Worst customer support
Am having issues with the machine and no one responds on the chat. I have tried reaching out multiple times but no use. Worst product support ever. Once you buy it you are stuck with the product without any support.
Worst customer service
App is not able to generate and send login code which is making it impossible to reach the support team. My rotimatic is not working from last 2 weeks and there is no response from support. Sent multiple emails. Not sure if there email is also correct or not. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Stay Away. Expensive Product, Terrible Reliability, Even Worse Customer Support.
I paid around $2,000 for a Rotimatic, and the machine stopped working just three months after I received it. Customer support acknowledged the issue and told me they would send a replacement part. That part never arrived. I followed up repeatedly by email and received no meaningful response. Even worse, I can no longer access the support chat in the Rotimatic app. Every time I try, it just says “retry again.” From a customer’s perspective, it feels like the support channel has effectively disappeared exactly when I need it. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. A nearly $2,000 appliance should not fail within three months, and a company selling such an expensive product should not leave customers chasing support for months after the product becomes unusable. At this point, I have a $2,000 machine sitting at home that I cannot use, a replacement part that was promised but never delivered, unanswered emails, and no functioning in-app support. My experience with Rotimatic has been extremely poor from both a product-quality and customer-service standpoint. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying one think twice before spending this kind of money. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again.
Horrible Customer Service
Sold my Rotimatic to a new owner - I am trying to release my account and he trying to setup his account for the machine, and their customer service agents will not solve the problem. They keep on copy pasting the same message again and again and nobody reads the emails sent to them, or understands their concerns. Horrible customer service. The app feels old and everything seems to be so hard to do with the app.

Got a faulty piece
I was unable to release the dough cup & stirrer assembly as mentioned in the user manual or the video. Tech support on the app was unavailable
Biggest Scam ever I have witnessed in my life
The "Live Chat" feature in this app is completely broken. I have a defective machine that is fully covered under an extended warranty, and this app prevents me from getting any help. The automated bot continuously tells me to update the app, even though it is fully up to date. Furthermore, the company promised me an extended warranty, but refuses to officially reflect it inside my account portal on this app. They are ignoring my emails, refusing to send a return shipping label, and refusing to honor the warranty I paid for. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. This company operates like a scam—avoid at all costs.

My machine is not working since the last 9 months. Multiple service requests placed through the Rotimatic app but no one contacted me so far. I loved the product until 2025. But the zero customer service makes me hate the product

Chat feature suddenly stopped working
It’s really disappointing to see that emails are bouncing off for technical queries and the chat support in the app also doesn’t seem to work for reporting issues with the machine. Really disappointing to see such poor services for the app.
Worst Product and Support
I wish that I can give rating below one. I am trying to reach to their support team for more than a month through App Chat, email, Facebook, etc. no respond at all. I reached out to their CEO in Facebook and she doesn’t care to respond to my messages. If the leadership doesn’t care, what we can expect from their lower levels. We can understand their culture now. I recommend that don’t buy this product and get trapped in this.
