Destroyed literal years of playing.
The new update erased my game file and I’m back to zero/beginning after having played the game literally for years…. Imagine how I feel about that. Then know I feel more angry than that.
Campaign levels
you need to bring back the Campaign levels, the Expeditions are boring and contribute to players spending less or no money on this game
Once was good
Unless you want to spend big bucks it’s no use to start this game. People have achieved so high a status that your advancement will be slow and little. The PVP segment is so mismatched your pea shooter is up against a bazooka.
Continual update flaws
This used to be e a great game, but the constant failed updates are ridiculous. Now, apparently they took away the ability to chat with other players as well as people in your own clan! Why even bother to play a “team” game if you can’t talk to each other? Kind of pointless…

Customer service and their memory is a joke. They have events that fail to work correctly and reset the event mid event. Problem is, if you spent money on the event they wipe it all out in the reset. Then they claim no record but sadly you’re robbed. Apple why do you even allow this and even let Apple pay to be associated?

It’s a really good game but I just think it’s a little stupid how you have to upgrade a weapon to do a mission only for the mission to be really easy and short but besides that good game
Fun game, destroyed by ads and p2w mechanics
The core game is fun, you get slammed with ads probably every 2 minutes. Your power level will never be high enough and you won’t have enough med kits because you’ll need to spend money. Cannot enjoy the game with how much they push pop up windows on you. Also 9.99 a month is ridiculous for ad removal. That should be a one time thing.
Free roam
Been 8+ years of promising free roam. Still no free roam. I won’t play again until then. Game has a million pop ups to sell stuff to you. Also forces you to scroll through game play rules for each season every time. Even if you’ve played same game before. The pop ups have to go.

PvP awful programming/development
WARNING: the in-game advertising has scam ads. I’ve encountered two in the past two days. One tells you that they have locked your Facebook account. The other says that viruses are detected on your device. BE CAREFUL! This game has got to be some kind of bad joke. Its akin to not being able to escape the town in John Carpenter’s film “In the Mouth of Madness.” You can’t escape the nightmare of the devs lame pvp matchup schema. Don’t let the nice graphics and promotional videos fool you. Cool graphics is where it ends. The devs are the worst I have ever seen. Every negative review should be taken very seriously. They say they value input from players. I see no sign of respecting players. As many have noted, they blame everything on the players. They DO NOT fix anything. Again, as so many others have commented here. It’s a shame you can’t respond to other reviewers’ comments. So many are complaining about the same thing. And, they are making brilliant points that I’d like to acknowledge and support. After explicitly stating in my last review that I already went through the in-game customer support portal, the responder to my review suggested I contact the in-game customer support portal. You can’t make this stuff up. Here’s the deal with LTS PvP in a nutshell: they go by the players’ “PvP Rating.” That’s it. That is the only calibrating they use for pairing players. One factor matchups. So you can get a player with a very low PvP Rating, insanely high shp/hp, off-the-charts weapons, and crazy gear, battling a player with the same “PvP Rating” who has much lower shp/hp, doesn’t have any of the powerful weapons, gear, etc. Why? Because the developers are unable to program simple algorithms to adjust for all of the required nuances they themselves added to the game. They call the PvP Rating system their “PvP mechanics.” Mechanics? The tech staff, along with their customer support mouthpieces, are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to addressing any real issues. They don’t have customer service, just a lot of weak lip service. Warning: watching ads in this game will launch your browser and open private, password protected websites. They responded that they would contact some secret syndicate to address it. Game crashes are also the player’s fault. Even though you’ll read reviews about their servers being unable to handle the player overload created by special events. Suppose all of those complainants are blowing smoke. I warned customer support about the toxic environment they created — the mocking and bullying of players in their global in-game chat. All because of their failed “PvP mechanics.” I went round and round with several support personnel. They stated that the developers understood the problem and knew how to fix it. I believe it’s more accurate to say, they might understand there’s a problem, but, based on what I’ve seen, they are not able or willing to fix it. Just google “last to survive pvp problems” and you will see all of the issues listed in the search results. They mirror what I personally continue to experience playing the PvP matches. When I’ve encountered this in the past from an IT business and/or department, its been due to the lack of skilled technical staff, or the lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Neither is a good-look for any company. My request for a Human Resources contact was refused by support staff. I was told (paraphrasing) the only way to bring an issue forward is through the game’s customer support portal. It is my opinion that this game should not be on the Apple App Store platform. I will keep shoppers updated here. I know they are advertising a new zombie-shooter game. I have not played it, but I’ve also read very critical reviews for it. The game is also on this platform.

So the ad shows someone at a house shooting bad guys but yet it’s a zombie shooting game, like why not show how it truly is instead of a whole different game

This game could be fun, but you get to play for 20 seconds, then have to fight you away through repetitive ads. After every round of pay you have to wait for an ad to play long enough for you to dismiss it 3 or 4 times. The game is also set up, to if you want to be competitive, you have pay. They don't reward you enough for completing states. Finally had to delete the game.

I purchased a season pass and never received it, I purchased some for $2.99 and was charged 3 times the amount. They like to take you money. Then instead of refunding it, They just try to give you something else for free. Easy scam.
Great game - even F2P, repetitive after campaign 16 - getting worse
I have been playing this game for a number of years, and it’s excellent. It’s not pay to play, but you do need to be patient if you don’t want to spend real money, but devs have been getting slowly more greedy while adding very little. Graphics and sound are good, the interface is simple and there is a reasonable amount of depth for people who want to become obsessed. Some of the adverts (the ones that need 4 button presses to dismiss) are still overly-intrusive. Gameplay is responsive and varied. The July 25 update is worse in almost every way. The only improvement is to remove the different versions of the same characters with slightly different outfits. Otherwise it’s a downgrade. Developers keep tweaking things just to be seen to be doing something. Why no bonuses for clean rounds completing with only headshots or zero misses? It still has a limited lifespan though after campaign 16 the story ends and after Base level 105 there’s no progression. PVP is now broken. The store has moved and is in a stupid place and the rewards are much worse than they were. My time with this game is coming to an end. The regular events are all desperate variations on the same theme. Overall an excellent game, but gets tedious and recent updates haven’t improved gameplay at all.
Monetisation is god
Played this game for about 3 years. Every update has been about monetising the playing experience. The first major upgrade removed about 6 months of progress, extra levels added to elongate hero upgrade timescales, or purchase upgrades. Reported bugs are met with “buy a game pass”. Latest upgrades remove gold currency from base raids for a minuscule fuel supply. I’m done. Find a different game people, you’ll thank me later.

The game is nothing like it is advertised. I had it for about 6 months and I never saw any of this stuff they show in the video advertisements I deleted it maybe it got an update or something but I doubt it’s it’s as great as the ads look.

I downloaded this game again because it looked like they had updated it since the last time I played it.nope I had gone through 3 levels and the game started my char at 1 wouldn’t let me play unless I leveled it up and the only way was with money.deleted again

It’s engaging and interesting but I can’t seem to get the sound to work? I love the graphics and the fighting- but without sound it isn’t engaging enough
Spent a fortune
I’ve spent a lot of money and time on this app and that’s exactly what you need to get anywhere with this game. They make it almost impossible to move forward without pumping money into or waiting hours, days for builds to finish etc. it’s a good game but the greed has gotten in the way. Disappointed with the developers.

Repetitive Game
The game itself is quiet good. Not a pay to play, although it takes a long time to get weapons and buildings to advance if you don’t pay the premiums. After a while it does become repetitive. Same layouts, same tasks and special events are no different apart zombies become aliens!! Lazy! Biggest issues for me are game play and the lack of customer support. Several times daily rewards haven’t been received and the game developers just send generic emails back saying yes they have. The sever is also constantly going down or being updated but no difference, layouts etc when the come back on line. Ok for a free down load but when it goes wrong don’t expect any help you’ll just have to start again!!

This used to be a really good game. The Player versus player was very addictive and the main reason for most people playing. But one day they introduced something called a drone, you have to destroy this before you can inflict damage on someone. Now, some people pay for more powerful drones and most people are still trying to destroy them while they have died twice, this is wrong, I’m tempted to delete the game I have been playing since covid.

Russian hackers control this game
This game had so many positives, grear graphics, weapons,etc… it unfortunate that after the initial stages it requires huge amount of money to survive, the zombies and characters constantly get better requiring the purchase of bigger guns, pure skill and improvement Will not help. After a few days you realize that it’s not a survival game against the zombies, it’s a survival game of saving your money from the company. Additionally, after a few weeks you will want to join a clan, however you will notice that ALL of the registered players are all Russian and all are so incredibly overpowered that you will die in the first few seconds of battle. After research I discovered that almost all these registered players are using hacks that make the game unplayable for regular players. Until this company cleans up their act I would stay away, far away, from this company. My apologies to the devs that worked hard to design this game, it’s obvious the greed of management that ruined it.
“Bullet madness v” side mission
I love this game however I’m now stuck because the side mission mentioned in the subject has a problem by way of no enemies to kill after a certain point and the timer runs out until you inevitably fail the side mission. Please fix. Thanks.
Loading issues
Got so far in the game every time I log on I have new equipment to train with but when I click the ok train it stays in loading screen and doesn’t load up at all

Takes too long to upgrade when you reach level 48 plus ridiculous! You don’t reward loyal customers. Why do you do put these restrictions on high levels. I’ve certainly reduced my tone on the game no really losing interest
