Generel god app - går en mystisk blanding af engelsk og dansk på tværs af appen dog. Eneste ønske er at deres “expected visitors” kunne vise antal ligesom andre PureGym apps. Lige nu viser den blot søljen for gennemsnittet og så om det er flere eller færre, men uden information om hvor mange flere eller hvor mange færre. Ikke super hjælpsomt.
Info is only in Danish
The app interface is available in English, but the workout programs and articles remain in Danish. As an international member, it would be useful to be able to view this content in English, or to access the English content library available in other PureGym countries…

Appen er crashet - håber snart den bliver opdateret så jeg ikke får bøde for det tilmeldte hold i aften, jeg gerne ville afmelde 🫣
Frihed til at designe sit eget træningsprogram
For personer, der allerede besidder den nødvendige viden og har et effektivt træningsprogram, er PureGym’s programmer overflødige. Jeg foretrækker at skræddersy mit program til mine specifikke behov frem for at tilpasse mig et eksisterende program.
Notifikationsfejl
Rigtig god app - er dog fortsat ramt af en fejl på notifikationer - den giver en push besked men viser ikke notifikationen i app’en. Hvornår rettes dette?

Would be great if there was a list of all machines and option to log how many kg were used in each machine. Even better my custom list could be saved under a specific name.
Det er en ommer
Langsom app. Umuligt at tilmelde sig hold. Hvorfor skal I have adgang til min komplette adresseliste, hvis man vil tilføje en ven? Man kunne som alternativ selv indtaste e-mail adressen på sin ven. (iPhone 16 med iOS 26.1)
Træningsprogrammer?
Mangler lyd på Iphone 11 pro max.....
Useful app
I am English and have limited knowledge of Danish. The app is fortunately easy to use. The choice of gyms and classes are great.
Buddy ordningen virker ikke
Vi er en del der træner sammen og gerne vil på hold sammen, nogen gange kan vi se hinanden og hvilket hold vi er tilmeldt på og andre gange ser det ud til vi ikke er tilmeldt på trods af det er flere uger siger, det er så træls og PureGym vil ikke gøre noget ved det, vi har opfattet alt og slettet hinanden og sat os på som buddys igen, og det hjælper ikke
Sync to Strava?
Would be extra nice if the app could sync workouts to Strava.
Fitness kort i app kamera
Kommer i centret og app vil pludselig have en masse godkendelser. Efterfølgende registrere den ikke kamera til scanning af qr kode

The app design works but I get errors and need to restart it often. It is too slow
Great app
The app works perfectly. It's motivating checking how many times you've been to the gym the last couple of weeks. Really like the system of booking into classes. Feels like kind of a commitment and increases the chance of me not going in the end. Would love to have wifi excess in the gym. Overall: great!!

Visitors visual bug
Under Visit Centers - Expected Visitors, there is a bug not showing current visitors estimation properly. Also missing internal bug report form.
Boddy’er
App virker fint, MEN det er godt nok irriterende, at man ikke kan se alle sine “boddy” når man er tilmeldt samme hold. Jeg kan kun se nogle af dem og mine andre “boddy’s” kan så se nogle andre som jeg ikke kan se. Et andet ønske er, at få adgang til centeret ved blot at ligge mobilen på scanneren som man gør med kortet.
Fejl i app
Når man søger efter hold (f.eks. dans) og booker sig på et hold, bliver instruktøren automatisk tilføjet til ens søgning. Så når man kigger videre efter flere hold, vises kun hold med samme instruktør. Det er virkelig irriterende, at man så skal gå ind og slette og gemme hver gang for at se den oprindelige søgning igen. Håber, det snart bliver rettet.

Well made app that gives a great overview of everything FW has to offer and gives you the motivation to return for another workout!
Gym wouldn’t let me in
Bought a 1-day pass, but the gym just wouldn’t let me in. Triple-checked that it was the right gym. Restart or reinstall didn’t help.
Medlemskort på telefonen
Det er en super smart funktion med medlemskortet på telefonen. Jeg står dog og mangler lys for at kunne scanne QR koden. Det kunne være fedt at kunne bruge sin lygte på tlf når man skal scanne.
Fejl på netværk 80% af tiden
80% af tiden kan jeg ikke booke hold fordi app’en meddeler at der ikke er netværk

The app is no longer working, since the last update I can’t login into my account, and if I manage to login, everytime I get that pop survey, everytime I do it or skip it, and then “failed to load data” “error something unexpected happened”

Har lige downloadet app’en. Tvinger mig til at svare på spørgsmål om mig selv. Kan ikke springe over. Har været kunde i 10 år. Seriøst - giv folk en mulighed for at trykke på “spring over”.

Disappointing app experience after transition
Overall, I’m very unhappy with the PureGym app. It feels like a huge downgrade from the Blink app and from most modern fitness apps in general. The platform doesn’t seem to have kept up with technology at all. The app is basically a repetition of the same basic information with very limited functionality. There’s no way to track how often you’ve visited the gym in a week, month, or year, which is a basic feature many fitness apps offer. There also haven’t been any meaningful upgrades or added features that actually make the app helpful, motivating, or enjoyable to use. Customer service is another major issue. There should be a live chat option in the app so members can get support quickly. Right now the only option is sending an email, which can take weeks to resolve issues. There’s no real human contact, which makes the overall customer experience frustrating. The app itself feels outdated and poorly designed. It only shows billing information, subscription tiers, and upcoming payments nothing that actually enhances the gym experience. There are no useful tools, tracking features, or interactive elements. Another disappointment is that you can’t add the PureGym QR code to Apple Wallet like you could with Blink, which made checking in much faster and easier. Overall, the transition after the company takeover feels poorly executed. The customer experience has significantly declined, and the app needs major improvements to meet basic modern standards.

Den viser at jeg har notifikationer men der er ingen når jeg går ind i app’en. Det er meget tilfældigt om mine skridt opdateres i de Challenges som tæller skridt eller ej. Jeg har fulgt vejledningen til det uden held
Good app but tiny bit broken
I like using this app, and it pretty much does everything it's supposed to, but it advertises that it integrates with the Move app which is a great app. It can't see that I've installed the moves app so they don't work together. Can't find any dedicated support site for this app which is why I'm posting the issue here.

I have tried to log in to my account multiple times unsuccessfully. It comes back with “an unexpected error occured”. This is after the website already has failed me and taken my payment without confirming my membership. Its a joke so frustrating find there always issues using fitness world app and website. Get it sorted!!

This app is cool but I cannot for the life of me book any classes on it. Everytime I try, I get thrown off the app completely. Anyone else the same? :/
