Slow, Glitchy App
This app was one of the best habit trackers, but now is just glitchy and slow. It frequently has UI lag and doesn’t respond to user input. And worst of all, I can’t export my data to move to another app because it hangs on the CSV export. I’ve emailed support twice and received no response. I decided to not renew this year. Once a great app, now slow and poorly supported. Recommend avoiding.

Wish it had a monthly habit option :/ very simplistic app, not the most customizable.
Can’t keep up
I’ve reached out to support a number of times, but have never heard back. Every goal I have lags when I click it. I’ve been using the app for about 5 years and feel confident that it is not worth the money.

I really like this app, but I just wish I could put more goals for free and not having to pay, but hey. If you have the money to, do what you want. I just wish we didn’t need to pay
cleanest design, nothing superfluous
this is the best habit tracking app for ios and apple watch. it’s worth the subscription cost immediately if you want a minimal design with maximal functionality (unit tracking, customizable reminders + schedule) for tracking your habits. i’ve tried many other apps and nothing is as simple and beautiful without missing features.
Does not work anymore at all and just hangs
Since some of the newer updates, for whatever reason the app just doesn’t load anything at all and doesn’t allow me to click or do anything. My iphone is one of the newer models so it’s not an update thing.
Almost perfect
Overall, I really love this app and its tracking features. It’s clean, intuitive, and helps me stay consistent. There are just two things that get a bit annoying: 1. When I’m checking off multiple habits, there’s a small delay after each tap, so I can’t quickly mark several items at once. 2. If I edit a habit (frequency, units, color, etc.), the app automatically moves that habit to the top of my list—disrupting the specific order I’ve organized. Aside from those two things, I find the app super helpful and genuinely enjoy using it.
Needs optimization
Customizable and easy to use, but WHY IS IT SO SLOW? Even on new devices, tapping on the habits to update your tracking and it takes so long to respond. If you tap multiple categories in a row it might not even process all of them. How did you make it so slow?
Lags terribly
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s been helping me keep good habits- I have a streak that’s 47 months long. But it’s been really laggy and crashes a lot lately. It’s disappointing. I’d rather not move to another app but I’m starting to feel like I’m being forced to.
App is great, widget can be more customizable
Really great habit tracker. Only wish that there was a bigger widget that allowed for more habits. Or that the widget allows you to pick which habits to display.
App used to be better
This app used to be perfect, it was simple, tracked anything, and was a one-time cheap payment. Now that they’ve added a ton of unnecessary bells and whistles, this app can be replaced by something better that doesn’t have a subscription requirement. This app should be a tracker and nothing more.

The app works fine although I have a payed subscription but it keeps sending me “offers to upgrade” certainly annoying.

Had some issues with the app, reached out to support, never heard back. Very buggy syncing with Apple Heath.

I got scammed $149.99!!! I downloaded the Habit tracker app a year ago. Can’t remember how much I paid for it. This January, I was charged $150!!! For a “Growth Bundle” I went to dispute the charge but my Chase credit card wants documentation on how much I agreed to be charged. Of course I don’t have any from an app I downloaded over a year ago! I’m so mad!
A bit buggy
This is my favorite habit tracker that I’ve found, but every time I check off a daily habit, the app freezes up for about 30 seconds while trying to execute the animation. It makes using the app pretty slow. It didn’t used to be like this and I’ve been hoping it’d be resolved in an update.

This is an amazing app. I use it every day to track my habits. I love the reporting features which allow me to gauge my progress over time. I've been having some issues with it recently. The app became very sluggish. I need to kill it numerous times to make it work. This is very annoying. I would've given it a 5 star if the support team answered my numerous emails and fixed the issue. Giving it a 3 star for the time being.

I’m still upset over this. I’ve tried contacting customer service a few times over a few months and no response. I paid for the full app a few years ago like others and now I have to pay for a subscription? And then you can’t even reply to my emails about it? Seriously?

Great but glitchy
I love this app, but it is very glitchy. It takes several taps to add or subtract a habit count. I've deleted and redownloaded the app to my iphone 14 several times and continue to have this issue, not sure why! It's really negatively affecting my use

Doesn’t recognize my paid subscription suddenly
I actually quite like this app overall, even though it can be laggy. What I very much DON’T like is that several weeks ago, despite the fact that I have an annual paid subscription through late December, it stopped giving me access to premium features like unlimited goals. When I go to create a new goal now, I get a paywall asking me to upgrade to premium. Worst of all, I reached out to support ages ago about this problem and never got a response. I have been using this app for years but I guess I’ll have to find another one if they’re not going to address that I cannot access features I have already paid for without paying again.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since I don’t really use it and I can’t figure out how! No one will help me so that’s a big no no for me. Don’t try to trap me to pay for something I no longer want !!!
Recommend but…
Have been using this app for years and can confirm I am now a daily flosser, a daily bed maker, and I never miss taking my vitamins. That being said, the premium version is not cheap, and there’s a weird lag after checking off and item that has gotten worse over time (I assumed because of the amount of data it holds now but could be because it’s simply become a clunky app) and has rendered the app almost unusable. It also doesn’t recognize time zones so the data gets destroyed when I travel, as it can’t tell what day it is. Lastly, as others have said, it doesn’t sync across devices, which is a huge disappoint for such an expensive app. I will be using this until I upgrade my phone, and then I will likely look for something new.

Don’t do it!!!
I subscribed to this a long time ago through the growth app, it’s been a nightmare ever since. I have been charged twice for a yearly subscription when my subscription doesn’t even exist, I signed up for a free trial so guess what? Somehow I am getting charged but don’t have an account yet? Hmmm…how is that? I have reached out to support to cancel a dozen times and get no response. This company is corrupt and steal!

Hi, I’m a premium user of the Done app and have been very happy with it so far. One thing I noticed is that the watch app does not show weekly habits. Can you please add support for that too? Thank you for maintaining this great app.

Love this app! I’m a list and planning lover. I’ve tried most of these types of apps but this one has been my favorite through the years. It’s pleasant to the eyes, has never given me tech issues, and I really like the extra feature of charts to track productivity. I just wish they had a desktop version too. edit: has become really buggy over time and veeeery slow. I don’t use it throughout the day anymore because it makes my other apps shut down, like my music app. Very disappointed that I can’t multitask with it anymore. :(
Customizable But Simple
It is rare to find an app that actually impresses me, but Do managed to immediately and is one of the first apps I install on any new phone or tablet. The user interface is simple yet comprehensive, with a variety of options that can be further adjusted by going into the advanced settings below the basic settings. Not overwhelming despite the variety of customization options offered, easy to use, aesthetically-pleasing… you can add forgotten or late activities to previous dates and times with ease. I can legitimately not think of a single flaw with this app. I have autism and ADHD- my schedules, habits, and medications are all absolutely essential to my mental well-being, the Premium option was a great upgrade but the free version is perfect for even my rather extensive references as well.
Paid for upgrade, but it didn’t upgrade
DO NOT USE. Used to be a great app, now it’s buggy and lags. Paid for an upgrade at one point because I like how minimal the layout is compared to other habit apps, it never applied and is prompting me to pay again to upgrade. Waste of money.

Unresponsive developper
The app has always been good to me. Sometimes last year the app started getting buggy. I assume it’s because I don’t have a subscription because I bought the legacy app 4-5 years ago. I wrote several times to the developer trying to get some answers. I am more than willing to pay again, for the same app, if it can solve the buggy issues. Would love a reply. Thanks
I want to love it, but don’t
Missing some simple features (that reminders has): why can’t we just click on the widget to mark something as complete? Why can’t we click on the notification to mark as complete? Why is the order of the tasks constantly resetting? You have to be ahead of them to be differentiated… otherwise, why would we pay? Until some changes happen, I’m switching to another option that’s actively developing ✌️

I need customer support to get access to the lifetime offer I paid for. I like the app. Aesthetically pleasing. Easy to use. Motivating. But I need help : I am stuck with the free features only. I paid and I want to get access to all features. I want to add an habit and I am limited. I would put 5 stars for the qualities of the app Down to 4 stars because of bugs (regularly need to restore purchase cause the app turn into free access mode) Down to 2 stars because I don’t have access to all the features I paid for Down to 1 star because the company is not responsive. Laggy
I like the app and have been using it for a while, but recently it is laggy and glitchy when trying to check off a task. It’s pretty annoying even though I only use it for a few habits- I’m sure it’s much more irritating for those who use it for more throughout the day.
