Unable to submit claim
Unable to submit a medical claim due to an error with the “Slide to Submit” button. I am using an iPhone 16 Pro Max and have tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue still persists. As a result, I am unable to submit my claim. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The ADNIC app is well designed and easy to use and navigable.
Not able to resubmit a claim with correct documents
One of my claims got rejected due to insufficient documentation, I tried to resubmit by uploading the required documents in the correct format and within the applicable size, but it didn’t go through. Finally had to create a new claim! So frustrating!

At any point of time you can realize that whatever mentioned in coverage policies inside the app is useless. You have to ask your HR about pdf file with policies. Good luck in this roulette dear users))

There are specific invoices and surgical records. Such a simple thing is complicated! Deliberately trouble customers, and each picture must be uploaded one by one! Moreover, after being rejected, all the previous information does not exist, and you have to keep doing it again, wasting people's time in vain. The worst insurance company

This app crashes a lot and needs further improvement and need an easier and smoother interface for the customers.

Same problem as other reviewers. Soon as you verify to log in it closes the app. They are paying amateur developers to build this app.
Very confusing when you want to submit a medical claim
There's no button that just says "Submit medical claim"!!! You have to go through all kinds of icons with words that make sense to bureaucrats in their company, but don't mean a thing to customers!

Ridiculous that this is the standard allowed for an insurance company that encourages its use. Crashes, doesn’t provide simple processes, convoluted. Look to your competitors to see how to organize an app.

New version doesn’t load on my phone
Not sure what they’ve done but the app just magically stopped working on my phone and It’s asks me to update new version and when I try and do that, it tells me I am still on the old version 🤷🏿♂️.
