Service top notch
Good customer service anytime of the day, and the in/out service is excellent meaning no time waiting for long in the line.
Horrible overdraft fees
This people use this overdraft to milk customers. As soon as there is a dollar short in your account they charge you $35 even if you make a deposit right away. So horrible
Convenient!
App is handy to check balances and move money around in a snap. Transfer feature hasn't been working for some days now so that’s concerning. Otherwise app is awesome... when it cooperates.

The does indicate on how to sign up in order to be able to use the app accurately
Touch ID not working?
Good app so far, but it prompts me to enable Touch ID, the Touch ID screen pops up but when it reads my finger it says Sorry Alternate Authentication is not enabled. I've closed out and even terminated the app and no matter what I do I can't enable it. Good work so far please fix!
Great app and bank
The Hartford credit union is a great bank. I’ve used bank of america before and I would rather have my accounts with these guys. They do a great job and they’re very personable.
Mobile app
The bank customer service is poor , been trying to add my checking account to the app for two weeks now , l call and went to the bank in person and still nothing.
