Great but one minor issue
My birthday is on the cusp of Scorpio (oct23 - nov21) and Sagittarius (nov 22 - dec 21)— my birthday is november 22nd, but it says im a scorpio, which is not accurate to what the app is saying—- thats the only issue ive seen with this app so far, otherwise its very cute and sweet for me and my boyfriend whos in the army
cannot close out of the app
I am unable to get my bracelet to work properly without having the app be constantly open. Whenever I close out of the app (swiping out of it completely), the bracelet disconnects and won’t flash when my partner sends notifications. I HATE having my apps open when I’m not on them so this is a waste. It works just fine on my partners Samsung
Amazing! but…
I Love the bracelets! They were a gift from my Best Freind and we have them so we don’t have to text all the time to communicate. The only problem I have at all, is I can’t find connect Bluetooth in my settings. Whenever I open my settings to connect the Bluetooth to the app like it said it doesn’t appear,which makes me think that it worked but I go into the app and it has that annoying little pop up that says for me to connect Bluetooth? That is my only thing I don’t like, everything else is Amazing.
Love the bracelet, hate the app.
I love the bracelet, it is phenomenal. But I absolutely abhors the app. It is terrible. Constant issues, taps not going through, etc. Consider strongly the app you want to use before purchasing the affiliated jewelry.

Couples bracelets - Great investment
My boyfriend is leaving to the air force and I got it for us. We have been using them sitting right next to each other and it’s so cute. This is a very thoughtful idea. The set up was easy too! I also had to exchange for a different look that my boyfriend liked better and it was a seamless exchange.
I can’t sign into the app after I signed out
My bracelet wasn’t sending signals so I signed out but now every time I try to sign in all I see is the black loading square, I restarted my phone, closed and deleted my app and I still cannot sign back in
Great
I got these bracelets for myself and my long distance partner. We are half a world away from each other and this helps us feel more connected not only on good days but the hard days. I would definitely recommend. Gorgeous.
it was good for a while
like the title says it was good for a while but recently it has just stopped working. i cant connect it while its at full battery and the light isnt even working. i have to put it on the charger (which lights up green btw) just to use it for 1 minute before it disconnects again. i dont know whats happening or if anybody else has this issue
Disconnecting
It will randomly disconnect from my phone. Sometimes it will be 5 minutes and other times 8 hours. But it means that I don’t get her pings and I can ping her I also don’t understand why the app always has to be open when a company like globe can make it so I can controls everything without the app open Outside of that the battery life is great, about 5 days between charges. Build quality seems fair and they do look good but the branding on the side of them looks kinda odd but is discrete enough to be okay
Great Connection
The bracelet I purchased was just what my relationship needed it functions as a great art peace while also showcasing love for one another I love the vibrations that work amazing and the fact that she feels right next to me when I'm not there has been amazing for us can't wait until they can add the family feature so I can stay connected with my whole family
Cant use
I can’t get passed the log in. I try to create a profile and it pops up a language that I don’t know it’s not English and it won’t let me set one up ive never had an account with them and I paid 120$ i dont know what to do
Amazing app and product but..
I love the app and product for me and my fiancé. But for some reason I have to keep the app open or it disconnects. So that’s odd but not much to complain about.
Great but
The bracelets are amazing but for some reason my bracelet stopped vibrating and to fix it I tried closing the app, logging out and back in, and restarting my phone. Nothing worked so I deleted the app and now cannot log into my account. I’ve tried everything to get back into but nothing works and there is no phone number to call in order to aid me so I haven’t been able to use the bracelet at all over the past few weeks. Still a good idea though.

Amazing brackets, app and company!
I would give them more than 5 stars - if I could . I got a bracelet for me and my daughter when she was having to go to her dads a few days a month and was having major separation anxiety. The bracelets helped her so much. Anytime she missed me, she would push a button and mine would light up and vibrate. And if I wanted her to know I missed her then I would push it. If they stop working then you just re do the blue tooth. The company is hands down amazing! My daughter lost her touch part of the bracelet and they literally refunded me completely so I could get a replacement for her. I love this company, bracelets and app so much. Truly a must have if there is anyone you love that you can’t always be with.
Garbage
My boyfriend and I just received these bracelets for Christmas and they are such a WASTE of money. We are in a LDR, so the idea of these bracelets is nice but the reality is that they barely work when you’re in the same house and if you’re super far away as we are, they don’t work AT ALL! So disappointing
Pretty sweet
These bracelets, are pretty nice. My wife, and I, love them! I will say tho, today the app has been really slow, and not pulling up the signals. Not sure if it’s just lagging, or maybe that’s a bug u guys can look into.
Barely works
Works maybe 50% of the time. Starting to work less and less. I paid way too much money for this not to work.
Good at first then multiple errors
Me and my girlfriend had zero problems for about a week with it now I’m having multiple errors all my settings required to make the bracelet work is correct but for some reason in the app it’s not letting me send the other messages to her bracelet and giving me errors so I tried deleting it and now since I forgot my password I tried resetting it and it’s giving me a random error. Please fix this. So far the 100 dollars wasn’t worth it.

Loveeeeee it but issues
This app is great and all but it only works when you are both around your phone or tablet and me and my cousin got this because we are BFFs and we are 4 hours away from each other but GREAT
App stopped working less than 24 hours later.
(UPDATE 2) the same issue that started initially is back again. I hope they are able to fix this bug from happening so constantly. At least customer service seems to be attentive. (UPDATE 1) there was a bug that caused this. It was fixed the next day. But when I went to turn my phone off for an appointment, the same issues persisted. :( Hoping support can help. OP: My partner and I set up our bracelets and bid farewell this morning. It’s back to long distance again. The touch bracelets made things a little easier to transition into, and provided me much joy and comfort. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, I cannot access the app at all. The bracelet was working amazingly all day and then it suddenly stopped sending and receiving tap notifications. I tried logging out and logging back in to see if that helped. Except I can’t even log back in now. I reached out to support previously and have tried all 7 steps given to me to troubleshoot the app and bracelet and NOTHING works. Everything is up to date. I’ve reset my network multiple times. Toggled data/wifi. Delete and reinstall. Restart the bracelet. Restart the phone. All in different orders and none of them landed me any results. I was told to reach out to this email if the steps given to me didn’t resolve the issue. Since they did not, I’m reaching out. I’m heart broken. What do I do? These bracelets are so expensive only to stop working 24 hours in💔💔💔 I don’t know what support can offer me but. The concept is lovely and the bracelets are great when they work properly. But. People definitely deserve to be made aware of these awful software issues. So disappointing.

i love these bracelets but ours keeps disconnecting and not turning back on unless we put them on the charger 😭 they will work for some of the day and then just stop

I tried to send different messages to my friend but when I checked the daily signals and all it says was get well. I tried using different taps but it kept sending the same message. So please fix that bug (if it is a bug)
Bracelets stopped working
My boyfriend got us these bracelets a few weeks ago, and we got them connected to our phones and working, with no issues. But I connected my airpods to my phone, and it suddenly disconnected the bracelet from Bluetooth. After that, I couldn’t get the bracelet to connect to my app or my phones Bluetooth. Even with nothing else connected, the bracelet won’t even light up or connect. No one else has seemed to experience this and I need help fixing this ASAP so we do not need to return these bracelets.

Waste of money
Update: I received a message stating that I can download the app on an Ipad, but you have to have a phone number to create an account. Is there another way to create an account without a phone number? Or can you use the same phone number for 2 different devices and still be able to use them? The idea is for my 10 year old granddaughter that does not have a phone, know that I am thinking about her and for her to let me know she is thinking about me. No where did it say it required a phone to work. Another brand we were able to download app on ipad and it worked. When I purchased, I was hoping I could just add to that app. That didn’t work so I downloaded correct apo only to find out you have to have a phone for it to work. I bought these so my granddaughter who is on the autistic spectrum would feel better when I was away because I could let her know I was thinking about her. She loves the idea. She is to young to have a phone…. To bad I wasted my money
Already love it but I have one request
My mom got these for me and my girlfriend, (which is moving) but the only thing is to edit, it limits it to 20 characters, I don’t know if it gets in your way to change it, but I will edit this to 5 stars if you guys are able to maybe change it to 24-30 character limits, that would be awesome, and if you are reading this, thank you for your time and consideration, God bless you all
I loved it at first but now my bracelet is having difficulties with the signals
My boyfriend and I got these bracelets last year (2025) in February for Valentine’s Day because we were going to be long distance for a while. Absolutely adored these bracelets and they worked really well until around 4-5 months in of using them, my bracelet stopped receiving the signals from him. I would get the notification in the chat that is provided in the app but the bracelet would not work. The only way I’d get the flashes or vibrations is if it was from the edit button when choosing the color of the flashes and duration of the vibration, that or incoming calls. So I know the bracelet can work but it’d just heart breaking that not even a year in the bracelet stopped working. I’ve tried to disconnect our bracelets and reconnect them, going to my setting app and checking that everything is on for my bracelet to work, creating a new account and reconnecting with him, and lastly waiting for the bracelet to completely die to have it maybe reset. Sadly none of the above worked and my bracket is still not receiving them :(
Christmas gift for my bf
The bracelets are wonderful very cute but there is a signal issue where if one of us buzzes the other there’s like a 2 minute delay before it actually sends a message to the other party. The app also has crashed for some reason I can’t send messages nor edit anything on my profile…it just gives me error messages.
Beautiful & usefull
The totwoo bracelet is a cute gadget to keep in touch with my wife, I got a couple for my wife and she love it. We create our own language with it. The support is the best, I requested to send them to the wrong address and they fixed it immediately by email. They did everything to delivered it on San Valentine day.
Won’t even connect
Since the update my devices can’t detect or connect with it with Bluetooth. Total trash what was a cute little device.
Such A Good Way For LDR To Stay Close
Honestly this bracelet has helped my significant other and I feel a lot closer than we are, literally oceans away. Only thing I find hard is the constant need to check for updates without being notified that it needs one! There’s been many times we’re buzzing each other but the other doesn’t know it because the updates for one of us aren’t current, so the signals are lost. Otherwise - WELL worth the investment of feeling close.
Operation Failed 4
Was a gift for my girlfriend and I, it works completely fine on my phone and has no trouble connecting, however, when we tried connecting on her phone it kept giving an “operation failed4” in Chinese. It worked the very first time she connected it but ever since then it’s been giving us this error code. I’ve restarted her phone, turned her bluetooth off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, I just can’t seem to find out what the issue is. Would love to get some help.
Issues
The app worked well for 13 days, until I updated my phone number. After updating, my device started having connection issues. I carefully followed all the outlined steps, but I still couldn’t get the device to connect. I tried using the voice call option, which let me log in, but I wasn’t able to connect with my partner after sending an invite and through the bracelet itself. I repeated the process again with the voice call, and now I’m being told I have to wait 24 hours for a code because my device won’t generate one. Honestly, it seems unreasonable to wait an entire day for an automated system to send a code especially when there’s no human involvement. What’s also confusing is why my device still won’t connect, even though it’s on the same phone and I’ve double-checked all the setup steps. This really highlights that the product could benefit from updates to fix these problems. It’s clear from other reviews that many users are experiencing similar issues, yet the team doesn’t seem to be addressing them with regular updates. The 24-hour delay is frustrating, and the band for men could be built a lot better. Innovation should improve the product experience, but instead, these flaws just make it harder to use. I expect the response to this review will be the same generic reply everyone else gets, but I hope the team actually takes this feedback seriously and works on real fixes.

Works great, serves its purpose. When my man presses the bracelet and no matter how far away, I know he loves me.

This app will not even send a verification code to get started .. WORTHLESS .. got past with a temp code now won’t send invite to partner

Very cute bracelet but I just had an issue with the version luckily it started to work again but I hope it doesn’t happen again.
Not working
I cannot send or see what’s sent. App just spins but doesn’t move from Home Screen.
Update stinks
With the new version 4.5.1 I can’t send anything to my bestie. It says we have to have 4.5.0 or older. I haven’t gotten a love notice since the update. Please fix.
Love this but…
I personally love this amazing creation and the idea of this but the thing is I have to be near my phone for this to work so then at that point just text your friend. I use this in class to communicate with my friend and it’s awesome! It’s just that I forget my phone at home so I can’t use it. That’s the only issue. I’m absolutely obsessed but I’m still figuring out a few things. So, can you please change the amount of how far you need to be from the phone if it’s possible? Like maybe 50 feet? That’s fine if not I still love the idea it’s just annoying that I forget my phone. The only good thing with the amount of feet I need to be near my phone is that then I can track my phone. When it’s near, I’ll send the thing to my friend. When I’m too far it won’t send and that means I need to check somewhere else. That’s fine but I still would rather have the limit be 50 feet. BUT BUY THESE AWSOME CREATIONS!!! ITS THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS!

The product itself is good my only complaint is the lack of signals to chose from the cloud heart and bear are the only three to pick from and the bear can only be sent through the app(I find that it only being sent through the app is useless if the whole point is the jewelry) other than that Great product👍.
Controls volume
Anytime I leave this app open in the background it controls my device volume. I can never fully mute my phone when this app is running. I’ve tried power cycling and uninstalling and re installing.
Mostly works, but the jewelry and app have quirks
Until recently, the app was staying connected to the jewelry, but now when I open the app, it flashes the welcome screen and the messages I sent before that actually turn out to not have been sent. It drains a lot of battery (even without call monitoring), so I won’t be surprised if my phone is battery-bricked in a year. The short vibrations don’t work for me - when I should receive a short one (as per message configuration), I still receive the long one (and with the wrong color) Still, serves it purpose. Just not as well as advertised
