Withdrawal
HFM support had been helpful and there is no issue with the withdrawal. If there is one suggestion I could add would be, to give us an option as to which depositing bank we would like it to be withdrawn to. That way client will be able to track the respective bank for each withdrawals.

Withdrawals take forever. The Supercharge bonus isn’t a bonus- once you real money depletes the bonus disappears. There are so many better brokers out there avoid this one

I’ve used a lot of brokers since I’ve started trading and honestly I have to say that HfM is my best 1. Since day 1 I’ve never had any problems whether it be withdrawals or closure of trades, everything is silky smooth.
I don’t understand how HFM has won so many awards😂
-I’ve funded my account and transferred my funds into my live account. Whenever I want to enter trades - it says no funds available. This happens from time to time. -The execution of trades is very slow. - Not enough trading tools. - Long waiting time for deposits (sometimes). Today I waited 20 minutes for my deposit to be processed. - They say that they have crypto deposit methods but if doesn’t appear as an option at all. - If you want to enter trades at a certain price- it keeps loading and you end up with a bad entry.

Withdrawal is not credited
I withdrew my money from HFM brokers, but it hasn't been credited yet. They said 24 hours, and it's almost 24 hours. But they still haven't acknowledged why this is unfair.

Scam watch out
Manipulation of trades, terrible spreads and slippage worse then I have ever encountered. Low volume and it fills my trades 30 pips below market price, they also manipulate their prices and aren’t even close to actual market price, please AVOID

I withdrew money from my wallet, which they sent more money than i withdrew. Then they sent an email where they stated that they are going to take the difference back which is fine and i agreed with that. After a while i realised they didn’t take the difference back and i reached out to their support team(which was terrible on its own, so sending me to them will not resolve anything.) I told support that they did not take the difference and they replied with an email stating i can keep the difference. Later on they actually took a ZAR 1000 out of my bank account without any of my consent. I’ve been with HFM for a long time but what they are doing atm is not right.

Would rate it higher if it allows crypto deposit and withdrawal on the app, makes it too stressful to use.

Why would I have to wait for my commission to be transferred to my wallet after it has crossed the threshold….you say payment is made Monday to Friday and yet for a week plus I have not gotten my money.

SCAM
Every element of this broker has a freeze glitch. You have no control over your trades. They ignore your settings and take your money. Any positive reviews or ratings you see are mostly from random people who don’t even exist or people who work for HFM. Take your money somewhere more reliable, stay away from this broker.
This app has the potential
This app has the potential to be great but I can’t close the trade when I want to it keeps saying request failed and after about 15 attempts it will close, it does the same thing for the TP and SL also. You guys are so close to nailing it but until you really fix the bugs I can not rate this app or recommend it. Meta Trader is still the bench mark.
High spread when they said no spread
1.the commissions are crazy even if they say in the zero account you will have 0 dpread and zero commission,most times there’s a huge spread and I’m paying almost half of my profit as commissions Good customer service tho and I haven’t tried to withdraw yet hope they dont stress me

Annoying “update”
I have only had this app for six days and every time I log on it requires an update and this so called update takes over ten minutes every time I try to log on. This is so confusing to me because on the App Store there is never a new update for the app. I would not recommend anyone get this app
