Works fine
No complaints. Honestly just thrilled the app still works. So many IoT apps just stop working. But this one is still going strong.
Shocking app
App demands so much information so you can monitor your energy usage etc. I just want to be able to program the thermostats remotely as the menu on them is terrible. How this is supposed to be the best in the field I have no idea
Tricky but works
Perhaps I’m too old but did struggle to connect phone to thermostat but eventually did. User Manual should be written for a five year old. Looking forward to winter so I can use my underfloor heating.
Overly complicated, app won’t connect to my WiFi.
Our contractor put this in and I can’t get it to work. The app won’t connect to my WiFi. I’d give anything to have a simple on/off switch and a dial for heat. I gave it two stars because it makes a nice nightlight for our new bathroom.

Punt van aandacht: als ik programma of temperatuur aanpas en keer terug op scherm met kamers , dan zijn de wijzigingen niet zichtbaar. Pas als ik app sluit en weer start wél.

This product was easy to install and 2 years in is functioning perfectly!! Love it!!!
Horrible user experience
The app barely works and even when it does it’s just plainly horrible to use. When adding new thermostats, you cannot paste the WiFi password 😂 clearly nobody cared or tested the app
Good app, but could be better
Nice app but pretty basic. Would like more options for different programs etc. other similar apps seem to have a lot more options . Maybe this is linked to the type of thermostat connected to the app. I have a Warmup Element model.
Overly Clever, Gets The Basics Wrong
I just want to turn the floor heat on/off on a set schedule and see clearly if the heat is on or off. Would bee wonderful if I could temporarily toggle that at the thermostat. However, the only option is to set target temperatures at set dates and times. This doesn’t work well. It’s hot at 5:45 and then cold by 6:15 when I want to use it, despite my “leave time” being hours later. I am looking to replace this expensive and dissatisfying equipment

C’est une quête du Graal que de chercher comment baisser d’un degré la température. Un coup on nous dit que c’est la température extérieure, un autre qu’il s’agit de la température souhaitée, puis c’est la température programmée, et finalement, twist : c’est la température mesurée par le thermomètre. Sérieusement, nous attendons mieux de ce genre d’application. Je suis disponible pour vous aider si besoin. ….

L’appli bug pas mal et nécessiterai des mises à jours mais la programmation fonctionne bien y compris à distance. Besoin de l’appli web pour rajouter plusieurs utilisateurs de la géolocalisation
Seems more complicated than it needs to be?!
I wish these people that design these things simplified them. Setting the timer for example. Surely you and set it to have a common time then temperature a switch off time and temperature and make it literally as straight forward as that? There is a timer of sorts but I don’t know if I’ve set it right or not as it’s not that clear?
Fresh UI/ Functionality needs work
Bugs - when adding a room on iOS 15.xx and IP13 max Pro the drop down for flooring type is missing and takes random pokes to make it show up UX - thermostat shows the room temperature, however the app does not - could you add this - while the thermostat is set to C the app (and site) are in F and there seems to be no way to change it. Update - this could be changed via the Location on the site, however it is not obvious at all - there no way to show all system settings for a room in the app (this can be done on the site). For example this would be useful to verify that the floor type and temperature max/min are set directly. - the system setting capability is very limited - most of the system settings have to be done on the thermostat or the site - Custom image: really cool capability. It is best to be used with the “minimalist” setting as this frees space in the middle. However in this mode you lose the air temperature - please add as there is space on the bottom left. Also since images could be in light color the white text does work forcing to use images that are dark Smarthome - there is no home kit integration - this is very unfortunate. These days most even least known companies provide this functionality - expect more here! Overall the UX looks fresh and nice but limited. So for the team. - keep working , get it better :)
Easy to use 100% reliable
Works really well the at home / away temperatures are very easy to understand. Always works which is most important with heating. Would be better with improved estimated consumption features. Very happy overall
Can’t use it
This app does not do what it should do, enable a simple on off programme to be applied. It’s useless.
Fixed!
Reported an error in the morning, recieved a fix the same day in the afternoon. Updated the app, worked like a charm, problem solved. Thanks! 👌🏼
Electric smart stat
Pretty poor really you have three options for temps and no way can you have different comfort temps at different times. Or use the app to set holiday mode. At least you dont have to prgramme it after a power cut
Thermostat 6iE
I can’t set up my 6iE thermostat. The app is looking for InFo which is a line of 2 digit numbers but 6iE doesn’t have Info option under Advanced settings. We were told that the app will be upgraded early August and it’s still not the case. Can someone post an update on this please??!
Warmup 4IE Thermostat
Fitted one of these in 2015 and have been very happy with it. Prior to purchase and installation of bathroom underfloor heating I made several calls to Warmup tech support and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The stat is fitted to my central heating and it does what says on the box perfectly, especially remotely with the app and I have just linked it to my Echo and it responds to voice control as well. My partner is so impressed that I am now fitting one to her house. I did a lot of research on remote stats and this was the most competitive at the time and has since come down in price. Good product, great value for money and an easy and helpful company to deal with.
Awful
Loads of functions missing like adding another user. Can’t change thermometer from air to floor on app. Should be able to save a winter settings from others. No point even using the app too many bugs.
MyHeating app
Would be nice for the app to show when the thermostat is actually commanding the heat on & off, not simply when heat mode is selected. Also, Landscape display mode would be useful.
Works but very poor app experience
It works in that it connects but the app experience is not good. It’s badly laid out, no indicator that shows if the heating is actually on (orange backlight ?), no ability to change some of the settings that you type in on initiation (eg electricity tariff details). Very clunky programming. Lots of bugs.
Much improved.
I’m not sure if it’s the overall improved usability or the fact that I’ve mastered the app, but I now genuinely like it compared to the previous iteration.

Won’t add the thermostats for the underfloor heating rendering the whole system useless. Great work.
It is useful!
I do not understand the bad reviews, the app is really not that bad! It allows me to change programs and manual overrides and I can see energy consumption. It might not have all the whistles and sugar candy that other apps have, but setup was straightforward and so far I’m happy with it.
Typical
Typical performance from a product in the uk. Lots of possibilities but lack of development and investment. The most straightforward of settings are unavailable and difficult to choose, even as simple as turn on turn off. Mediocre at best but I’m sure someone somewhere made loads of money therefore no need to reinvest. Advise to future purchasers . Plumb it in use gas the prices are now the same and the effectiveness is better

Very poor App
Poor very poor. In the App I set an override for 1 hour. The app states this is done correctly, later in the day I find the App has decided to fix the temp to 28c. And now I randomly fond one of the other bathrooms has set itself to 20c instead of frost protection, which is the standard setting for the thermostats as I cannot trust warmup not to quietly change temps and cost me a fortune. It is obvious there is no investment in this app or the thermostats. A real shame. The layout is not intuitive at all. Spend some money and have the app overhauled and while doing so make sure it interacts with the thermostats correctly. More positive reviews means more sales!
Heat
Can there be a way to turn off/offf the heater from the app? I either have to go the online website portal or directly go to the physical thermostat to turn it on or off. Also if the thermostat is actually on can there be a indicator or a color? There is no clear way to see whether the thermostat is actually on from the app. The physical thermostat have a arrow that shows it is on. Something similar will be nice.
Update required
Every time I would switch off my Wi-Fi router I would have to set up whole home again. Those controllers not coming back online automatically. Very disappointed and those floors wasn’t coming cheap
Great App
App works really well, extremely easy to add Hardware, sort rooms and set schedules. Love the ability to customize the 4iE interface from the app. Overall feel of the app is great, very straight forward. Few suggestions: 1. Please add the ability to share a Master Account with other users. Not great having to login to the app on another persons phone with my username/password. 2. HomeKit support? Seems possible with a firmware update now that iOS 11.3 no longer requires hardware chip for support. This might only be possible with the 4iE and soon to be released 5iE. 3. Apple Watch app would be great! 4. iOS widget would be a welcome addition. 5. iPad Support! Please! Please keep up the great work!
Rubbish!
I have 2 areas of under floor heating, my bathroom and my kitchen/diner, installed in 2016. The kitchen diner is on a fixed temperature of 15 degrees so it never comes on - this works fine, basically because I don’t use it. In the bathroom, I like different temperatures on different days and this is impossible to set, so now I just boost it manually before I use the bathroom. The method of programming is absurd, as being retired, I sometimes don’t leave home at all. Why can’t it just be like the hive where I can select the time and temperature as often as I like?

Pretty useless app
It's clear warmup is a small startup. Everything is half baked. Both the appliance and the app. The app doesn't do much at all, and the UI is clunky. It doesn't even track energy usage. It graphs the room temperature and calls it energy. Huh? I am having enough issues with the appliance as it is. I don't need to add to that headache by messing with this dumb app. Uninstalling.

This app was not tested before release
Finishing the setup flow was a miracle. Selecting room type deselected the fuel type and the other way around. Had to pick randomly a room type until both were finally picked up. QR code scanning only worked on iPhone, not on android.
Works fine on its own, but dated by lack of interface to home automation
The app works fine. It’s a little confusing in its method of setting schedules but workable. However, it’s the only app in our home that is not able to interface to the home automation system. Would love to see it open its interface up to developers to allow for this.
Difficult to use and edit
The idea of ‘set it and forget it’ is nice for lazy folks who don’t adjust settings based on seasonality For those more interested in tracking energy usage, time of use, etc... this APP falls way short. Specific... setting up a utility kWh rate should be easy. Nope not here. If you do find your way in and pick the correct currency ... you’re lucky. Should you want to go back and edit it (them) forget it. Nearly impossible I’m just saying the APP needs some long over due improvements
