Equal Payment : Pay an equal payment in every payment.
Equal Principal : Pay an equal amount of principal every payment. Each payment's interest is calculated based on current balance. Payment is the sum of principal and interest.
Interest Only: Pay interest in every payment and pay the loan in the last payment of loan schedule.
