Love
I love true crime TV and the ID Chanel is one of my favorites however I wish you guys would make it so we can come straight through you for a subscription, that’s my only issue. Please consider making it easier to watch your plate form via ID GO !!! Thank you
???
I don’t get what’s wrong with this app but for the past year I can’t link my tv provider so I can’t watch anything locked. Anytime I try to link it just loads and loads but never does anything. It literally will not let me link my tv provider. Stuck forever loading and I have to close out the app.

Used to love
Tried to get a hold of someone other than a bot. I currently have ID in my cable package but when I linked it to my provider it says network not in my tv package. Not sure how that works when I go to spectrum and I can view the channel. This just started recently. Please fix. I can’t watch my shows.
Too many commercials
Every time I rewind or fast forward then it’s always a set of lengthy commercials
Love!!
Awesome shows and new shows. I love the fact that you can watch them n the app the same day/night if you miss it when it is first shown on television.
AGGRAVATING
The app is always buffering and the sound goes out constantly. It’s been this way for about 6 months now. There was a time I watched ID so much the logo was actually burned into my tv screen, so no matter what channel you changed to you saw the ID logo shadow.
All
Too many commercial!
Horrible app
All the shows are locked and I can’t watch anything you guys need to unlock all the new shows for free
Love the station
Just don't love how some episodes are locked even though I pay a monthly.
ID
Love this network, and use app frequently. Always great stories, and great hosts / reporters
Worst App Ever!
I used to be able to watch older shows without paying a fee. ID Go decided to get greedy after adding more channels to its lineup. Channels which I don’t watch. All of a sudden I began getting error messages from ID Go on my tv and my iPad. It wouldn’t load or went into a state of buffering. I did my research and it appeared I now needed a tv provider. I have Spectrum internet service, but no cable TV. ID Go stated if I didn’t have a tv provider I could still watch past seasons of shows. Nada! Not working so I went to the support page. I completed all the steps several times over. I requested a Spectrum service call. The tech checked everything and also connected a new modem and router. Still not working. So…to watch maybe 3 shows on ID Go I have to shell out $40 per month plus my internet monthly service fee. Add that $40 to Amazon Prime, the Peacock fee, the fee for Hallmark Mysteries, plus another and I’m right back to what I was paying for Directv. Instead of “Cut the Cord/Cable” it’s “Cut the Bank Account”! And ID Go is still buffering…
Commercials
Commercials are to long. Can u make them shorter?
ID GO
Great shows! App is easy to use.
LOGS OUT
Every time I sign in with my provider information, the app ALWAYS logs me out. When trying to put the information back in it NEVER seems to work. Y’all really need to update this issue!!!!
Review
I love it ! Watch Daily
Update Episodes
Not showing episodes for the current season for some shows like Fear Thy Neighbor.
Loving ID
I am so happy I can watch ID on the Go.
Link doesn’t work
App will not allow me to link my network to watch shows link doesn’t work
Keep me watching when I’m in my motorhome on the road .
Good T.V.
Boden
I don’t know what Boden Clothing is paying y’all to run their commercials, but bruh…it can’t be that much. Programming on this platform is UNWATCHABLE because every 10 minutes this STUPID commercial is on…I didn’t even realize the commercial was about clothing the first 20 times it aired. It’s just some weird girl walking around tossing her hair and smiling at the camera in different locations, from different angles, creepily …with annoying music in the background. I LITERALLY just stopped streaming the show and moved over to another platform. The commercial is LONG…and it runs twice back to back, so it’s like FOUR straight minutes of the girl walking around tossing her hair and smiling at the camera .
Love
I do wish they had the option for subscription and I would cancel my cable and just watch ID
app just gets worser and worser
now the app won’t load at all once you open it
Keep on going
I love being able to see Joe Kenda any time and the other great true crime.
Umm what happened???
I normally love this app but lately it hasn’t been working. I haven’t changed my provider or package but all of a sudden I can’t access shows because they are locked! Please fix the glitch please!
My favorite!
Love the variety of shows on ID discovery
