Never on time
I am satisfied with the delivery though some items might be missing but they always delivered them later. I completely don’t understand why they can’t respect the time frames? I order my products usually after 12:00 they keep coming at 9am. You offer people to choose time slots comfortable for them, so why don’t you follow them?

App is still really bad unfortunately
Search brings up unrelated items. Communication is poor when delivery drivers are unavailable. Items added to cart are not available. Some items are in store are unavailable online. Hope this next version is better! Who is developing your app?
Ok until your bank doesn’t send an OTP code
I like the Tops online shopping app and use it frequently but if the bank connection is timed out you cannot get back to your order to try again. I don’t know if this is the Tops app or the KT bank site but it is very annoying and I have to order from Lotus’s or Villa instead. Would be great if this can be fixed!!

Distinguished As The All-Time Worst
Tops has the distinction of being the worst delivery app of all in 10 years of using delivery apps worldwide. Over the years I’ve tried using Tops Delivery, given up, deleted the app, re-installed it months later in hopes they’ve improved but experienced the same and sometimes worse. This was my last try with another horrible experience. I’m done with Tops! Plenty of alternatives now.

Next time you update the app, don’t delete my notes to the delivery staff. Better yet, add an option for contactless delivery so I don’t have to write any notes.

Item added to cart is always out of stock
Tops as a store is good. No real complaints, but their app is terrible, most of the time it will not let you add the coupon codes or the store or the depot will call you to say that the items in your cart is not in stock or deliveries get canceled etc. I have not had similar experiences with Grab or Food Panda.
Unreliable
Slow to load and respond. Regularly freezers. Will randomly empty shopping basket without warning. Logs ut for no reason. It’s faster to just go to a supermarket.
Not really useful
This apps does not allow you to browse all the products. Only able to view those on special. Not really useful as it acts as a notes/ reminder only.
Good app for delivery in Thailand
I’ve used the app a number of times. Good selection and delivery. They just updated it so it’s a bit easier to use now.
The absolute worst
Everything about Tops from the app to their service is abysmal. The app is clunky and the search feature is useless. The final indignity is your order will arrive incorrect or not at all. Trying to correct issues is painful. The customer service is about as helpful as speaking to a brick wall. Other than that, enjoy! 😱
Still very glitchy!
When I click on an item to read more info, the picture and info another product comes up. It’s so frustrating and the reason I always end up ordering from Makro online instead. Tops, please please please get your bugs fixed! this happened to me a few months ago,and despite having two or three app updates since, it’s still happening! And PLEASE may I suggest when you product a picture of a product, to take more photos, so that the back and side (if applicable) of the packaging is showing also, IN HIGH RESOLUTION FORMAT, so that customers can read the information on the back of the package. Often I want to know what ingredients are in a product but you only post the front of the package! It would helpful to see the back also thank you kha 🙏🏾✨
Easy to use
The previous review of this app is very old but as it’s the only one I was hesitant to try. However, the app is updated, with many things to choose from and very easy to use. I used it for the first time yesterday and had groceries delivered free to my door today! So glad Tops is doing this and I hope the other stores follow their example!

A constant loop…
After registering and activating my account, the app no longer works! It’s in a constant loop that just won’t stop… I’ve even deleted the app and re-downloaded, still doesn’t work…
Awful service, app itself is ok.
The App itself and its functionality is ok. Not great, but better than BigC’s god awful app or Lotus’s. Tops delivery itself though is why I’m writing such a bad review, I apologize to the developers who are stuck with this app, but Tops inventory system is so horrible it ruins any user experience. Do not use tops delivery service. 9 out of my 10 orders end up being sold out of a bunch of the stuff I order, even if I place the order to be delivered asap. They keep the full amount you paid and say it takes up to 45 business days to refund you the money for the items they’re sold out of. They do not use any insulation for your groceries, most of the time my milk arrives spoiled and meat arrives warm. They will just ignore you if you try to complain to customer service and ask for a refund and I can prove it. Worst grocery delivery service on earth.

Service (sadly) is TERRIBLE
I was really hoping that the TOPS app would be a great addition to Bangkok online shopping options. Unfortunately, TOPS is performing terribly. I had one order cancelled; so, I re-ordered. On Friday, the driver contacted me TWICE for directions and then simply never showed up. When I called the phone number back, I was told that this phone now belonged to a different driver, namely her. She refused to provide me any other phone numbers. Note: The app reported my order as delivered. Friday evening I sent a complaint via the app. Saturday late morning, I sent another complaint via the app. SILENCE. Finally, I called the number on the emailed order confirmation. There was an option for Thai (which I speak with native fluency), the only button that worked was to request an English-speaking contact. The gal who answered spoke fairly good English, and I explained my dilemma. She was unable to help other by saying she’d contact the branch store for me. Four hours later, NO ONE has contacted me about my order. The only good thing is that Tops appears not to have charged my debit card for the order (yet). So disappointed in this service, particularly because the only options via Happy Fresh (a far superior app) in my new area are Lotus and Big C.

Use any other home delivery app
I have used this a few times and they have cancelled my orders multiple times without notifying me. The only way I found out was by going into the app to check on the status of my order and found it was canceled. There was no text, email, phone call or other attempts to let me know that there was a problem with my order. When I have gotten deliveries, there have been items I did not order delivered to me and items I needed that we left off, again without any notice or attempt to let me know ahead of time. Considering the amount of time this service has been available, these types of issues show n extremely poor execution by company management and a poorly supported service. There are better home delivery apps are out there that actually communicate with their customers.
No overseas delivery
Tops should provide delivery to overseas (outside Thailand) customers. This would be good business. Any response from Tops?
