Scam on the free yoga mat
This app tells you that if you join, you will receive a free yoga mat once you complete a few things. I completed my activities, and never got anything. Followed up a few times and was met with defensiveness. Please don’t promise things just to get followers. This feels very shady.

Good app, bad way of convincing customers to return
App - 5 stars Convincing clients to subscribe again - 1 star After using the app for 9 months, I’ve decided to take a break. A few days after, they’ve sent me an email saying: “With the support of loyal customers like you, we have developed a product that has already helped many users to overcome their back pain. We would like to thank you for this! We are constantly developing Kaia to provide our users with the highest standard. In order to be able to offer a great product in the future, we will update the prices of our app to 499 lei per month starting March 1st, 2020. Don't worry - you will not be affected by this price adjustment. As long as you do not cancel your current subscription, you can continue to use the Kaia App at your existing subscription price. “ I need to mention that their price was 160 / 3 months, and is the same even now, 2 months later I’ve been on the verge of returning several times, but every time I remembered how I was treated in that email @Kaia, I don’t think it’s fair to treat customers like that

Stop getting in the way
I’ve never seen an app that felt it knew more about what you wanted to do with the app than what actually you wanna use the app for. Whoever’s creating the app understand this stop getting in the way of allowing me to use the features of your app. The 10,000 questions I have to pass before I even get a chance to lose your app causes me to want to uninstall it.

I’m giving this app a one star on principle because they interrupted their service to ask me for this review. 5 star app otherwise. But they annoyed me, so they’re getting a 1.
Helpful
The stretches and exercises seem to help with lower back pain and knee strength. Wish it could connect at apple fitness and health so my time in the app would count towards my daily exercise goals.
Changed mind
I thought doing these exercises on my own wouldn’t be helpful but I’m excited about trying it again.
Really poor app execution
It bills itself as a digital physical therapist, but it just gives you some generic exercises based on what you input, and it’s up to you to add and remove exercises. Go see a physical therapist instead.

Best At Home Healing Support
For years Kaia Health has partnered, guided me to support healing from long covid, injury’s, & after surgeries. The app stretches, walks with me towards wellness, a better daily life. Using Kaia at home I receive kind, personalized encouragement. Outstanding wellness education. Guided exercises with immediate improvement feedback.
Not accessible
“Accessibility is at the heart of our mission.” I’m not even allowed to make an account. This is some country club elite nonsense. Apparently back when they allowed individuals to subscribe it was over $250 a month? Unreal. It’s like the rich exist on a completely different plane of reality. They’ve completely lost touch with normal humans and are off in their own little world.
Early days
I was given access to this app via my health insurance. I’ve only used it once so far. I like the use of camera tech to track your movements and assess them for correct form during the exercises and also give a quality assessment and recommendations following the exercises. It’s early days, but I do plan on giving this program a fair chance as my knee pain is progressing and hopefully following this will halt, or perhaps reverse it.
KAIA Exercise Routine
I tried this program for the first time and found it helpful. KAIA first asks you where you might be feeling pain. You may check as many areas of your body as you feel. When you wish to begin, it asks you the area of your body you’d like to focus on for the session. You can also choose the desired duration of the session. When in the session, you can see the exercises that you will be doing. Furthermore, there is a helpful video for each exercise for proper form and positioning. My first session was a good one. The guides allow you to determine the level of exertion that you desire for each exercise. There was also a good relaxation activity that worked on breathing, that proved nicely relaxing. This may be a good system for people to challenge themselves with, the way one participants are able to keep track of what they’ve done. KAIA is an easy program to use, and could be a benefit if used regularly.

Only available to users with participating health insurance
You cannot use this app unless your health insurance offers it as part of its plan. As of this writing, Kaia simply prevents you from creating an account if your health insurance is not a customer.
More languages!
You deserve 5 stars, but because you just support 2 languages I rate the app with 4. You have to support more languages to reach more people. Don’t forget the portuguese language!
Handy and effective tool
I have been using Kaia Health for multiple years. It has helped me stay active, painless and effective. Last year when I had pain in my shoulder, the exercise using Kaia was very helpful. The tool has become an integral part of my exercise habit.
Was very excited about this app
I have scoliosis , and I’m always looking for new apps to help me with my exercise and stretching routine, but this app requires payment before I’m even allowed to try it first. Why would I do that? I’m not going to give my card info and then have to keep track of when I have to cancel my trial. Also, I only downloaded this app at first because it says it’s free... which is clearly a lie.

Deleted without even using
I read the first comment and deleted app even without using it. The person giving the comment is right. Nobody will want to give payment info without trying the app first. 7 day trial is just a trick. I dont want to keep track of dates to cancel many apps I try. I use free version, If I like it I will buy it. Thats it!
