Garbage
App is a piece of garbage. Froze up and would not let me see amortization table and nowhere to purchase app. Do not waste your time.

Would have given 5 stars if it supported mortgage calculation for USA and Canada.
The advertising embedded in this app is truly a sight to behold.
Function is fine. Execution is suspect. The ads get in the way of use of the app. While free, you get what you don’t pay for.

I still have ads even though I paid for the app. There is a note omn the app that indicates there is a restore button to remove apps, but it is missing on the version I have.

I’m looking for an app to run numbers on how quickly a loan will pay down according to a payment. This app doesn’t allow you to change the payment amount that I could see it has a locked sign beside it. If you wanting to adjust the payment and see how quickly it pays down, you’re an able to do that on this app.

This is one of the best apps with everything you need to know on a payment calculator and simple to use. Highly recommend it 👍
Paid for ad removal, still got ads
Every time I insert a total amount with more than two numbers, then go to the next line to insert interest and total months, the amount I entered for total debt clears and only the first two numbers will show. In example, let’s say the amount is 41,245.71. I enter the amount then press done to enter interest and so on and only 41 shows in the total amount. On top of that I paid the two dollars for ad removal and I still get the ads

App is straight forward and will solve for different variables. No 5 stars cause I paid the price for no ads and still see ads.
Loans Not Saved
I saved 3 different scenarios of a loan I was thinking of offering a friend. When I opened the app, the scenarios were gone. The ads came back. I was able to restore the app and lose the ads. I had to go through the scenarios again.
Nice layout, but doesn’t convert amortization table to PDF
This app has a nice layout, and I’ve tried several different loan calculator apps and this one had potential of being very good. Except it doesn’t convert the amortization table to a PDF file. Most other loan calculator apps convert your amortization tables to PDF files.

Will not save plus unable to contact developer
It’s a great app. But when I press the done button nothing happens. I’m unable to contact the developer because I’m unable to scroll up to hit the send button the keyboard blocks it. Review on iPod 6G running iOS 12 something

For free it’s the best I’ve used
I love the fact that you can name and save the loan calculations. I use the bank name and % in the file name so when I’m comparing rates it’s very easy to identify the bank and interest rate at a glance. It’s really handy if you have collected at least 2 data points so you can pit one bank vs the pack. I just used it with 5 banks on a loan to remodel our business. The building and land are paid off so the “mortgage “ is 100% guaranteed. The kicker was offering the other banks our entire banking business both personal and rental properties and business account. The chance to add 5 million from the business has gotten me from a 6% rate at current bank down to 4.4 and 4.5 from two other banks no points or origination fees with free checks and safety deposit boxes. They really stepped up to get the business and it’s easy to see how much I saved with each new quote

Can no longer find an app that you can enter your affordable loan payment, interest and length of term and get a total financeable amount
No drama
Installs without a bunch of questions n setup. Comes up instantly to the simple screen. 5 seconds to enter relevant loan info and bam... payment is there. Scroll up a tiny bit and can see extended info about total payments and interest and can choose more loan details. Screen is not busy and simple. Nice job. For a change, some SW developers actually get it!!! Thank you. Look forward to other products you make.

Great app.... but
I really love this app, in comparison to a lot of the other loan calculators out there this one is on the top. The user interface is very nice, and it doesn't crash on my phone. In fact I would love to give this app a five star rating. My only complaint is the advertisements. I swear, advertisements are only getting more and more annoying. I would totally be willing to pay 1.99 or something around that for this application to remove the adds. Unfortunately because there's no option to pay and remove the advertisements, when I am trying to do finances I keep getting bombarded with "by this game, download now, ect " So unfortunately, this app is unusable for me because of the advertisements. Please make a way to pay and remove the advertisements.
