Doesn’t work
Spent 1 hour trying and creating to login to the plan I signed up for. Doesn’t remember. Always asks me to sign up again. Tried numerous fixes. No luck. They need to FIX this before selling this app.
Superb
Good
Tech Support?
It’s got a bit of a bug that’s been happening over and over again. Tech support responded the last time it happened (a few weeks after I reached out) but now that it’s happening again they won’t respond. It’s been almost a month. And follow ups also get ignored

I’m anxious to get started with the cards
Not updated
This app looks good but signing up is not working well it has too many errors in writing the name and the last name someone needs to check
Great. Improving all the time.
I like the app, I wish it had dark mode.
Expensive and Overpriced
3000 Rs a year..for book summary app! God bless you! Everything is available on internet for free, not worth the money!
No dark mode
Please add a dark mode option to the app otherwise the app is good.
Love
Just loved it
Disappointed
Very limited number of books available!
Best App for Microbooks
I have tried Blinkist, 12 minutes, 4 mins etc but this is one of my favourite and that made me buy the lifetime subscription. I would appreciate if the dark mode can be introduced and the accounts or my profile section can have more details like Blinkist. Also some UI improvements and design similar to Blinkist will really make this on top list. The amazing thing is the illustrated covers here which makes it very distinctive from other apps and that goes without saying that you judge the book by its cover :)
Unable to regain my account
This app is so beautiful and simple to Use. I have used this app for almost a year now and the impact I have received and I am creating in my society is Priceless. I pray I regain my account Inorder. To gain my old quotes

Very difficult to cancel
I attempted to sign in to this account using my email, but unfortunately, the login didn't work. It asked for a code to access my account, but I haven't received one yet. I reached out to them via email a month ago, but I still haven't received a response.
Removing Account
Good day ma’am or sir. I would like for you to remove my account from your app. I didn’t know there was a fee and due to my financial status I am unable . No I do not want to talk to anyone I just want my account removed , I have already unsubscribed from the newsletter and now I just want my account remove. See the funny thing is I cannot remove it myself so that’s why I am writing this review. You seem like you have a really nice app very informative and interesting. I just want my account removed. Please remove it. Best Regards.
Great App with responsive customer service
I’m loving this app’s selection of content and their responsive customer service. Thanks Sue!
Glitchy / crashes. No customer support
Used to like this app. Now most of the library doesn’t work. Even the ones I have already “downloaded” constantly crashes and says “hmm unable to fetch data..” I have emailed support for 3 months with no response and just want to cancel and get my money back. Very very frustrating and just responding to support would be a start. Fix the issues but refund me my money.
Crashes all the time.
The app crashes when I try to open it, I’m fed up with this now...
Where is Dark Mode?
I wrote before asking about dark mode. That was over a year ago. I’m still waiting! This app would easily be a five star ⭐️ app if it had dark mode. Please hurry up and add this essential feature!!!!!
1 device only
Decent summaries but cannot share with my other devices. Restore purchases fails keeping me on Blinkist
Book
Hook
Just let me cancel
This was not that useful of an app. Please let me cancel!
Really enjoy
understanding I will they had a larger selection of books
Poor writing
I have a mild dyslexia, so reading books is literally painful, but hungry to read, I thought I'd give this a try. I loved the idea of cards, and having a paragraph or two surrounded by ample empty space was helpful for not losing my place. But the white text on different colors was hard on my eyes and I had to pause several times. But what has prompted me to delete the app is it's just plain bad writing. Disjointed and uncomfortable turns of phrase made sense-making difficult. There were even incomplete sentences. It felt like it was written by a teenager. When the second book was just as bad, I decided to try a different app.
Cancel my subscription please
I don’t see any way to do this on the app
The black count Tom Reiss
Excellent! The imagery and historical background filled out questions about the father of Alexander Dumas.
idfc
It’s not free :/
Great idea but pricey
I love the idea behind this app but I think it’s a bit expensive. Would be great if customer could pay for individual books as in my case I don’t need an unlimited access to books I don’t need to read and I won’t probably read/listen to more than 1 a month.
Too fast!
The audio speed where the narrator sounds normal and not like a robot is too fast (audio speed 1.0x). However, the .75x audio speed is too slow as well and the narrator sounds like a robot. Would’ve been nice if there a .80x audio speed where the narrator wouldn’t sound weird.
I like it but costs too much
And I mean that as a user who only reads 2-3 books a month, maybe offer a cheaper subscription for users who read 5 or less a month?
❤️
Just want to say thanks yeah.
Server error. Can’t login.
Can’t log into the app, nor use their website to get help. Both indicate server errors.
Unable to cancel the subscription
Hi team, After the free trial of 7 days I was charged for the yearly subscription, which I do not wish to purchase at the moment. Kindly let me know the process to cancel this.
Sending emails to vote republican
What the heck. I got an email today about how Democrats are hurting politics and the upcoming election. They also advertised a book saying that. I have no idea why this company is saying anything about politics. I got this app to quickly get through books not to have political agenda thrown at me. This is the first email I got from them on a book so please don’t say it was just for promoting the book. I really like this app and I already paid upfront for a year subscription. I was so disappointed by getting this email. I have been talking to people about his great this app is. Stop pushing your political views on people!
Good
I like the app. Though I just can’t understand why I need to tap the play button 4 or 5 times before it actually plays... do you ever test your own app?
Best app ever created!
Love Instaread. Makes you powerful. Cards feature is out of this world. Keep up the good work!!!!
Keeps looping and then shutting
Was really excited to find this via LA Public library but after downloading it, I found the App to be slow and it would close by itself constantly.
Good but pricey
A great app that provides easily digestible overviews of books. However it is rather pricey, especially given the limited collection of books available.
S-L-O-W and crashing...
For the last few weeks Instaread (if it opens - currently just crashes on my iPhone) is INCREDIBLY slow! Sometimes over 2 minutes to return a search result! And yes, I’ve done all the typical troubleshooting to ensure it’s not the device... otherwise it is all the devices located in my household.
Easy
The best app ever It’s so easy to use
Price
I won’t open an account unless I have full disclosure. No pricing. Sooooo I shall be deleting. So many apps I have deleted because for some Bizzare reason app people think people on the other end will blindly give info without giving what they have to offer. Blink has done the same thing. Some reading app perhaps may have the brains to give info on price etc. strange world.
Works well
I really like the concept and allows me to consume far more books that I would otherwise be able to do. I do feel it is a little expensive though and may move to a competitor if cheaper.
Monthly fee
The app doesn’t even have a monthly suscription, it shows annual subscription Not good
