What people like
- Metro lines are easy to find
- Shows all bus route details
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- No trip planning features
- App crashes and breaks often
- Hidden charges steal your money
Scam app
Scam. This app randomly takes money from me with no option to cancel, even though the “free trial” comes with a promise to “cancel any time”. Having never subscribed, this app steals your money without your consent and continues to offer a free trial while inundating you with ads. This app is a complete scam and should be removed from the App Store.

A lot of outdated information
This app looks like it hasn’t been updated in quite a long time. There are routes that are either discontinued, transitioned to other agencies, and/or changed as of recently.
It’s just a map database
I was expecting to have some real time information on bus routes, as it advertises, but really it’s just maps of bus routes. Useful, but ultimately not as helpful as I hoped. I like the numerically organized list of metro lines.
Bad
App is full Of ads. Unusable.
** Need To Update***
A note for the developers: I would love for this Metro app to enable users to purchase passes through the app, much like the Metrolink app. This would eliminate the stress(and safety)of buying/reloading passes through the Metro kiosks. :)
No Trip Planning feature
It’s nice this app gives you all the details of the bus routes. However I don’t think I’ll be using this app much since there’s no trip planning features.
So many ads it’s unusable
With the amount of tax dollars this state generates there’s no reason to be spamming more ads than a damn free to play game. There was construction and I wanted to look up alternative routes since I usually use Google Maps and this app made me crash out so hard. Ad after ad and ads for premium. Like excuse me sir I’m taking the bus at 1:35 am cause I’m Broke as hell. You think I can afford premium to look at fooken bus routes? Killin me smalls
Full of ads and unusable
Too many ads

It doesn’t work
This app is a waste of time it does not work! It doesn’t show you the bus times.
Ads
So many ads!
Ads Much?
I need this app for all of one day, so no need to pay for features right? Wrong! Tap anything and you get an ad before you can move on to what you’re trying to do. I’ll stick with the Metro website to find where I’m going…
Ad Littered
Be prepared to miss your stop because these donkeys cant properly implement ads
App is not working in iPhone
