I think I’ve been hacked
Someone logs into my account and disables my push notifications so I don’t get any low balance notifications. Large withdrawal notification.. hopefully you can tell if I’ve been hacked so I can change my password again

It now requires a text or call to login
Normally I don't write reviews an certainly not on iTunes but this "update" hit a nerve. I understand the new security requirements for bank accounts, however the fact I have to receive a text or call which have a cost is unacceptable to me. Other apps let you receive an email while this one lacks that functionality. Or the functionality it seems most other credit unions have yet IFCU doesn't appear to want to roll out. Where is the mobile deposit functionality? It's always been a poor app and its now unusable. I'd say adding the email functionality would solve my complaints but I think I've determined that I can get better options elsewhere.
Good mobile banking app
Please add transfers to external accounts into the app. This is available on the website so it would be awesome to have it on the the app as well and same some time.

I travel a lot and do most of my banking via mobile. This app helps me stay on top of my banking while I'm on the road. Areas for improvement include 1) being able to pay my DOI Visa credit card from the app, and 2) being able to transfer money to others (both DOIFCU members and non-members).
App needs monthly FICO credit score like other Banks have

Best Bank
This bank has made a huge difference in my life. After my divorce 16 years ago, this bank was only one willing to give me a car loan..with low interest! They have had my loyalty ever since. Thank you DOIFCU!
Convenient
Without this app I would have to take a half hour to an hour off of work and run an errand to the bank. This makes it so convenient to just deposit checks and transfer money from my phone.
