Useless app
Change the name to STickets. I have never seen such a slow app and I have been trying to book a movie ticket for last 3 hours without success.

2025年世界乒乓球锦标赛的购票体验相当差，在开始售票后的前两天里，网页和app经常打不开，即便能打开了，也很难进入选座页面，经常锁票。有可选择的座位时，要么显示有票但座位是黑点无法选择；要么有票有座位白点时，立刻显示该座位无法选择; 要么就是在支付页面卡住。
Booking issues
I have faced booking issues three times in last 3 months. Amount deducted in bank but ticket not raised. Improve the payment gateway.

Good experience with the Q-tickets app. Easy to use and works well.
Too many bugs
This app is not at all good for booking.. it will make you irritated… crashing always and not able to take a screenshot of the booking… once u book the ticket, it will not show in your history…no email… no sms… if you miss to take a pic of that booking with another phone , your money gone… pathetic app…

Worst app ever. Not able to book the movie. Clicking the pay button but no action. Even the customer care didn’t helped and useless
Convenience at its peak!
I don’t know about the negative comments about this App, but I think people need to understand that convenience is what the world is moving into. If an App can make our entertainment easier at our finger tips without having the need to be a boring in line, than I would say a job well done.

I book a ticket for 17 th aug 2025 program and paid 110 dhs for 2 people. I received ticket on 2 nd sept. No communication and call attending no information at all. So poor

About e voucher and review
You have given a box for e voucher what it does actually means I think there is no need of such box during the booking of the tickets and if any use for the customer then reveal how could it be claimed and where did the customers get voucher code. For the reviews also you have give an option what is the use of it from the beginning I have been using these QTickets I couldn’t find any reviews from any of the viewers and unless I shared also could not able to find for my friends then what is the use of these things could you let us know Yours sincerely Thank you

This app is so great for movie goers it let's you know everything about the movie, concert and sport match that you are about to see I recommend to anyone who loves watching movies as much as I do
