Worst company ever
Tv randomly comes on and off. Recently stopped working. Factory reset and app will not allow me to connect to my tv nor create new account. Wants access to Walmart account as well. Tv is completely useless without connecting to the app that is broken.

Easy to learn , quick to connect, but it doesn’t support all of my apps
Works most of the time
Signs me out regularly. When I open it, it stops anything currently being airplayed. Other than that, I can generally successfully control my Soundbar volume. The ads are super annoying too. I can’t imagine anyone is using “VizioGram” either. Which executive had that idea?

This remote started off working fine but then it started disconnecting on the regular. And now every time I try to use it all is says is pair your tv. I pair it then after I just paired it I try to use the remote and it says the same thing again. I’m tired of it and now I’m deleting the app. I would’ve figure that uninstalling and reinstalling would fix the issue but it didn’t.
If you lost your controller
It’s good cause when you lose your controller, you can use the app to control your TV instead of looking for your controller
Vizio internet wi fi is not connecting.
Unable to connect to network Wifi works for other 2 TVs. Lags, online instructions say d clear cache, can’t find clash.
it’s fine mostly, does the job ok
it’s a remote for a tv. it’s on your phone. it does that job fine. heaven forbid you want close captioning though it won’t do that

I enjoy Vizio for the number one reason it comes with a remote control. You can download on your phone unlike Samsung and you don’t have to pay for it. Thank you Vizio
Not good
I work in the tv/ tech world and this is a bad app. It works when it wants, sometimes will turn tv on just to say it’s not connected. Shortcuts not adjustable, not user friendly. It’s just bad, and Vizio wants you to have it.

My dog ate the original remote so I got this app. It takes forever to connect to the sound bar, if it connects at all and the delay after pressing the button is so bad that I’m fighting with the volume all the time!
Sort of works
It can't actually connect to and turn on the tv. You have to use the remote or the piwer butyon on the tv to actually turn the tv on. But once the tv is actually on the app usually will connect and then it works as a remote control.

Give front end a raise!!! I really like that I can access apps directly on the interface without having to scroll through the TV. And Tubi is back! Please don’t change this setup five stars.

don't know how to feel about this one
so my friend happened to take my remote on accident so i decided to download the app so i can use my TV with my phone thought my problem was solved but i can't even use my TV because im 17 and not at the age requirement. i honestly don't understand what age has to do with using a remote to watch tv while their bored. i'm not hating im js dissatisfied and frustrated because i would really like to watch my TV in my bedroom laying in my bed comfortably.

Pump up the features
It’s a great app for this SoundBar. However it could be much better by reviewing the layout. Here are 3 main points: 1. Provide a direct link for Audio settings on main window. 2. Make the audio confirmation volume set to or by the volume control because it is extremely inconvenient in the middle of the night to hear “connected” loud. Also the app should command to the device it’s linked to show when it is connected. 3. Enable to manage Height volume for Front and Rear Speakers separately. 4. An LED lit screen when using the remote control would have made a world difference in a User Friendly approach.

Not usable
Why do I need a Walmart account to use my TV remote? Walmart is a deplorable company that routinely violates privacy. It’s why Apple doesn’t allow Apple Pay at Walmart because of the obscene amount of customer information Walmart wanted from iPhone users. This is just an app version Flock. Loved the app prior to having to sell my cellular soul to Walmart to use it. 0/10 highly recommend you to delete the app and just buy a cheap knock off remote from Amazon.

Remote always loses connection
For some reason my app always loses connection and stops working it’s so frustrating also my remote for the tv some how doesn’t work properly so I have to use this app and it makes me want to just throw the tv away
