E-Rezept
Früher konnte ich ein E-Rezept anfordern, ohne einen Arzttermin zu vereinbaren. Allerdings gelingt es mir derzeit nicht, die E-Rezept-Anfrage zu bearbeiten, obwohl ich im System registriert bin und dort angezeigt wird, dass meine Arztkonsultationen stattgefunden haben.
Unkomplizierter Arzttermin
Man bekommt unkompliziert und ziemlich schnell einen Arzttermin, ohne das Haus verlassen zu müssen. Das ist natürlich fantastisch. Die App hat allerdings ihre technischen Haken, ich konnte einmal Kamera und Ton nicht anschalten. Und der Chatbot ist auch überhaupt nicht hilfreich - deswegen keine fünf Sterne

Nach Notaufnahme und Befund benötige ich ein Rezept für Medikamente. Ich kann den Befund nicht eingeben sondern muss die Symptome eingeben. Dann sagt mir Televlinic ich soll in die Notaufnahme …. Ich Dreh mich im Kreis

Ich komm angeblich nicht mehr in mein Account rein. Hab Passwort zurückgesetzt dann funktioniert dann soll ich meine Telefonnummer eingeben zu via Mumifizierung wird mir gesagt, diese Telefonnummer wird bereits benutzt. Ja ist ja klar, wenn ich schon angemeldet bin.
Gute Behandlungen jedoch App nicht ausreichend von der Zeit
Leider mehrfach versucht und meistens keine Verbindung erhalten oder nach kurzer Zeit wieder ausgeloggt worden, möglicherweise liegt es auch an meinem Gerät. Es sollte eine Möglichkeit zum Schreiben gegeben sein beim Onliner Termin

I had an excellent experience with the doctor, but I wish the app had an English-language option.
Problem mit Zeitzonen-Erkennung
Erstes Mal ausprobiert, sehr guter Ansatz, Fragebogen usw., aber am Ende die Enttäuschung, dass die App - benutzt in unserem Urlaub in Malaysia - dann eine Termin-E-Mail mit einem falsch berechneten Zeitfenster für den Termin verschickt. In der App selbst wird das Zeitfenster richtig angezeigt, wenn man selbstständig die Zeitverschiebung berechnet und die deutsche Zeit einträgt. Müsste hier noch nachgearbeitet werden, da Termin-Slot sonst nicht verlässlich buchbar. Danke!

Borderline malpractice
Booked an appointment for English, the doctor that takes it ends up repeatedly shouting “I am not a native English speaker”. Okay, so I speak slowly and use what German I know. The session lasts 3 minutes—documented by the app. The “doctor” repeatedly yelling over me as I try to state the reason for my visit, “I am not a native English speaker. Go to your Hausarzt!” Then he writes up a false diagnosis and charges the insurance. His diagnosis is one that is impossible to have concluded because we didn’t talk about anything related to medicine or health—he didn’t even listen to reason for my visit. Nonetheless, the app seemingly forces them to write something up. Would have been nice to finally have access to an English speaking doctor. Now I just have a false diagnosis reported to my insurance. Oh, and the brilliant advice to “go see my Hausarzt!”

Ging schnell, man hat mich gut informiert, tipps für eine bessere und beschleunigte Genesung. Nette Ärzte, sehr professionell. App selbst ist übersichtlich, keine komplizierte UI oder versteckte Sachen.
Verification is not working
Waste of time, the verification with you local health insurance is just not working.
Very good, but no english version
App is super useful and well make in terms or features. I just do not understand why in 2026 is so hard to create an app with an English version

Too good to be true
Wasted a whole day waiting to be seen, really a crappy experience. Do yourself a favor and just go see a doctor.
Usability could be better + English Language not Available
The process to go through an online call is a bit too long, with no indication of how many questions you still need to answer; Only in the end it asks if you need assistance in English, which is a pity, as not everyone can benefit from the app and services properly.
Could find the e-receipt
I had a consultation to get an e-receipt for a medicine. However, I couldn’t find it after the consumption was over. What a shame. I have wrote back to support. Hopefully, the e-receipt is sent to me.

It’s the future that should have already been
I like the option of consulting medical professionals without having to leave the house. I think many cases can be taken care of in such manner. I recommend this app to everybody.
Sick note note opening
Cant find the sick note after my appointment which is why i choose the app. The chat didnt help. I had to email them the problem and they told to wait for 48 hrs for the reply. Ps: the video appointment was very smooth
