Great App Except it limits
This app is great and getting better. It’s been useful for my Dr but it refuses to accept what it reads esp heart rate murmurs or other abnormalities.
Good app!
We have been using the app for a few years now and liked it very much. The problem is the app stopped working after the iPhone 17 and iOS 26 came out! We deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping it would work, but we just lost all history instead! The app hasn’t been updated in more than a year, so we are not certain if the developer quit!
A nice time line
Not so sure about the numbers but you can tell if your heart is fast or slow and after a while you can tell what numbers are your ‘normal’. It gives a nice picture of your last 7 (I think) measurements. Great for telling how you have been doing.

Who would’ve thought you could use your phone’s camera to get an accurate heart rate measurement. Measurements do seem accurate, and heart rates match pretty closely with my blood pressure machine.

So I just ran a mile in about 12 minutes, then I decided to take my heart rate to see what it is and how close it is to my goal. First off, it takes ages to find a reading(roughly 3-4) minutes, and it rarely gives you an accurate reading! I ran for 12 minutes, and it says my heart rate is a 38, which is less than half of my HR before I started running! So no, this app is honestly quite bad and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
Too Much Malware
Nearly every time I use this tracker and leave it open, some kind of malware pops up warning me to “clean” my iPhone’s storage. The phone is brand new. I will be deleting the app!

I’ve tried several heart-rate apps and this one is by far the best I’ve seen. I check my heart rate several times during the night and it’s very easy to use: I can do what I need to do even half awake. I especially like the averaging that it does. Great app!

Barely works
One illustration shows the finger on one lense. Another illustration shows a different lense that my iPhone 11 doesn’t have. If you place your finger on two lenses same time it just goes berserk.
Best of free I have found
A truly free app that not only gives a reliable blood pressure reading but also an extremely useful trace of the beats which enables you to assess the quality and the regularity of the beats. Also stores a history which can be recalled. Had some heart issues and found this most useful. Most grateful.
Not good
I am trying to get my heart rate after working out. All this app does is circle around and by the time it finally does give me my heart rate it is lowered and not correct.

So my teacher wants us to know our heart rate so I downloaded this app thinking of it’s going to be useless but is was the opposite and when I tried it the old fashioned way the results were the same so I give it a 5 star
Be prepared to upgrade
Super annoying when trying to check heart rate and it does not read then it goes to ads before you can try to achieve a second reading.
Slow reader
Often 3X45secs.”readings” are required to achieve result. Could this be a dirty lens or finger? Extra precautionary instructions are required!
Ease of use
Min of 50% of time it does not complete measuring hr either left hand or right no matter position of hand. This has been on both apple 6and 8 plus I phone it might take 3-5 min before it finally records hr. I use blood pressure cuff for most of my readings this is a poor app if the company wants to contact me to explain how to use fine phone 2283801103 and email febaktis1946@ yahoo.com. But I expect no response from them which is typical of companies. Right if prob continues stars going to 1 or 0

Ich habe das iPhone 11 Pro. Bei mir funktioniert die Messung vom Puls selten. Das mit den Finger auf die Lampe halten und dann wird der Puls gemessen funktioniert selten.

Zeigt oft viel zu hohen Wert an Ruhepuls sei bei 115 oder mehr und bei Messung mit Blutdruckgerät zeigt es aber einen Puls von 60. Leider ist diese App sehr ungenau meiner Meinung nach.
Kinda a like but not a love
So this app has been helpful but not as helpful as a sphegmometer and blood pressure cuff. But when I can’t do it myself and I am at a desk all day it works. Good for a free app. I am genuinely surprised by the way it has been a good app. I was impressed by the near accuracy of it thanks to the engineers for the app!

Full page ads …. WHY!
I really like this app. Well I did until the latest update. The ads at the bottom were annoying but was able to deal. This update now start a bloody full page video ad that start a few seconds before the reading ends. To be honest I have been contemplating deleting app and replacing it with another app.

This app is functional. I’ve been tracking my HR for anxiety reasons, and it’s nice for that. The tags are nice, too. Helps me remember why my BPM was up at any given time. Wondering, though: What do the colors mean (red/yellow/green)? They don’t seem to depend on BPM, as I’ve gotten yellow and green for the same number before. Would appreciate an answer. Thanks!

Die Messung scheint ganz gut zu klappen, lediglich das Diagramm zeigt immer nur 7 Ergebnisse, auch in der Bezahlversion. Meine schlechte Wertung: Die App hatte nicht mehr funktioniert, es wurde das Blitzlicht nicht mehr angesteuert; daraufhin habe ich sie neu installiert, jetzt hatte ich aber die Werbeversion, „Kauf wiederherstellen“ funktionierte nicht; Anfrage an Support (aus der App heraus) blieb ohne Reaktion Also 2,29€ verschenkt, denn diese aufdringliche bildschirmfüllende Werbung nach dem Messen nervt gewaltig

best heart rate app i’ve found
i’ve tried several, and one i paid for stopped working and offered no support, some worked well but were ugly apps with intrusive ads, the rest wanted crazy expensive annual subscriptions. this app looks great, works well, and the no ads version is a bargain 1-time price.
Misleading
Thought I would get the graph of the data and didn’t very misleading when saying that the data would be exported
The only problem is the ads
The ads interfered with my analysis. It correctly diagnosed my bigeminy but I couldn’t analyze it further. Because an ad blocked my activity.
Not reliable
Maybe it’s my irregular heart rate or the fact that I’m using an iPhone XR, but half the time this app cannot find my pulse. It just beeps as if it’s trying to find it and after a minute I just give up. My Fitbit finds my pulse no problem...
