tool.
Excellent
App works perfectly, made it a part of my daily routine for about a year now, stamena level is maxed out at 25! Only thing is I wish there was a way you can reset your points and start fresh and work your way back up. Stamena level 25 is crazy difficult and if you stop doing it for even a few days it’s hard to go straight back into level 25, you can change your level but still wish there was a way you can reset your points and level and start back at the start!
Thank you
Premature ejaculation has long been an insecurity of mine and, if nothing else, committing to training these muscles every day has dispelled the psychological element of that and replaced it with confidence in knowing that I’ve trained myself for this. Also, I’m now consistently lasting much longer and have greater control over my body.
Terrible and expensive subscription
IF YOU ARE READING THIS TRY: Klench. I had the old Stamena app for years. I had paid $2.99 for lifetime but now I get an update and it is completely different with a $20 a month subscription model. Try Klench, it is what the old stamena was supposed to be.
A bit vague
Vague instructions, but seems to work regardless. Not sure what the "hold" command is, I'm assuming it's the same as squeeze?? Also needs a clear schedule, just because I've unlocked higher levels, does it mean I should do them?
Edging
Added edging would be a bonus
They don’t honor their users
I purchased this app when it first came out and used it often. They recently updated it and are now trying to charge a monthly fee to use an app I already purchased. This is very dishonorable and dishonest. Give me the service that I paid for.
Total control made simple
This is by far the best, most direct and effective training app for men to gain total control.awesome!
paid upfront now subscription?
already paid for the app (read a review that reminded me that) and now i come back and it’s a subscription service with AI ads? what a downfall.
It works
As long as you’re consistent with training.
Sellouts
Originally bought years ago but now because of subscription model that got deleted somehow.
