Updates problem
Dear friends! There is an issue with updates to a new versions! When you lunch an app it wants you to update to the latest version and then when you go to App Store to do that you can not! On the page it says about the improvements of the new ver. But it allows you only to open an app. There is no “update” button but only “open”. It doesn’t do updates. It’s not the first time I have this problem. I hope you will take a look at it! Thanks

I downloaded the app as “MyRCL Royal Caribbean Group” and it shows on my phone as MyRCLCrewJourney and looks like it’s for job applications.
Still doesn’t work
Haven’t been able to log in through the app for months. Error message says “Unable to Bind/Authenticate to the Active Directory Server (OpenDS). Thought it would be fixed with the latest update but still the same error. No issues logging in with a browser on laptop.

The app is updated. Came down for vacation but the app is not responding. Invalid password. After changing the password several time can’t get tru,showing connection timed out. Need help regarding this
