Waist of money
Swiftr fanns där förut, normala, enkla förhållanden, god tillgång till racketsporter. Bruce köpte dem, och nu finns det absolut ingenting i racketsportvärlden i Malmö med omnejd. Men det har blivit dyrare. Det är rent skräp.
Godt og fed variation men flere og flere limits :/ træls med sauna kun 4 gang om måneden

Good but should improve
I like the concept and some classes are good, however I believe they should expand classes and dates/times available, for example I was not able so far to find a good biking class at the time that fits me.
Amazing value for money
Ive used Bruce for 1.5 years now and I love it. I have way more access than I can ever use to more gyms, studios and saunas than I even knew existed. They have fair policies, good customer service and it feels like the company is really listening to their customers and evolving with feedback to make the experience better all the time. I recommend it to all of my friends.
Support and membership
I’ve been trying to reach customer support many times for a few days but they keen ducking me even tough you can see they are active they also took money and when you try to get refund they won’t accept even tough it says it should in their app which is misleading.

Buggy app
Sad they can’t find proper devs that tests their product before they ship. No regard for users. New bugs in every release that takes months to get fixed. How they manage to create such a basic app and have it consume more battery than apps like instagram is beyond me. Sluggish, slow and having to consistently force close the app to get certain states to update. You need to test and add regression tests before you ship!
This app made my life active!
As a newly arrived migrant to Stockholm, I was lacking third spaces where I can train, meet people and try different things as I was doing Morocco. Then my friend suggested me Bruce, and it was the best thing that I discovered here in Sweden! Now, I train every day and I have wellness sessions as well! Such a luxury for a perfect price!
Scammers
Go ahead if you want to be tricked into subscriptions you don’t want. Tried the Trial subscription for two weeks and wasn’t impressed, after it ended it automatically renewed for around 1000 SEK/month and ”IMPOSSIBLE” to do anything about it according to customers service. Had myself to blame. Disturbing attitude towards new customers.

I utgangspunktet et bra produkt, men tilbudet har blitt gradvis dårligere gjennom tiden jeg har vært medlem samtidig som prisen fortsetter gå opp. Da jeg tegnet medlemskapet hadde jeg tilgang til badstu og 8 timer i uken på mine favoritt studioer. Nå er de fleste nede på 2 timer i uka, til samme pris som før og jeg opplever et betydelig dårligere produkt enn da jeg ble medlem.

Otydliga uppsägningsvillkor och oväntade debiteringar
Akta er för att signa upp för den här tjänsten som trots bra koncept verkar mer intresserade av att tjäna snabba pengar på att ha otydliga medlemsvillkor än att bygga långvariga kundrelationer. Känner mig lurad och bemötandet från kundtjänst har varit totalt oförstående och ohjälpsamt. Kan tyärr inte rekommendera en app som scammar en på det här sättet.
Smart och prisvärd app
Omväxling förnöjer! Bruce har avtal med typ alla anläggningar så det blir aldrig trist att träna! Synd att avtalet med Friskis & Svettis upphör vid årsskiftet, annars hade jag varit bruceare 4 ever.
Disappointing and expensive
Bruce used to be a great app to work out at a fair price. Unfortunately, over the past year, prices have gone up considerably. Many of the options I used to have on my Black membership tier have been taken away or moved to the “epic membership” where I have to pay significantly more. After being a member for a year, I was told that my student discount would be removed unless I subscribed to a yearly rather than a monthly membership. Overall, the app features some cool and diverse workout opportunities but the overall business model has felt like such a scam and not worth it in the end

Canceling because I’m getting surgery but even on a monthly contract they keep charging you after you’ve canceled because of a “notice period”. I understand paying the full month of the cancellation but charging again after cancelling completely defeats the purpose of a monthly subscription.

Jeg synes appen er for tung å drive for mange mobiltyper, hvilket gjør den ekstremt treig å bruke. Den treigeste appen jeg har, med god margin. Flere sekunder fra jeg trykker på noe til noe skjer.

Dette har tapt seg. Mye ventelister på populære timer som gir lite forutsigbarhet samtidig som det bare har blitt dyrere. Skuffa.

It’s a good, high-quality app. I can easily find any class or studio, and I can really recommend it to my friends. But there’s one thing that makes me mad: their strict cancellation policy. You get blocked immediately after one no-show, but you can’t cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the start. Force majeure? Never heard of it. At the same time, studios regularly cancel classes less than 15 minutes before starting or don’t show up at all.

Less value for more money
I've been a loyal Bruce user for a while now, but the recent changes have made it really hard to justify staying. The price has gone up while the value has gone in the exact opposite direction — fewer partner studios, shorter visit windows, and gyms I actually used regularly have left the platform. On top of that, the strike system for late cancellations has become completely disproportionate. Strikes now last significantly longer than they used to, meaning one mistimed cancellation can lock you out of bookings for an unreasonable amount of time. Life happens — and penalising paying customers this aggressively while simultaneously reducing what they're paying for is tone deaf. This is the classic move of charging more while quietly delivering less, and it feels like existing users are being taken for granted. A price increase might be understandable if the offering improved or even stayed the same — but paying more for a shrinking network and harsher penalties is just not acceptable. I genuinely liked Bruce and wanted it to work, but right now it doesn't make financial sense. If this trajectory continues, I'll have no reason to stay. Sort it out.
Bra konsept treig app
Liker Bruce, men hater appen. Den har blitt utrolig treig, noe som er veldig irriterende. Bruker lang tid på å laste hver eneste side, noe som gjør at browsing frem og tilbake for å planlegge treningsuka blir irriterende.
Wellness eller inte?
Jag har black. Som jag redan tycker är lite för dyrt, med eftersom jag gillar att kombinera mellan styrketräning, pilates, lugn men också mer hard core yoga så passar black mig mer. Men även jag har levlatt mig upp till black så kostar typ alla wellness aktiviteter extra pengar. Det börjar kännas för dyrt.
Bra upplägg men kan förändras efter köp
Köpte medlemskap för ett år men efter köp förändrades villkoren för de gym/pass jag framförallt tänkt utnyttja.

They change the membership features about once every year
They do not have a solid business plan and have to change limits and features often. Also many gyms I used to go to ended their partnership, citing that they are difficult and too greedy.
Great variety of amazing workouts and gyms!!
Only negative is that there are mainly waitlist opportunities for a lot of the places, so you need to sit ready to get your spot

The app doesn’t work properly
I used to love Bruce, but in the last month I’ve had so many issues with the app that I’ve missed opportunities to book classes because of constant bugs. I previously had the Epic membership and downgraded to Black because I couldn’t make the most of it due to these problems. On top of that, I suddenly need to pay extra for spas or certain classes that used to be included in the membership. More rules. I’m confused with so many changes and it feels unfair. I’ll keep trying for now, but if this continues, I might cancel my membership.
Cheapest way to move in Sthlm
I really enjoy using Bruce Studios. The concept is brilliant having access to so many different studios and classes gives me so much freedom and flexibility. The app itself is easy to use, booking classes is smooth, and I love discovering new places to train. Highly recommended for anyone who wants variety and quality in their training!
Not meeting expectations
It’s better to go with a regular gym membership. Bruce locks members in with unclear terms and makes it unnecessarily difficult to cancel — it’s just not worth the hassle

Konseptet er fantastisk! Kontruktivt: Skulle ønske det var litt lettere å ta kontakt med noen som leder eventene eller noen som har vært der før. Har prøvd mye rart i dag, og hatt det helt nydelig. På slutten av dagen dro jeg på min første dansetime. Det var så gøy men litt vanskelig å finne fram. Kunne stått mer beskrivelser under adressa. Som hvilken dørklokke man ringer på. Og så litt mye spirituelle greier kanskje? det er jo ikke noe man må være med på, selvfølgelig, men er det en litt merkelig plass å promotere det? Bare et spørsmål..

Päst eller kolera
Lite på den dyrare sidan men man hittar otroliga pass dagligen. Dock synd att nästan alla ligger på tidiga morgon och sena kvällar. Man måste boka av ca 12h innan annars bokar man av ”för sent”. 2-4h är mycket mer rimligt. Och att prickarna borde försvinna efter en viss (rimlig, 3månader) tid inte att man måste få 3 för att sen betala typ 200kr för att kunna boka sig igen….

Quality really went down
So many errors with this app, takes forever to load to book a class while at the same the restrictions are ridiculous strict that you have to consider all ifs and buts of your next day before you go to sleep. Which makes me not enjoy the app at all anymore
Generelt veldig fornøyd
Liker godt å trene på Bruce, men hadde ikke satt meg godt nok inn i «reglene» før jeg startet å bruke det. En av grunnene til at jeg ville bruke appen var at to sentre rett ved jobben min var der. I løpet av to uker hadde jeg brukt opp alle besøkene mine hos det ene fordi man har maks antall per senter. Det hadde jeg ikke fått med meg. I tillegg kan man maks være påmeldt på 3 økter av gangen, som betyr at hvis du vil trene 5 dager i uka så må du enten oppgradere eller så får du kun mulighet til å dra på timene som ingen andre vil på, fordi resten fyller seg opp innen du rekker å melde deg på. Vil fortsette å bruke Bruce, men man må være forberedt på å bruke den første måneden på å lage «strategi» for hvordan man kan få med seg de timene man ønsker
App so frustratingly slow
I have asked about this before but it is almost embarrassing waiting so long for the app to open, then to register. The guys at Friskis now just let me in, they don’t want to wait

Typ värdelöst för passbokning på bra studios. Passen blir fullbokade direkt. Du betalar för att se ett utbud du inte kan boka.

Otroligt bra koncept för mig som älskar allsidig träning och vill prova allt till ett rimligt pris. Enkel och smart app. Snabb kundservice. Massa lokaler. Vad finns det att inte älska med Bruce?
Rekommenderar starkt att gå till konkurrenten
Om det fanns 0 stjärnor skulle jag med glädje ge Bruce appen det. Min sambo och jag startade Bruce och strax därefter bestämde Bruce att lägga till ”Bruce Black” som självklart kostar mer och där de flesta av de gym och klasser som intresserade oss från början förflyttades till. När vi bad om att få avsluta appen då detta inte var vad vi hade blivit erbjudna när vi ingick avtalet fick vi ett drygt mail tillbaka där vi inte fick dra oss ur men gärna fick uppgradera till Black. Jag har full förståelse för att man ska betala mer för finare gym, träningslokaler etc. Men om man startar ett abonnemang med ett visst utbud, kan man senare inte begära att kunden ska betala mer för att få tillgång till det förstnämnda utbudet. Vi kände oss verkligen lurade och är glada att snart få avsluta ett år av Bruce betalningar. Passa er- snart kommer kanske ett till steg i Brucepyramiden.

Dyrt men bra. Lite dålig info gällande hur pauser fungerar. Trodde jag skulle få behålla dagarna jag hade kvar innan jag pausade kontot men fick bara betala på nytt igen när pausen tog slut.

Bruce is an amazing way to have access to many classes but the developers need to do something to make the app have better performance! It freezes on every click
