The app has the general features but some features are missing. 1. on Apple TV, unable to save password for Ooredoo TV app. 2. movies on demand feature not available. 3. unable to watch/play on TV from ooredoo tv app for iphone. can only watch trailers.

Complete and easy to use
One of the rare applications that you get in like if you’re using it since long time. Very complete and swift, a must have application to watch tv and videos! Good improvement !
I can’t login
Okay so this app sounds like a good app but NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY it just does not want to log me in I use OTP after OTP again and again and AGAIN Please just fix this major problem like seriously no matter how many times and if I click “I need help” it sends me to their website with no instructions of helping me. I see why this app has so many low ratings it just doesn’t work Very shocking from a very good company Please fix your app
Not loading
Please look into this issue. Since last few days whenever I open the application, it does not load, its keep showing 3 drops going from left to right.

It was always nice to have a remote control in this app. The remote control supplied by the divine was very cute and sleek, but it always slips between the sofa seats and difficult to find when required. At that time the remote on this app was perfect. But now it’s missing can you fix it pls

Full of bugs. Only partially works.
It's a shame. It's a nice idea. However, many of the buttons don't do what they are supposed to, at least on my iPad Pro. E.g. once I'm watching Live TV, pressing the Back button does nothing. Neither does the Leave Fullscreen button at the bottom. Some channels don't seem to work but there's no information as to why.

Volume buttons disappeared in new update
The Volume buttons disappeared in new update .. you can only change channels but not increasing/decreasing volume .. before it was there in the old version

TV channels not working and there is no channels of bein sport which I paid for 😞

I used to watch my favorite series on my iPad, but since 4 days ago the video is playing but without any sound. I tried on my phone and different video and the same problem I will give it 4 star after the issue is resolved

Can’t even login
1- Tried all options to login including phone number and account name. Neither worked 2- The Ooredoo tv itself is not operating properly, sometimes channels are not even broadcasted. 3- I reset it for 3-5 times before it start working again. 4- Ending the subscription soon and getting another service provider.

Version 3 update operation interruption
Thanks for your great efforts in the mobile TV app but, since I updated it one day ago I am experiencing service interruptions and after few minutes the screen freezes and stops operating plus app crashed many times although I do have an excellent internet signals. Best regards

Useless App
Can only change channels. You cannot even change the volume. Ooredoo should be ashamed of such poor quality apps from a technology provider company.
Can't login
Tried logging in with my mobile and my username and password and doesn't work. Pls note that I can login to the Ooredoo website just fine.
