เราชอบซื้อเสื้อผ้าโพเมโล่นะคะ แต่Notiขึ้นถี่ยิบจนน่ารำคาญ วันนึงเด้งเป็น20ข้อความ ส่วนใน10นาทีที่เราใช้โทรศัพท์เด้งไปแล้ว4ครั้ง ไม่รู้จะอะไรนักหนาถ้าถามว่าทำไมไม่ปิดเออคือปกติไม่ปิดแอพช็อปปิ้งออนไลน์เพราะเราก็เอาไว้ให้แจ้งเตือนโปรโมชั่นไงแต่ต่อไปนี้ก็คงตั้งปิดละ จบ จึงแจ้งมาเพื่อทราบค่ะ

เมื่อใช้เครื่องมือ fliter และเลือกสินค้า แอปปิดเองบ่อยมากๆๆๆๆ
เสื้อผ้าดี แต่แอพไม่ค่อยเสถียร
เสื้อผ้าดีค่ะ แต่แอพลอกอินยากมาก bug ก็เยอะกดลงตะกร้าไม่ได้ เลยไปซื้อใน shoppee มีส่วนลดเยอะกว่าด้วย

Unbelievable
I ordered and paid for 6 items of clothing from Pomelo but only received 4, and the customer service people I contacted on their live chat barely understood English, only giving canned, irrelevant responses........ Instead of rectifying the terrible mistake, they said that they had to conduct an investigation, which has taken ages; now the two missing items of clothing are sold out and they have STILL not gotten back to me!!!!! Undoubtedly the WORST online shopping experience of my life.................the only plus point is that their clothes are proportioned well for Asian bodies.

10/10 style and 10/10 service
Popped by the store because the summer collection was callin out to me. Great styles at decent price points. So freaking obsessed with the branding, socials and live streams we stan a brand that has their act together. Shoutout to Zai at Singapore’s 313 store who has the patience of a literal SAINT. Helped me get my discounts off ShopBack and the app, patiently waited for me to connect to WiFi, reset my ShopBack password, add my payment details etc. took me a decade to set it up and he just stood there so patiently and happily. I can’t. MAD LOVE. Xx
Couldn’t log in years ago, can never log in still.
For some reason I could never log in. Few years ago I deleted this app as I couldn’t log in no matter how/which method, plus is lags big time and doesn’t load. Now that I’m trying again, log in still fails with my number and no reason stated at all. Tried my number on another phone it is not working either. Can someone advise? Is this app even legit?😧 Also, the Cs chat disappears/disconnects once u press “back” or go out to search for the info they require. U won’t be able to find back past msgs, each time u go back in it’s a new agent, and they have to keep asking u to resend your details again.

Data privacy security is very bad. Account got hacked by some random person in USA and the fraudster tried to make an order using my account. Don’t recommend.

App could be improved
Love the clothes but this app shows a loader between every single action and makes it feel really slow. They should really consider a more optimistic design and not just throw up a loader for everything. For example, there’s no need to show a loader after favoriting an item..

Orders cancelled twice even when items are still in-stock.
Update: Managed to get at least 1 item that was the last stock after I try to order the 3rd time. But I wish there’ll be an option to still send out the rest of the items instead of cancelling the whole order too. Pervious review: My orders were cancelled twice cause they’ve mentioned that item was out of stock but it still showed that it’s in stock in their app. Really disappointed that they would cancelled your whole orders completely and need to wait for refunds. Wish they can solve this issue cause I don’t think I’ll order directly in Pomelo again.

My experiences shopping with Pomelo. 1. App shows in stock, place order, order accepted but eventually got cancelled due to stock out. Reliability? Lost confidence 2. Took too long to process return compared to other fashion apps.

Quality clothes, responsive customer service
I like how their clothes are well made and adventurous. Definitely not cookie cutter girly clothes, but designs with a bold twist. Also, I emailed customer support twice and the responses have both been swift, pleasant and my issues were always solved pronto.
App not working after v 1.10.0
Unable to use the app after I updated it to version 1.10.0 on 29 May. Pages take very long to load, the screen blacks out after selecting an item to view, and the app keeps prompting me to check my internet connection even though all my other apps are working well. Never had problems using the app before this.

Love this shopping app
Easy to navigate, fast payment, excellent visuals. One downside would be the icon on the bottom right the cart function. I would always accidentally click onto it thinking it’s my account. Would prefer it to be my account than my cart. 😅
