Glitchy app
Degiro platform is great for trading. However, the iOS app has become very glitchy recently - sometimes it does not show your portfolio, sometimes it does not show stock values - very random glitches that make it seem like the developers are vibe coding the updates! Hope they fix it soon.
Onleesbaar
Jammer dat de letter grootte niet kan worden ingesteld. Voor mij is het scherm vaak onleesbaar door de kleine letters en daarmee onbruikbaar.

Prima app zonder poespas. Gewoon lekker handelen zonder omwegen. Handige toevoeging zou zijn een overzicht van de historische waarde van je portefeuille.
Not as good as it used to be
When I first got it, years ago, I thought the app was great - basic, no frills, but easy to use and functional. Everything worked. Now, I find the interface annoying and confusing. Things do go wrong with the app every so often, and support is slow.

Prima maar continu een “1” op de app alsof er notificatie is. Of bericht in de app. Alles al 100x gesloten maar hij blijft staan. Bug of bewust? I.i.g. ontzettend irritant. Graag dit probleem oplossen
Unbelievably easy
I’ve been on for a few years, and when I first joined I was brand new to trading. It took me a little time to find my way around but now if I see a good opportunity to sell (I use yahoo finance to watch trading) I can do so in less than a minute. Money is in my bank, if I decide to withdraw, in one to two working days. Delighted with this app.

Fijn maar een bug
Wanneer ik de zoekfunctie gebruik, een item aanklik, en weer terug ga, hapert de app en verdwijnen mijn zoekresultaten. Dan moet ik weer opnieuw zoeken. Erg vervelend/omslagtig.

The navigation experience in the app is not good. Why cant I swipe to navigate back? Also I am months waiting on the ability to able to upgrade my account type

La verdad es que la aplicación cumple con lo suyo, pero sí que es cierto que se echan en falta muchas funciones, como por ejemplo poder filtrar u ordenar las acciones de tu lista de favoritos o cartera por porcentaje de su vida o bajada o subida, por cantidad de dinero de subida o bajada e, etc. También estaría bien poder ver a nivel gráfico la evolución de tu cartera, todo el tiempo que ha pasado. Creo que aún le faltan muchas opciones para que sea completa a nivel móvil. Al final has de ir a la web para hacerlo mas cómodo.

Disappointed User experience
Not easy to use. Need manually open a FX account. Even not able to put order after open usd account. 90s Ui design. Only good part it support AUX but the transaction fee is fxxking high. Good luck to all your user
Can’t log in
The app has been working fine until update 2.14.9 After the update I can’t log in to the platform anymore, unless I am missing something here.. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Easy to use, easy to follow, safe
Easy to handle for the amateur investor. Responsive, easy to follow and navigate.
Service too slow, transaction do not go through
This App is so slow that the transactions don’t go through at the price that you establish. Unfortunately you will lose a lot of money if you are interested in Day Trading because the App is not quick enough to place the order when the price is reached. This doesn’t happen every day but quite often. It’s a frustrating service, and it’s a waste of time and money to use this App, especially with Trading where timing is essential. Use an alternative if you have the chance.
App WSOD after session timeout
If you use the app, go do something else and come back to it an hour or so later, the app gives a blank screen and requires you to hard close it and reopen it. Didn't use to do this, seems a bug introduced in the past week or two
Hidden costs
This is not a low cost broker. There is insane autofx fees and even transaction fees are higher than other brokers. I would advise everyone looking here to switch to some other reputed brokers. Like ibkr I dont know hot this app can justify 4 star rating
Information
The research on the app is sometimes not accurate. The mess up simple things like flags and dividend history. Do your own research. They messed up the flags for several South Korean companies. Instead they had a Slovakian flag. Not just confusing to traders but a Rookie mistake. They need quality control. Not sure if they are out of the baby shoes yet.

Can’t pass the onboarding screens
Unfortunately app is not stable: - Constantly logs me put in the middle of document scanning verification process - When I manage to be quick enough to do all the scanning in time - it does not progress to the nxt step in onboarding

App hängt meist beim Start
Start dauert in den meisten Fällen sehr lang und dann landet man auf der Startseite und muss sich von vorn neu einloggen. Login per Biometrie klappt nur sporadisch mal. Sehr nervig.
Not very impressed
Since I do prefer to use the app as opposed to the desktop version so I can access it all on the go, I would expect a much better interface. My latest issue is that an accidentally edited tax form cannot be removed/deleted and keeps popping up despite deleting the app with all its data then reinstalled it again. Customer Service even moved my profile to a different server, yet the problem persists… Can’t understand why there is not an option to cancel/delete a draft form in the first place, but the only option is to submit it?? Where is common sense?? Genuinely I have found with the DeGiro app that once there is a bug in there, it takes forever until their developers rectify it and they do get very nuisance too.

Cannot register
Nothing happens when I press continue after adding my identity documents. Registration is impossible.
App not working properly
The account over view summary is not showing any figures. This is on iPhone and no summary showing including balance, portfolio, day P&L, available to trade, GBP MMF, total P&L.
Keeps crashing
App won’t open, crashes as soon as you click on it. Had previously been happy with the app until today.
Stuck Loading iOS16.1
App was perfect until I installed iOS 16.1. It’s now just stuck loading after login on both iPad and iPhone.

I have been using DEGIRO for a couple of years now. I find it easy to navigate and easy to use. Both buying and selling shares are easy to complete. The fees aren’t too bad compared to some other platforms. Without paying a subscription, the share prices you are looking at are typically 15 minutes behind time, which really shouldn’t be the case, YAHOO Finance offers up to the minute prices at no cost to the user, in a free app. DEGIRO’s customer support isn’t fast when you have reason to contact them and their answers are often curt. If you then try to follow up on your original question, don’t be surprised if you don’t get any response. I use CDC for my cryptocurrency transactions, I can make purchases there straight from a credit/debit card, but with DEGIRO you have to go through the cumbersome and time consuming process of transferring cash from your account to theirs, this can take up to 48 hours, which is of little benefit if you want to get in NOW!
Not pleased
I find there fees too high, particularly for index funds. There is too much site maintenances and the prices are often not up-to-date. I will opt for other trading platforms in the future.
Magic refresh bug
17th Aug 2022 - Latest install keeps refreshing screen - completely unusable for an this old iPhone. Tried reinstall/latest version setting/default appearance, nothing helped. Refresh can be anywhere from 5s - 20s. Really enjoying doing free QA work for a bank. iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.5 (16H62) (Prior review Congrats this bug below is fixed in latest release) Magic disappearing bottom menu bar Latest release causes the bottom navigation bar to disappear if you navigate to pending orders. The only way to restore it is to go to settings -> previous/new release. Yeah old phone iOS, but please fix

Should be kicked out of App Store for nationalism
My family and I moved to Europe 8 years ago. 5 years I live in Ireland where I hold permanent residency (and currently located). Yet from the Irish residency card they manage to detect “original” nationality and they block my access. This behaviour is unacceptable and border line nationalistic. I could only imagine they could block any account any time and lose all the investment. There is no such problem with Schwab for example. Stay away from them.
Great platform but log in issues
Love the degiro platform and I have been using it for a while now. However the last month or so logging in will only work once I completely close the app. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it but I still have the issue.
No ISA, no fractional shares, complicated fee structure
The title says it all. The user interface is outdated, no fractional shares, no ISA, deposits and withdrawals take ages to process, no real-time price and the fee structure is quite complicated. There are far greater alternatives out there if you live in the UK.
